Smith: Last Sentence vs "All I do know ..."
Do seem to support Watchdog's ?s and serious cocern having some validity. I'm not here to pile on or accuse you of anything, but your last sentence does not fit with several others in the post and language vs #6663 is quite different. Perhaps your follow-up after 90 minutes allowed you time to calm and "transplant". From #6663 I noted But.. <Is the extra . exposing a cut and paste perhaps?>. I'm just trying to give an opportunity to reply.
"That information is not unpublic and can be provided by contacting the investor relations department of NowAuto, or the NowAuto Group. Scott Miller, as well as his associates, has provided the details that two years of audited financial statements have been completed and submitted with the SEC filing that is currently being processing. Intherof, those documents will be released to the public for further analyzation. I have no record of the details of those reports, nor do I know the ramifications of the positive or negatative data that could be present in those documents. All I do know is that the Investor Relations department and Scott Miller have confirmed to me that two years of audited financial statements have been performed, and will be submitted with their SEC documents. i have no insider information and only trade on the data that is publicly available at this time.
Not that I know with certainty, but the timing of posts sure does look like team-work vs multi-personality Sybil posters. You'll also note that from my other New Post -> Reply Record that I held back on the record. The #6557 - #6558 was 58 seconds, but the real record 33 seconds (#6558 - #6559), but if there aren't multiple teams I'll be surprised.

Along with that we have Donnie B. who says, "I was in this stock for a while and got out recently." While projecting $5 by the end of this year and seeming like he's waiting #s.
It gets curiouser and curiouser who the players and the teams are, but Nicolas Cage could use these guys in the sequel to Gone in 60 Seconds. Just a thought ...
BTW: "The SEC won't approve the asset buyout ...
... and they'll say it's for the best, it wasn't a good deal. We will do the audits ourselves and get listed. Another delay. I think somebody else already said this."
JMHO
This is just the latest time someone brought this up, and if "Another delay.", it does seem we'd see #s on or about 9/12 - Right? If not, is another delay due to SEC denial the plan? Then we'd have to wonder what excuse(s) will be, but I'm sure some here will speculate.
Time Stamps Of Posts Like A Flurry Of Trades II
I mentioned earlier that there seemed to be "people" with posts time-stamped close to one another. Now never let it be said the board definitely has a Sybil problem (multiple personalities in 1 body), but here's the latest flurry a very few minutes apart to ponder.
lol OTAY BUTTWHEAT< A ride it is!!! Should Capt_Nemo 8/29/2005 ........ 11:49:44 PM

The Captain and IhubDude a Sybil? Maybe not, but definitely look seem to be "relatives". How else to explain new post submitted - then read - then replied to in 2 and 3 minutes?
In the future I have a feeling the gaps will be larger ...
Almost 2 Days - 0 Posts - Lights Out?
It sure is quiet here and on the Nasdaq with $1.27b-$1.34a a $1.28 high and only 34,700 total traded in the first hour. No messages here since 8/27 and no trades since 9:53EST.
Has anyone volunteered to turn off the lights if necessary ...?
Time Stamps Of Posts Like A Flurry Of Trades
It's been a while since I piped in, but has anyone noticed how tight the time stamps get at times. It's either an interesting coincidence that people are all on in a small window or others just keep refreshing their IHub board_id=3077 browser page for hours at a time so they can be the first to reply. It isn't easy to know, BUT ...
The alternative to those possibilities is the board has Sybils talking to themselves. That's the term I use for multiple personalities in 1 body typing to themselves with a goal to fool the less informed. I see posts asking if people are doing that kind of thing, and I hope that's not the case. There are posts after a long lull and reply coming a minute or so after.
Slowly Sinking ... Need Another Release Fast!
Well it sure looks like the market is:
a) less than impressed with the numbers.
b) less inclined to believe the numbers.
c) less likely now to trust the Sr. Mgt.
d) less skeptical of so-called basheing.
e) less interested in GEIV + NWAU story.
f) b c d e
g) all of the above
My guess is f, but regardless of "the" answer - it looks like we're at the point where the need is for more than 1 PR per day. Perhaps that $1 target won't be much of a wait.
You Could Buy Her A Bedroom Set With It ...
Congrats on hitting things within $.01 on that target. I'd say your rating on FQ should be nearer 9.99 than .99 if you can do it consistently. Double-digit % in a day should tempt. Of course I say that as someone who held with a 50% 1 day that ended up going lower.
I'm curious what broker you had that $1.00 GTC limit open with. There actually was a lot of volume during that $1 time-frame from looking at the time/sales log for today.
Question Is: What Type Pipe Is Good News In?
A pipe that will quench our thirsts and become that oasis of calm the longs long for, or a sewer pipe full of ... well anyway let's hope #2 isn't the type of pipe.

