Suspense is killing me inside!
Well yeah I was already considering that a done deal lol. What I was getting at is since they're going to be public, I wouldn't be surprised to see an investment from NVDA to raise capital
Is there a chance that perhaps RAD is going public through this merger because it could be receiving funding through NVIDIA?
http://www.nvidia.com/object/gpu_ventures_program.html
The above is a link to Nvidia's website showing some details about their "GPU Ventures" program where they have been actively funding start-ups in various fields, especially A.I and robotics. Just a week or so ago, several companies were chosen for investment through this program and they are:
Abeja – Tokyo-based startup focused on AI-powered retail analytics systems.
Datalogue – New York AI data-mining platform developed out of Cornell University.
Optimus Ride – MIT spinoff developing fully autonomous vehicles.
SoundHound – Silicon Valley startup building voice-enabled AI solutions.
TempoQuest — Boulder, Colo.-based startup doing GPU-accelerated weather forecasting.
Zebra Medical – Israeli-based startup using AI to read medical images.
From a quick search, the difference I have found is that those companies are designing their own products and don't seem to be directly using Nvidia products (could be wrong). It also appears that they are all private companies.
Would it not make sense for Nvidia to invest in RAD? After all, RAD robots ARE using Nvidia's very own chips. In this scenario if RAD were to go public via this reverse merger and raise funding from them, then Nvidia would become a large shareholder of a PUBLIC company that they just happen to be making income from through sales of their chips and would then gain further value as RAD uses the funding to expand and sell more bots... in turn, Nvidia sells more chips at the same time as RAD sales climb.
Refer to Post #5417 from "Zeekhoe" giving a snippet of an email with Parsons.. here's a quote. "Tech companies with our partners have solid advisory and analyst staff, there is reason we went this route instead of ipo." An IPO takes months upon months and is very expensive. In the case of this shell, even after the recent conversions, the public float is still very small and perfect for a climb towards a price range to list on higher exchanges in the future. As a matter of a fact, the conversions may have helped in the long run to provide a little extra liquidity without blowing the structure out. If Nvidia were to provide funding and grab a large equity stake in RAD as a public company, IMO the public float would be scaled perfectly to the O/S. Win-win for all parties involved.
Regardless, I expect to see some exponential growth here starting very soon. Steve Reinharz is certainly pretty stoked about something...
Just a theory and all of it of course in my own opinion.
Welcome back Garyst, thought you were gone! They were at .001 for the longest time and then moved back.
Should get updates on OTC markets and go current very soon IMO
Lmao I thought you were Clay for a second there
Wishing all of you a great weekend!
Go KRFG
Lack of foresight mixed with self-loathing lol
I made a spreadsheet of trip 1 and 2 stocks a couple months ago. This was on the list. I came back after a while and this was the second biggest mover. Was very surprised to have seen that there wasn't much awareness about it considering the gains it made. More to come here
What's up with the pictures of the trucks? Looks a little off
Good luck LOL. Bring em to me
Balls to the walls ahead, brother Hawk
I see our village asshole MAXM has decided to come back down to the ask
10K coming out this week? Or late filing at end of month. Fiscal year ended 2/28.
Was thinking about asking to "interview" Parsons and SR for the board. Not about the stock but their views, background, theory, etc as business men. Good idea or no?
Only 10k and gone. Im more interested that we have added 2 market makers quoting this recently (ARXS and DLNY) if I remember correctly.. At least since I've been in.
Let the float change into stronger hands cheaper. Slowly continuing to put nets out
Sorry, they were a little busy filing with the SEC to worry about OTCMarkets (which is the least official place to find information of the 2)... See the 8K and 14F-1... Then perhaps the BINDING letter of intent today.. What more do you want from the guy, to come to your house and personally talk it over with you? Maybe also take a look at the Nevada SOS.. See that Series F? What do you suppose that's for, pal? Dilution- what, you mean they are actually going to use this as a public vehicle to pay for debt and raise fresh capital to expand? No way! (Sarcasm) I thought they just wanted to be nice and increase the value of our shares by acquiring RAD for no apparent reason.
Soon as VNDM moves back we begin the run
Someone in contact with Parsons should ask for a re-release tomorrow or Monday on the newswires and have it here on iHub as well
What a beast. Was so close to buying a bunch the other day and just never pulled the trigger ;(
Alright OMVS time to fly!
Wowzas!
Wants to fly big time but idiot bidwhackers dont know how to aim high
Thanks for sharing all the links DBP. Seen them all but nice to see them consolidated on the board. Keep up the good work.
PS.. Like your profile picture ;)
LOL that's what I'm hoping for... Make it happen
Very exciting stuff!
Haha thanks, have been here just not a heavy poster. Expecting to be lost in the crowd soon...
Nice work UF!
What is this I hear, logic? Am I on ihub still?
Nice post Fester
I must say I have been confused as well about the NAUP transaction from the time it first came about in July. I was assuming at the time because of how similar the wording behind both Chron and NAUP's business plans/statements were (seriously, look at NAUPs website and compare it with the description of Chron) that essentially this whole thing was their way of taking NAUP public to expand it into what we now know as the Chron Organization (where other holdings could be added easily.)
I mean look at the filings.. until that occurred as far as I'm concerned the shell was still empty, it had just changed control and name.
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=iRePBNV%252fD2iSW7kmN6aHIg%253d%253d&CorpName=THE+CHRON+ORGANIZATION%2c+INC.
How it was valued I have no idea. I also don't see how after issuing 140mil shares (They lumped in a 25mil share pay to McKinnon together with it to get the 165 you'll hear for some reason) we now have to acquire the rest of the branches as well individually? But here's the share issuance and a slide from the meeting in November showing what the cost was estimated at. $125k
.014 spread damn! Lol
VMCS moving too.. The hell is going on?
Not me or my friend... At a loss for who it is, but they have the right to do what they'd like. Seem very aggressive like someone under the gun though
Basically what I said in the first post. He hopes to bring on already revenue generating companies and put them under the BYOC umbrella. Get fully reporting with the SEC again and hopes to get on the QB. Form 10 is the start for that IMO, then get the PPS up. He asked for investors to show patience, there's alot to do. I'm assuming it should go current on pinks soon after he gets reports ready.
