Yeah the turning point was when the OS exploded, and we all argued that it didn’t matter because most of those shares were restricted, and they wouldn’t want to RS their shares. But…it still meant to much higher market cap that needed to be justified even at trip 1

I just don’t think a stock has ever done a 1-1,000 RS and then not tanked massively after. If anyone has examples of success after that I’d like to hear them.

The other thing there is it would be death for the company- unless they did an RS of the authorized shares as well. You want to instill investor confidence and maximize shareholder value? Thats how you do it. If you reduce the OS to 9.5 million shares on a 1-1000 RS and keep the AS in the several billions, everyone will just figure they’ll put their hands in the cookie jar repeatedly and before you know it, the OS is back to 10 billion. Not good.

I don’t think so. Still light trading and the hit on 2 was one of those goofy 911 trades. Still holding here but you just have to be patient with these trip 1 plays. When the real volume comes in and it moves to 2/3 then you start believing IMO

1,000 and 10 share trades? The one at .000145 is interesting because that brings it back to .0001 on most sites like Stocktwits

Some interesting, subtle, under the radar buying of 2s going on. Again, not much, but why all these 500k blocks? It sure seems like most of today’s relatively light volume has been on the 2 side. I admit I’m a bit surprised based on the Q1 report. That must have already been factored in - I thought we’d see heavy selling of 1s all day.

I think you may be right. If you’re content then you don’t get jealous of other people’s successes. I’m happy but I’m also older so I think you start taking things much less seriously. I enjoy these stocks just as a fun hobby and don’t bet crazy amounts. That also makes you a lot less likely to be volatile like many on these boards where everything seems to be life and death. To me that ain’t livin’. That’s more a way to make yourself unhappy IMO. I don’t think it’s sustainable for good health

lol…I love Baltimore. I’m in Germantown and all things DC sports (sadly!) but love both cities. I have no idea either. On Stocktwits people were crowing about an impending partnership - but that would have come up on the call. Silence about that - and they seemed to pin a lot of hopes on Immerse and getting endorsements. I think that’s why we are seeing it flounder. Could be a great buy but who knows? I’m holding and seeing if it drops back to the 50s-60s. Then maybe you add - maybe.

You turned out to be right on the dilution too. Not a ton? But they’re over 500 mil OS now. I still like this long term like 2-3 years out but there are no guarantees it makes it that far. We will see.