If It "Works" Looks Like 1 Share To 4
With GEIV at $4.80 (last trade 8/09) looks like 1 share to 4 NWAU instead of 1 to 3. With the continuing :( IH discussion, how's the mood on that Super Top-Secret Yahoo forum?
Of course with a drop to Smith's buy order it's a 1 to 6 and now I'm wondering what brand of furniture the honey-do involved. I'm wondering where the TA guru types see as $ low. Any bulls ready to give a li'l kudo to so-called bashers, who sure look correct right now.
I Differ On Who Killed The Board, And ...
... frankly I'm surprised to see you back as I thought you had planned on waiting for a rendevous on Yahoo. I still have some questions about what's coming, but today wasn't all that dead with 411,506 changing hands. Any e-mail updates with Scott since the SEC filing that you can enlighten us on? It's been a while since the last Miller e-mail update. Good to see you back.
Quality vs Quantity - Bullish vs Alt-Bear Viewpoints
Anyone who has followed my posts over time will find that I'm much more interested in objective and valuable info over pap. Personally, I've found the alt-bearish viewpoints worthy of a lot more thought than simply asking why they're here to bash NWAU bulls.
However you view the mix of thinking, there are some valuable insights that have been sporadically coming. Now I'm not "in" with the alt-bearish crowd, but no bull should be 100% closed to alt-bear viewpoints. A choir of bulls is often a herd ready for slaughter.
See today's SEC filing On Amended Articles of Incorporation?

I'll hold my comments, but it has some intriguing items that include:
On August 8, 2005, the Company's Board of Directors unanimously approved
and ratified the Amendment, subject to the approval of the Company's
stockholders. The Record Date of August 8, 2005 was established by the Company's
Board of Directors for purposes of determining the number of outstanding shares
of voting stock entitled to vote on the Amendment. On the Record Date,
stockholders owning 8,157,661 shares of the Company's 9,707,661 issued and
outstanding shares of Common Stock approved the Amendment. Because this action
was approved by shares representing greater than a majority of the outstanding
shares of Common Stock by action taken without a meeting in accordance with
Nevada law, no further vote of our stockholders is required.
(1) Scott Miller, Theodore Valenzuela and Keith Tench own 1,605,556, 40,000 and
19,444 shares, respectively, of the common stock of NowAuto, Inc. which in
turn owns 8,157,661 shares or 84.03% of our common stock. Of the total
24,472,983 issued and outstanding shares of NowAuto, Inc., Messrs. Miller,
Valenzuela and Tench own 6.6%, 0.16% and 0.08%, respectively, of the issued
and outstanding shares of common stock of NowAuto, Inc.
"I emailed Scott a few weeks ago and ...?
asked for a breakdown of sales at the various dealerships. I assume others probably did as well. I'm glad he included that in the PR. I also appreciate him being specific as to where the cars come from at the Sunburst auction to help clear up rumors posted here."
Now you've got me wondering if Scott replied to your e-mail or if that comment about only certain people getting 'em is true. Now now, it's just a question not a bash-tion. ;)

MM Underlying Bids Mean Nothing - How So?
I've not seen that type of comment about Market Maker order book list before. Do you think the list is faked or perhaps meaningless because the orders are not really as listed? Please elaborate as I would like to understand GEIV better (of course NWAU being pink doesn't have a MM list like an OTCB). You know something or perhaps not?
I offer the following as the latest listing:
Maker Bid$ Size ... Maker Ask$
NITE 3.9500 5 .... VFIN 4.4500 5

My view is that having the above provides a very good idea of what is behind the real-time bid-ask most are limited to. I'm not saying GEIV is what it will be and it may not be a "real" stock trading vehicle yet, but its bid has major drop-offs. Hope it doesn't shell-shock.
GEIV Not Looking Much Better ('Cept $)

What's a few pennies between friends - Wow!
Down $.06 instead of $.10 (meant $.11 ahhh you revised it so I revised mine).
Not sure what your point was except that trading has Bid and Ask spreads to deal with and $1.40b - $1.46a is wider than I recall. Widening spreads are not a good sign, but these days I'm more intrigued by GEIV trading. GEIV closes $4.00b - $4.25a. Hmmm.
$4.00 (GEIV) To $1.40 NWAU = 1 For 2.857143 Shares
Equating each share with the other the PR's approximate language seems to hold. Hopefully the value the markets are placing holds too, but if there's any hick-up ... :(
Anyway, here's hoping the real #s help in figuring it all out to make the right moves.

