Hi Giatch - Xo
He’s said it in the past
They have zero paid customers only trials and are for completely different use cases.
Liberty is after a completely different and is suitable for different use cases than xtract. Personally I would not touch liberty with a 10 foot pole but that’s me
We miss you Giatch
Hi Giatch
I think he was completely full of it and DMing other folks to scare them out of their investment..this was like 3 years ago
Did you this about Giatch? This is what he wrote me a couple years back
I was the money man behind Ray
starting in the early 1970's
He was/is one of the first into AI.
Senior vp of google today
PTOTF needs a reflective background to bounce the waves off of.
No one has come up with that.

Hi Giatch - xoxo
I like JP a lot but in this case I think he’s reasons are highly unlikely
Yea the fact they haven’t raised money and have none tells me one of 2 things..I’m leaning towards it’s a positive thing.
That’s the hope..although their snake oil tactics could potentially tarnish the whole industry and cause customers to go “old school” aka traditional metal detectors…like the Utica school.
All imo
Doug - Reread what he wrote….he is referring to the proverbial fan not a literal fan/patron……as in the saying “when the poop hits the fan”
Another 10k seat venue
Patriot One Technologies Inc is pleased to announce its SmartGateway patron screening solution was selected by the new Acrisure Arena in the greater Palm Springs area to secure entrances for hockey games, musical events and more.
Acrisure Arena is owned and operated by OVG360, a full-service venue management and hospitality division of Oak View Group that helps client-partners reimagine the sports, live entertainment, and convention industries. This is the same group that selected Patriot One for the Moody Center, in Austin, Texas and the Rupp Arena and Lexington Opera House, in Lexington, Ky.
“Bringing a brand-new arena to southern California is exciting, and we want to ensure our patrons, staff and others have a world-class experience - not just during the event, but as they are entering, too,” said Phillip Ransford, vice president of operations at Acrisure Arena. “We chose Patriot One’s SmartGateway for its modern, flexible technology, and because we were able to customize it to fit Acrisure’s unique brand. Our patrons and staff won’t have to worry about someone walking in with a weapon during events, which will allow them to enjoy their experience. OVG360 is proud to add another facility to our growing list of partnerships with Patriot One.”
SmartGateway is the latest iteration of Patriot One’s Gateway patron screening solution. The system was designed for large, ticketed venues to enable high throughput, but customizability based on the customer’s individual needs and security requirements.
“Technologically advanced arenas are looking for the most reliable, accurate and flexible physical security technology to protect patrons and staff, which is why they’re turning to Patriot One,” said Peter Evans, CEO of Patriot One. “Whether it’s setting up our system in a new destination like Acrisure Arena, or updating older, historic facilities with modern technology, SmartGateway is the right choice for either.”
Acrisure Arena, home of the Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey team, is set to open this December. It is situated in the Palm Springs area, and is designed specifically for hockey games and concerts, with seating for over 10,000 people.
They definitely get sales but their losses are insane…hence the share price down as much as Pat
Yea I think the fact that it stayed that provides a lot of insight into the hold up of more contract executions…I would expect many contracts to be in the queue waiting for DHS and league approval ..then BOOM!
All imo long ptotf
Unfortunately no..I’m assuming not too close or Peter would be pumping it
I think the stadiums will come with DHS…but not 100% sure about Cincinnati to be honest. You know how it goes..we don’t get to know everything.
Pretty sure it was a pilot…but keep in mind all those pilots weren’t just about trying to get agreements in place with that customer…at that time (and to some extent still) the company needed real world data so the product had enough data to actual roll out a production version..that’s how AI works
It’s not that simple of a question..schools need funding…schools need approval to put in a new tech that most are unfamiliar with. The right product needs to be available …meaning should t disrupt throughput but should perform well
I feel ya…remember evolv has first mover advantage (their product was available years before patriot) and they have a ton more money for marketing (which is why you hear about them more). There may be space for both companies as the market is rather large but it’s also possible that the better product takes all/most. In my opinion pats product and platform as a whole is the better solution but I’m not the Customer..so doesn’t really matter what I think
Agreed..everything I’ve read has been positive about pats deployments
Not a good look…but may be good for Pat?
https://www.vice.com/en/article/5d3dw5/the-least-safe-day-rollout-of-gun-detecting-ai-scanners-in-schools-has-been-a-cluster-emails-show
My understanding is they are pursuing this and it’s a long process. Better to measure twice cut once. That first iteration of their product (like all products) had its limitations, as demonstrated in the NCS4 report…these issues were remediated for the next iteration commonly known as the “Stadium” version…as also demonstrated in the NCS4 report…This is the version I believe will be going thru the DHS process..but it was only ready a few months ago. My understanding is also that there are different categories of DHS cert…pat is obtaining the most comprehensive one which also takes longer…but the most respected/sort after. The big money maker imo will be the “school” version as this will be for markets with highly cluttered environments..that market is much larger than what the stadium version can address.
All imo do your own due diligence long ptotf
There’s lot of corruption and back door deals in this industry so who knows what happened. It could also be that evolv is DHS certified and pat is not
All imo
All signs point to an announcement this week. Let’s see what happens.
All good
Doug cmon man…he said Kia..everyone already knew this..it was previously announced..it’s the only manufacturing plant he fully announced to date
https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2022/03/10/2401467/0/en/Kia-Georgia-Inc-Chooses-Patriot-One-s-Security-Screening-Solution-to-Protect-Entrances.html
Wow…I’m going to go gentle on you because it was a clear mistake on your end as I suspected…he didn’t say “IKEA” he mentioned the previously announced “Kia” manufacturing plant….apology accepted
Doug - on 6/30 you stated “I couldn't agree more. I really don't understand the rational for the last 5 webinairs. And we have OIG, IKEA and others with the potential of large additional sales and there are none. And PE continues to draw his $50k per month”
You then sent a link to a video that is over an hour long. So where in the video does Peter say “We have IKEA” as you claimed?
I’m assuming you can’t point me to it.
Of course…no way a ceo would risk his freedom for a stranger..pure nonesense
You realize you are saying that the ceo gave non-public (inside information) to a shareholder that was not authorized to have that information…you realize that’s a crime right? No way he would give that info to a stranger retail investor.
No way peter evans told you we have a deal with ikea
Dude that’s not code it’s a common abbreviation…was not trying to be clandestine…NR means news release…so now that this is clear would you mind sharing your evidence to support the IKEA reference?
So Doug…we just going to ignore the fact that you mentioned ikea being a customer without any evidence then when questioned you go radio silent????
Show us the ikea nr..where’s the link?
