They wanted to do a reverse split because, at the time, the stock was trading at $0.25 and they needed the share price to be at a number that would be meaningful to institutional investors so that they could do a registered offering.

Fortunately, we've arrived at a meaningful number organically and are up-listing to Nasdaq soon, and so there is no longer any want by the company to do a reverse split.

But you can go ahead and keep brining this up, and I'll try to keep coming by and correct you.