What Titanic Passengers Said (GEIV Trading Today)
Of course I wasn't there, but all this back and forth does seem like what passengers would have discussed with passion I'm sure based on limited information available.
"We're going to sink so you better abandon ship!"
"You're just trying to scare us - Titanic can't sink."
I'm not saying who's right, but I definitely like the questions that are being discussed. I've posted being incredulous about GEIV stock quotes. Has anyone noticed GEIV trading 192,100 shares so far today? The $3.97-4.10 range doesn't sound positive if a 3 for 1.
Hi T5 ... Now that the weekend is winding down I'm interested to hear if Viansa wine research worked as a + to your weekend tripping into NorCal's wine & coast areas.
QUARTERLY REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
I've scanned down the posts and did not see comments on filing made yesterday at 01:00AM. I welcome savvy analysis of numbers contained in it and managements narrative going forward on the deal. I realize the #s of the GEIV shell = meaningless going forward, but confirms to me they needed NWAU a lot more than vice versa.
Hi T5 ... like your research idea. Are you here just weekend or longer? I am thinking of a short trip to Sonoma myself, and sharing some NWAU-TGWC-____ insights in person.
Thanks for taking a look as a VINO
Instead of WINO as it looks like quality is pretty top-notch. I'll take a sip too.
http://www.viansa.com/about/viansa_press.html (Awards)
Well sounds like pretty good timing with you headed into the area. Here's further information from Viansa's website:
http://www.viansa.com/about/index.html (Viansa Background)
I've been thinking about making a trip up this weekend also.
T5 ... Your profile includes interest in good wines, which got me wondering if you'd like Viansa wines and perhaps its public company parent (360 Global Wine Company - TGWC). It being like NWAU well before I went long on that company intrigues me also in terms of your expertise in the very early prospecting of undiscovered OTC micro gems.
I just recently discovered this microcap priced company and have added it as a topic to see if it can garner a talk following. It is definitely speculative, and yet it looks to have preparations in-process for significant growth and performance improvement in the near-term. Viansa looks like a very positive move and adding Jon Sebastiani as President (son of Viansa founders) is a BIG +.
Seems Everyone But You Is Silenced Now
Just when I thought my 75 shares would elicit some "Wait a minute, it should be 31+ GEIV shares at $.05 bid!". I like widely varying views that include very savvy people.
My vote would be to keep eveyone communicating - especially when it's murky ...
Can't Judge By Bidding On GEIV.OB ... Really?
You missed my point, but who's to say buying 3 shares of NWAU is better than those $6.00 GEIV shares. You asked why people would buy 1 GEIV now when they can buy 3 NWAU for much less (Today it's nearer 4). The market is answering no one, but what if those two 500 share bids were filled? Perhaps GEIV should be worth $1.25/share or a bit more than 1 NWAU share or perhaps 1 share of NWAU should equate to 75 shares of GEIV based on the lowest $.05/share bid. I know, it will all be clear the day before the announced closing date.

UCAP $0.0500 50
Your comment on trading volume and MM positions meaning squat could be the position others here may feel that day before. As another of the longs, it sure is looking pretty murky today. I am not trying to bash, and I'm not bashful to get :( responses, but any others wondering?
Market Maker Valuation For GEIV vs NWAU
GEIV - Global-E Investments
Maker Bid Size...Maker Ask Size
NITE $5.4000 5.......HILL $6.0000 5
VFIN $5.4000 5......NITE $6.1000 5
HDSN $1.2500 5...VFIN $7.0000 5
SCHB $1.0100 5
UCAP $0.0500 50
It sure is a big drop from $5.40 to the next bidder. Taking that thought further, I welcome a savvy rationale for GEIV's market valuation. Why is it the market trades NWAU ahead of GEIV shares and does anyone find that drop from $5.40 to $1.25 just a wee bit strange?
Note: NWAU being as a pink doesn't provide for MM's bid-size/ask-size, but $1.54B-$1.58A now.

I Prefer Some Bearish Opinions In The Mix
When there is near 100% WoW! Awesome! Great! We're Going UP! Love This Stock! ...
I personally am bullish and expecting long-term successes, but have 0% problem with anyone giving real bearish views. I happen to find such bearish due-diligence worthwhile as long as it is based on more than confusing and vague statements about saving others from themselves. So please give some specifics on your own in-depth due diligence.
Specifically, I'd like to hear more on, "You have no idea how far this is from the truth, but I do, and simply because I called both companies and did some rudimentary research."
I'm not surprised you were uncensored as we're a savvier group than one typically finds.
Not To Discourage Non-Topic Discussion ...
... but can the mass-transit and related posts
have OT: put in front of them? Better yet ...
... perhaps just go unwritten as we focus back
on NWAU and the various businesses it's in.
Later if the company gets into buses or other
mass-transit vehicles ... ;)
Just a Sunday evening idea I hope is viable.
