Yeah - found that unusual for a release on earnings. typical is Friday after markets close.
Simply hoping this is not a typo and the deviation from the norm is a good sign (e.g. gives investors an opportunity to review and place orders prior to Monday open).
Hells, the current market is full of surprises... why not hope for one here as well...
Quiet in here, esp on 17%+ on the day
Possibe Mona dumping shares? Or retracement expected as a result of the 2-week rise from 40c
Any reason for the 20%+ today?
Up 14% today, any idea why?
Aye - the empty pot at the end of the rainbow...
Bouncing along on the 0% fib retrace from 26th March high to 27 March low. You could almost trade to this pattern but I certainly don't have the skill or the crystal ball for it..
Broom broom...
Ah, see what you did there now...
Chilling, please provide source.
Looks like Lucky's Market. Zoom in on the 'local' label.
You can see the same sign on the back wall in this pic: Lucky's Market
Possibly 50 stores by 2020... Source
Dude - they hired a Chief Accounting Officer to solve this problem.

Personally, I just don't trust it. Rightly or wrongly I pulled out at 0.239. Will buy back in if it pulls back.
Only attractive part for me is the research they're doing into Parkinson's. A completely speculative opportunity and totally beyond my normal risk appetite.
If R&D dries up then I'll drop it - til then it's a wait and see.
Company is The Happy Confections LLC (THC, a clever pun indeed), per the last 10-Q

CVSI is back on the Nasdaq site.
Just saw the piece on Aphria trading on the NYSE on as of 2nd Nov.
Can anyone comment on how Nasdaq is different from the NYSE - I count 3 MJ companies listed on it now.
I agree with Carl - CVSI are probably getting an absolute grilling over Mona and his existing ties\obligations to the company. They are probably having to explain to the n-th degree his involvement with CVSI and how the public is protected from Mona.

Today TLR* reminded me completely of Dec. The mania just moved from the crypto sector to the cannabis sector.
It's hard to see the line between the gambling money and the investing money. Although when Macys is making $7m a day and TLR* is running $12m per year - both companies valued at $11B today that line is easier to spot.
If\When CVSI uplists, I'm trying to assess whether institutional investors will buy based on fundamentals. 1% of TLR* is held by institutional investors and the MJ ETF has 10% of it's assets in TLR* - both companies CVSI and TRL* are similar in float and share cap.
Hopefully we get an early Q3 earnings report to give us some more clues..
Schwab has the bid locked at 3.82 with the ask at 3.98. All orders in the order book are printing at below the bid which is currently at 3.63.
not seen this before, can anyone comment on why this might be happening?
Hopefully it takes 2 days so my funds can clear before it heads back up and I can buy in again...!
Ah yes, correction - it's 5% or more for shareholders; and it's not the 8K it's in the Proxy Statement on the 8K.
wouldn't anyone with millions then appear on the 8K under beneficial ownership?
I'd say he did well... but then again, so did everyone..
Whacha! What a nice day it is...
Same here - dont understand this. Anyone have an ELI5?
