Those who talk to Mick have been singing that song for a long time. I wouldn't get to caught up in it.
I promise you there you will not be dumping today.
Whatsinit
I think we just have one attacker Correct? At least to ligitamate questions.
For myself I'm never a happy camper when my numbers are red, but I'm a long way from selling or a panic attack.
For myself I would not invest one nickel in a stock that I couldn't sell off years, much less $20k. I don't think these guys would either. I see truth in the comments from all of you about pros & cons as to the message this transaction sends out. Let me ask you guys this. Would you invest $20k into anything that you had to hold for 2 years unless you had a pretty good knowledge that you were going to get your money back and a profitable Margin?

About 691k shares traded pre-market this morning and the price drops a penny. Something screwy took place. Share swapping from one house to another. Is that legal??
Thanks Lakers I get a restricted file message when I try to download.
Anyone notice the 100k bid today?
Thanks for the update lakers I couldn't get the broadcast
Brikk email me when you get this jerk wad off the board. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I can certainly see he has nothing that would be a positive contribution to what you intended this board for.
Thanks,
Danny

Health effects of bromine
Bromine is corrosive to human tissue in a liquid state and its vapors irritate eyes and throat. Bromine vapors are very toxic with inhalation.
Humans can absorb organic bromines through the skin, with food and during breathing. Organic bromines are widely used as sprays to kill insects and other unwanted pests. But they are not only poisonous to the animals that they are used against, but also to larger animals. In many cases they are poisonous to humans, too.
The most important health effects that can be caused by bromine-containing organic contaminants are malfunctioning of the nervous system and disturbances in genetic materials.
But organic bromines can also cause damage to organs such as liver, kidneys, lungs and milt and they can cause stomach and gastrointestinal malfunctioning. Some forms of organic bromines, such as ethylene bromine, can even cause cancer.
Inorganic bromines are found in nature, but whereas they occur naturally humans have added too much through the years. Through food and drinking water humans absorb high doses of inorganic bromines. These bromines can damage the nervous system and the thyroid gland.
Environmental effects of bromine
Organic bromines are often applied as disinfecting and protecting agents, due to their damaging effects on microorganisms. When they are applied in greenhouses and on farmland they can easily rinse off to surface water, which has very negative health effects on daphnia, fishes, lobsters and algae.
Organic bromines are also damaging to mammals, especially when they accumulate in the bodies of their preys. The most important effects on animals are nerve damage and next to that DNA damage, which can also enhance the chances of development of cancer.
The uptake of organic bromine takes place through food, through breathing and through the skin.
Organic bromines are not very biodegradable; when they are decomposed inorganic bromines will consist. These can damage the nerve system when high doses are absorbed.
It has occurred in the past that organic bromines ended up in the food of cattle. Thousands of cows and pigs had to be killed in order to prevent contagion of humans. The cattle suffered from symptoms such as liver damage, loss of sight and depletion of growth, decrease of immunity, decreasing milk production and sterility and malformed children.
Pacific Sands' OEM Spa Product Revenue Expected to Exceed $600,000 in Coming Fiscal Year; Company Receives 40% Increase In Monthly Order From Major Spa Manufacturer
Jun 7, 2006 09:10:01 (ET)
RACINE, Wis., Jun 07, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pacific Sands, Inc. (PFSD, Trade ) announced today that it has received a commitment for a 40 percent increase in the monthly order quantity of EcoOne(TM) based spa products from one of the company's major OEM customers. The increase is immediate and will be reflected in increased monthly revenue from this customer.
CEO Michael Wynhoff comments, "We are thrilled with this development. This news speaks volumes towards the increasing popularity of our product and of our EcoOne(TM) technology. Our OEM partners are clearly hearing from their users that our technology is a valuable enhancement to their product lines."
CFO Michael Michie elaborates: "Our excitement about the order increase is compounded by the fact that it will also mean a substantial increase in continuing reorder volume from our OEM customer's user base."
Based on the current order volume, management anticipates that, in light of this increase as well as other OEM sales activity, that OEM revenues alone will exceed $600,000.00 in the coming fiscal year.

