Even if you could get SK out, it wouldn't be done before a delisting, so it's fruitless about this talk of removing him. Should have been started long ago. Shareholders aren't going to force results being released, or forcing SK to get a merger/buyout done. Doesn't work that way. Shareholders stopped a R/S, but do you think it was a good move now?! That only helps the management team shake out all the shareholders, that are worried about a delist and losing everything. Either this management team has a plan for a buyout/merger, or they don't. Do you trust management? If not, then you have no choice but to sell. Do you really think there is a deal on the works because the results are that good? Well, if the results were that good, they would have released them by now, which would have driven up the SP. Potential suitors would have been notified of the great results. My fear is the results are ok, but nothing spectacular. No potential buyers or partners because the results are not good enough to take a chance, with SK leading the helm. AUG 3rd, will be the telling point regardless from the ER. It's just a matter of what happens to the SP, if you want out! Odds of great news is pretty low. Odds of no change, is pretty high, and odds of of bad news is pretty low. I don't think they'll announce delist, if it's going to probably happen. It would happen on it's own Aug 12th?, so why announce it.
