Yeah, I see it now. Thanks
where do you see that? if they are selling, not good
how much money did enumeral receive from 180 in exchange for the 8 mil shares?
guys, according to their earnings they are in the processes of winding down operations and selling off everything, including their intellectual property.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/enumeral-reports-second-quarter-financial-210000663.html
"On June 29, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors, having evaluated and pursued a range of potential strategic transactions, and other alternatives for the sale or disposition of its assets on a going concern basis, determined that it is in the best interests of the Company’s stockholders and creditors to wind down the Company’s remaining operations and effect an orderly disposition of the Company’s remaining assets, including the Company’s intellectual property related to its PD-1 and TIM-3 antibody programs."
and then
"As of the date of this press release, Enumeral does not have sufficient cash resources to continue to fund its operations and pay all of its outstanding creditors. Enumeral is currently in the process of winding down its operations, disposing of its remaining assets, and resolving its outstanding debts. The Company’s liquidity is dependent on its ability to manage all elements of this process in a manner favorable to Enumeral. As the Company winds down its operations, it continues to consider possible transactions pursuant to which Enumeral may sell its remaining assets, and/or effect a strategic transaction, such as a merger. If Enumeral is unable to effect one or more such transactions, the Company may be compelled to commence liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings."
I am not trying to be a jerk...I have never sold a share and want the stock to go up. But how can one buy this/have faith if they are basically about to turn off the lights at any moment? Can someone explain the rationale to me?

I assume you mean this. I'm not sure what this means even though its written in fairly plain english. did 180 cap corp buy shares?
180 degree capital corp is the new name of what used to be Harris & Harris group, one of the original investors that helped bring ENUM public back in 2014. Can you please post a current link regarding a merger/new funding? I do not see anything like that
can you please explain this a little more?
what is r/m? reverse merger? and what does that do for a company like enum? If i Have 50k shares at 1 cent and they merge, what happens? a little confused and some info would be helpful, thanks in advance
i get the RSI and the charts but if they don't have any money to operate then you stand to lose it all if you don't get out in time...like i literally don't understand how you can ignore the "storyline" if the lights are about to go out
How can someone invest in this if they are about to go out of business? please explain
Sam thing meaning what? They are out of money?
I see something from May. Im referring to this https://www.google.com/amp/mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSFWN1JN0FD
Really. Do you have a link?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they sell all their research and development equipment and stated that they are about to run out of money? Hence the stock trading at 2 cents? What do you guys see here? I hold shares so I am hopeful for a miracle but what good does a solid board of directors have if they have no capital?
Does the 750k payment do anything for their cash crunch, or are they still only funded through the end of this month?
Cool, thanks for info!
RK, in your estimation is there any chance the company elects not to dish out the 750k payment or is it more or less in the bag?
Interesting. It appears the stars are aligned for something being that they have connections/collaborations with a lot the elements mentioned in this release. Only thing a bit alarming is the tight window in which they have to acquire funding before doing something drastic - its clear they are confident in their platform but at the end of the day, money talks the loudest. Hopefully something concrete will come of this.
RK, what are the chances in your opinion of some of that funding going to ENUM?