Don't argue with him kickask he is a trading genius.
Wow looks like a large share holder dumped his 420 shares and brought us down 15%.
Remember lakers these revs. did not include any revenue from our newest and largest customer. Also we wrote off the balance of a bad debt that we won't have to face again. I think Profit it still in the picture.
Typically when we have posted good numbers we don't get much response. I am hoping we break the trend.
Pacific Sands Marks Record Third Quarter Sales and Gross Profits Fiscal 3rd Quarter Report to be Filed Today
Quarterly Sales Up 143% & 186% - Gross Profit up 207% & 217% for the 3 and 9 Months Ending March, 31, 2006 Over Same Period Previous Fiscal Year
RACINE, WI - May 15, 2006 -- Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTCBB: PFSD) is pleased to announce that the company has filed its 10Q-SB for the quarter ending March 31st, 2006
Fiscal Third Quarter Financial Highlights: (for the full report visit: http://www.pacificsandsinc.com/)
- Net sales for the quarter of $136,805, an increase of 143% over the same period in 2005. Net sales for the 9 month period ending March 31, 2006 of 267,387, an increase of 186% over the same period in 2005.
- Gross profits for the quarter increased 207% to $79,199 vs $25,732 for the same period in 2005. Gross profits for the 9 month period ending March 31, 2006 increased 217% to $149,781 versus $47,278 for the same period in 2005.
- During the three months ending March 31, 2006, gross profits (net sales minus cost of goods sold) paid for approximately 41.5% of the company's selling and administrative expenses, up substantially from 23.5% for the same period the previous fiscal year. For the nine months ending March 31, 2006, gross profits paid for approximately 30% of the company's selling and administrative expenses, up 100% from 15% for the same period the previous fiscal year.
- For the three months ending March 31, 2006, selling and general administrative expenses were $188,229 up 58% from $109,660 for the three months ending March 31, 2005. For the nine months ending March 31, 2006, selling and general administrative expenses were $490,638 up 63% from $312,787 from the nine months ending March 31, 2005.
- While the increase in expenses is substantially less than the increase in revenues, a significant portion of expenses reflect the write-off of what management now believes to be an noncollectable debt owed to the company from an invoice generated by former management. For the three months ending March 31, 2006 the company wrote off the final $23,571 against this bad debt and, in the nine months ending March 31, 2006 the company wrote off a total of $59,551. The invoice is now fully written off and no further write downs from this invoice will reflect in future financial results.
- For the nine months ending March 31, 2006 the company spent $36,041 in advertising and promotional costs over $15,953 for the nine months ending March 31, 2005, a 126% increase.
Pacific Sands CEO Michael Wynhoff commented, "These results are very exciting, and reaffirm that our strategy of responsible reinvestment for growth is a good one for the company and its investors. Our 'winning streak' of period-over-period growth remains unbroken since our management team took over the company in 2004. We are continuing to drive the company towards profitability."
Pacific Sands CFO Michael Michie further commented, "Our ability to consistently and repeatedly deliver these improved results clearly indicates that our EcoOne(TM) product families are gaining traction and momentum in the marketplace. These results are particularly gratifying in that they do not reflect any revenue from one of our newest initiatives, the Hawkeye Manufacturing agreement."
Here's a guess, 140k in revenues and the current Qtrs. revenues have already equaled past qtrs. revenues.
My opinion you are responsible for making your own guess.
Yup, That I can attest to. I have had some "dumb money" make it's way out of my pocket before. Not on PFSD however.
Wouldn't a market sell generate the same results? I'm a novice in trading, but when I see back to back transactions only a minute or seconds apart I am guessing someone sold at market.
Lowman I take it you have not been following PFSD for very long. I don't know what happened, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the bungee effect. Not certian mind you, but pretty sure.
GLTA to you also
10Q is coming out on Monday.
Best Regards,

I agree brikk. The drop in price caught me a little off guard, but I knew that it would pop right back up. I just regret I wasn't able to take advantage of the buying opp.
make that the price back up to .25 Most people know a bargain when they see it. I topped off @ .26 yesterday and am ready to ride.
Looks like someone just sold out. Boy will they be sorry.
Wow, I hope this keeps building up to the earnings release. Things sure have been quiet to get this kind of price movement and volume. It can only be good. Maybe someone has decided to cover those phantom shares from a while back. Or maybe just good earnings are coming. Whatever it is I like it a lot better than what has happened in the past.
What you are reading on this board is true. This stock in my opinion is a scam. It has seen 4 symbol changes both forward and reverse splits. Mr. Quinn who handle the administrative in of some of these transactions is under investigation. You can read all about it on the SEC site. This is worst than a gamble in my opinion this is fraud.
