Basically what I said in the first post. He hopes to bring on already revenue generating companies and put them under the BYOC umbrella. Get fully reporting with the SEC again and hopes to get on the QB. Form 10 is the start for that IMO, then get the PPS up. He asked for investors to show patience, there's alot to do. I'm assuming it should go current on pinks soon after he gets reports ready.
