Nothing wrong with any decision someone makes as long as the rules are followed. Rock on HA
Sounds easier that it actually was. Started about this time last year. Plus, unless this deal happens with good terms, it will probably take a dive.
My average is in the high 4s
Haven't sold a share yet. Probably will if/when the Li details are announced. Hoping for a good rollout, production run announcement, etc. I regret not trading it along the way. May still do it when it runs.
Still do post over there. RMHB and EFFI are my current hedges against something like negative Federal action.
As expected, EFFI hasn't been affected by the Spicer comments yesterday. Just the usual movement, dilution, consolidation, call it whatever you like. FL Medical will still happen and that is what really matters for EFFI.
Realize what just happened today. The President, through his spokesperson, reaffirmed his support for Medical Marijuana. EFFI is purely a Medical play in FL, Trumps adopted home state. I think this could move the needle on this stock. OPINION/SPECULATION only.
You put it better. I am with you, but haven't been taking advantage of the trading opportunities as much as I should have so far. Doesn't really excite me that much.
lol @ HA. It's so obvious that the bashers can't really do anything here. Lot's of shares in strong hands. Sure there may be dilution, but I haven't seen anything other than an OTC play with potential. Would like to hear something from Management though. Starting to think they are either trying to do things the right way or are like a lot of the other cannabis rockets right now that aren't in any way justifiable.
Hmmm Jason Spatafora WolfofWeedStreet. If he gets hold of EFFI, it will likely move significantly.
I just sent another message as well. I own a lot of EFFI and hopefully they want to keep longs in the game and can share something. I specifically asked for a time line on the closing.
Trying to get something going over here. Slapped the ask twice, but nothing so far.
Consider this. I own a big chunk of the outstanding shares and I'm not even thinking about selling. Also not using them to play games. Let them dilute their way to a real acquisition or a re-ignition of the pre-election rally and we will see some big moves.
Based on experience in other states, indoor/hybrid grow facilities will probably dominate. To get the desired quality and consistency, indoor is the way to go. Plus, FL has a lot of humidity problems and pests and is medical only. I'm sure some will go for cheaper outdoor grows for extraction. Tough to get the best results in the end product that way. If it were adult use, outdoor might get a bit more play. I do know that many are planning on growing outdoors in FL. Between the regulations and potential pitfalls, not sure it will pan out.
It's another misleading headline from the "Santa Monica Observer" that uses an interview of Gary Johnson back in May to speculate that Obama may sign an order on his way out. No substance to this.
I agree jump1 it is the same trading pattern over and over.
Thar she blows....
From your lips to God's ear colt
I hope you're right waterpro. I believe the good news is two fold:
1) What politician doesn't figure out a way to leverage an issue with 70%+ support for medical and 60%+ for adult use?
2) With EFFI, we are only really talking about Medical in FL and that is not directly threatened by Sessions if he knows what's good for him.
I also suspect that if Trump had even a little bit of knowledge about how the industry could impact his policies in a positive way, he would support it. i.e. Job Creation-I was at a conference last week and one of the experts projected up to 200,000 high paying jobs in the next 3 years if we can pursue the market unfettered.
Just my thoughts, please do your own DD
Two names Milan. Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions. This unexpected turn has killed the rally until there is another catalyst like a positive statement from either one of them and it isn't coming from Sessions.
I was doing it on a fully diluted basis and factoring in that they would likely use he AS to do more acquisitions at this point, not needed to fund operations. Cash flow positive I believe. Also have stated no more toxic dilution. Some of the AS may be allocated to Hemp Life Industries currently in progress. So I was saying even at 4.4 mm there is room.
So by quick math that would be a 4.4 mm valuation. I see more room to run. Please discuss.
Please don't consider anything I say investment worthy advice.
Lots of trader games in the sector these days Tiger. Not sure which game they are playing with EFFI. Keep your eye on the volume...
Thanks Q7 nice chart
+1 Q7. This is how the stock has acted since way before this rally. Someone is making a nice living swing trading this baby.
The only election that really matters for this stock in the near term is the FL Prop 2 passing.
If this little train that could gets to .10 or even.08, I'll be throwing one hell of a party outside of Seattle and any EFFI shareholder will be welcome to come by.
Go get em Hippo. They won't be mine. (Unless you want to split the dime with me and I'll sell you a million at a nickle
With all the post of folks intending to hold longish or long, including me, There shouldn't be much supply left in the float after today. I see a sharper move up. Thoughts?
Great post TPADA. Sums up why I have accumulated this one over the last 3-4 months after first stumbling on it back in the April rally.
Glad to hear we are of the same mind more or less. I'm not a flipper either, but in this rally, the downside could be big and have nothing to do with EFFI fundamentals. Although I am pretty confident our little gem will go down less than most in the sector with no justification for their valuations.
It gives me comfort every time I hear someone intending to hold for future value.
I agree Berkshire Agent, but are you talking relative to others in the current rally or in general? I am saying both for now, but trying to figure out what would be fair for EFFI when the dust settles.
Any thoughts on whether the actual vote may be a sell the news event for the sector, perhaps followed by a second rally? I actually don't think this applies to EFFI, which is why I am in so deep towards the possible end of the first rally
The clock on this rally is ticking. Big push is coming imho
Good to hear a portion of the 120mm is somewhat long. I have a big chunk of the outstanding shares and have a similar approach.
You may have something there. Believe it or not, stocks in this rally without cannabis or marijuana in the name are generally laggards, especially the sub pennies
Nice brucebill. We are looking good here. I would like more details on Hemp Life Industries. The prop 2 passage is the most important catalyst imo, but am curious about the latest acquisition terms and plans for their IP.
They are not in discussions with Hemp Life Today (UBQU), rather another privately held concern called Hemp Life Industries.
+1 HH. I said I was done, but couldn't resist the.0028s today.
Whoever was selling a little while back, thanks! snagged 3mm more that I didn't think I would get.
