We already know the 2nd Qtr we'll be seeing in a few weeks will have the final compensation and over all some iffy financials, but we should see solid revenue and updates on the 3 legs of VRUS. My take is the 3rd Qtr is where the proof of our investment will be as we should begin to be closer to profitability. I'm staying positive until then.
It does amaze me how some are always negative about everything associated with VRUS...reminds of the man who was stranded in the desert for weeks and cussed when he found a huge block of ice, angry that it wasn't water. Amazing!
Yes, but it's not a bright tone of green as it has been....my original buys are holding most of the green and keeping me afloat!
I admit that I have never see a CEO or CFO file these "CERTIFICATIONS" before with any other OTC stock. Actually, VRUS does more filings than almost any OTC company I've ever held. They are not a scam. Did they force their trouble, 'yes'...but they are not a scam.
If you have seen this type of 'CERTIFICATION' I don't wish to hear about it...I was just voicing my thought and experience.
Sorry rrb...not sure of what you're asking or I'm not in the know of what you're asking.
??? not sure this was meant for me.
According to Shot and others....there is NO DILUTION since the OS hasn't changed.....ask them!
Seeing what they have done and are continuing to do keeps me holding. Why? Why would they update the Investor Presentation if all is falling apart, as some suggest? I've seen the OTC stocks that 'spin' and never recover...sans the mistakes and notes...I still think we'll get this pps moving upward!
Thanks B-W...I'll take what you gave me and keep a log from here.
Gotta' be thru this crap soon! I hope!
Nothing "implied" in what I wrote. Read it bro!
Anyone been adding all these T's up? Wish I had started doing that back when.
I owned a Shelby once. Seemed to run fine and then I had RPM issues...wouldn't get over 2,000.
Couldn't figure it out for a while, then the bad gas worked through and it ran like a 'bat out of hell'...fast and strong!
There...I just explained VRUS to you in layman's terms!
Hmmmm....interesting comment. Two things that are always denied and quoted as "it doesn't happen you're just making up excuses". Admitted "diluting and manipulation" in one sentence. WOW! Or did you mean something else and didn't know how to express it?
Coach, I'd ask Wheeler those questions since he's the official head of BLF.
This is really a silly thing to say as everyone knows the world has temporarily been changed by the virus. "56 days" ties right in line with the delays of many, many business plans. You've got to make a stronger point than that if you're going to throw FUD.
Just 'everyone' understands...You/Shotsky is saying there is no dilution? Hmmmm?
So Great Super Intelligent Investors of the OTC World...let's change the subject a little.
What's the next step for management to do to get VRUS back over .01 or .02???
I don't know why you'd say this. I never said shares were coming from the moon! Did you write to the correct poster???
No one likes to be lied to, and I personally don't think we have been. I think the urge to grow too quickly and uplift too soon has gotten us here. I still believe since I have witnessed the ability management has to perform and dig a small company out of a hole (lifting RBIZ into VRUS), gives me confidence we'll see better days.
Also, I haven't experienced another OTC company who files all SEC docs, audits, creates revenue, gives proper forward guidance, and stays 'light on their feet', moving the business in the correct direction, before VRUS. Anyone who is looking for a reason to believe can find the pitfalls they've created, think back on the stupid things they personally have done, and stay in step with their investment. That's my take!
You might ask Shotsky about that. LOL
The dropping price is due to two things IMO....the obvious dilution and the lack of confidence 'some have' and can't hold for whatever reason. Look, I agree management has done this to themselves (and the totally ridiculous shut down of the country over the flu), but I'm betting they have a much better understanding of how the OTC works so won't see this happen again.
But first...we have to get out of the tailspin!
A little history of the company and a little DD about the company might be in order. VRUS has growing revenue that will lead to profits.
Find me a OTC company that has more revenue....I'll wait!
Thanks for the opinion on VRUS. I'll take it under advisement.
You know...some names inspire confidence and cause one to believe what they say...PE is one of those!
Thanks Nest...so nice to read good common sense facts about VRUS for a change. As I read through your post I kept hearing a voice say, "yup, that's accurate...yup, and that's accurate...and that's an accurate fact!"
It took a minute, but then I realized it was 'me talking aloud'.
LOL....that's kinda funny comment. Geez!
Other OTC'ers I've seen that have heavy dilution were set up that way, specifically to dilute the stock. They didn't have revenue (maybe a few thousand a qtr) and they didn't have much of a business plan...just an idea, a hope, and "taking a shot" with shareholder's money. Until these notes began I didn't see VRUS being one of those 'just another OTC scheme'. At heart, I still don't. I think they got caught moving too quickly and then the virus slammed them in the face.
No doubt, there are some issues, and we all know what they are, but 'so far' I can't say that I've felt they are so serious that we can't recover. Honestly, if the revenue continues, they get their commercial loans under control, and the 'wrongly created virus economy' begins to return to semi-normal state I still think we'll be fine. I think we can make some money! That's my take on present day VRUS.
Lastly, I first bought at .002 and I'll do it again!
There's no doubt something fraudulent is happening on this board....and I think I know what it is!!!
It's clear to me that some don't understand VRUS. I think it's called 'The Peter Principle'.
I've said it before...VRUS has the potential to be a 3 headed monster.
In my opinion...here's the winning element of your comment...
Coach...I don't think BLF is dead. Why put the PR out???
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VRUS/news/VERUS-INTERNATIONAL-ANNOUNCES-EXPANSION-PLANS-FOR-US-SALES-NETWORK?id=262540
Baseball 'will be back', there's no doubt about that. Even if this entire season is wiped out, there's still a certain amount of product that will be sold in stores to strong fans who support their team. Personally, I couldn't/wouldn't walk past Cardinal candy without buying. No, it's not like a full season with 30 teams, but there's still business out there. And MLB sets the standard for other sports/leagues to do the same.
So, I fully disagree with your comment "No games, no candy"....but that's OK, we all see things through different eyes!
Coach...why in the world would you say BLF is dead? Solid progress was being made prior to this 'stupid virus shutdown' (all in my opinion). Wheeler expanded market by gaining deals with major chains, online was set up, etc. Yes, the virus shut sales down, but there's no reason BLF won't be back shortly. To me...this is still a 3 headed monster with growth potential.
dvice...I'm pro VRUS and have been holding for over 2 years and I see a solid future. The only thing I'm asking for, as you said, is communication re: notes. There's a good reason for each one...simply explain.
Call me crazy, many do, but I like to understand the real financials, especially regarding notes. So that's what I'm referring to when I say "communication".
"Communication is the key down here"....that's exactly what I've stressed to Mark F. As shareholders/partners/owners we need solid, real communication. I believe in the company, just want more communication of 'facts'.
Until we have facts, validation of why the notes were taken out there are no 'facts'. We know they are there, that's all. Personally, I'd like to have an understanding of the need for the note.
I've written IR asking the purpose...
his response...
I can't comment on that yet, but will see if I can get management to put out an official explanation this week.

Just came on now to read the board, so I missed the joke/calling card???
LOL....only one thousand and ten times! Not often???
Any and all leagues will help sell product. I'll even take the American Cornhole League.
