DM, it looks like you are connected here and have come up with the logical idea of having a meeting...many thanks!! Why not get Scott to agree to have it in a centrally located state 3-4 weeks from now so that those who care enough and are invested have the chance to make plans to actually attend.

I would gladly help pay for the small room needed at a hotel of choice. Plan it on a Sat. evening or Sunday morning, thus allowing almost all to have the chance to be there.

I personally have planned this sort of situation twice for CEO's of small pink stocks and actually both times it worked out better than expected! Amazing what a little bit of communication can do IF you have a willing CEO who is NOT afraid of telling the TRUE story.

Do you believe Scott is/will be open to this kind of informal meeting?

Does anyone here have the capability to pick the phone up and actually call and talk to Mr. Scott on a somewhat "friendly" basis?

Not nearly involved as I was years ago but having made the mistake of introducing too many to this little gem, over I believe 17-19 million shares of which I own close to half,I still feel obligated to TRY to find out as much as possible...through as many channels as possible!

My belief is this is a can't miss...but would like to enjoy seeing my friends faces when it hits BEFORE we all inhabit the nursing homes!!!

Has anyone here had the opportunity to talk, converse, email, some kind of communication with Mr. Scott? I personally have tried but am stuck with 'ol Merle who just has never impressed me one bit. I realize his job description explains his total ineptness but dammmm, the lack of any REAL guidance and PAST history paints a somewhat bleak picture!

The chance of us seeing the Ides of March w/o some news is looking more possible each passing day.........

In my opinion, which really does NOT mean much, I do wish the near daily cheerleaders throwing their pom poms would turn an ankle and have to be carted off to the locker room for a month or so. The amateurish rah, rah further convinces many that this is just another pinky being pumped...

You have proven to be one of the few who publicly, there are many privately, who have not been afraid to look at both sides of the table when it comes to MDMN.

Love your enthusiasm, knowledge and general attitude BUT in my opinion your LMAO just might come back to bite that hindend.

I am amazed at the almost unanimous opinion of 'ol Merle and expressed the same opinion behind the scenes 9-10 months ago to a # of posters here. Him and I instantly did NOT hit it off and I questioned it on this board...but got deleted.

Even with all of the obvious pluses this stock has going for it, please do not think it is 100% in the bag guaranteed home run...it isn't. There are red flags out there and some of them could be replaced pretty quickly with the standard flying yellows but the communication has broken down. I asked last week if there was someone who had established a working relationship with Scott and noone raised there hand. I have tried but to no avail.

Our stock price is where it is for a reason and until we have a clearer picture of just what is happening, we will be a penny stock.

Now do not go telling me to sell if I do not like what is going on. With literally millions of shares, and yes I made a small fortune last year, I still believe it is the duty of Scott and his sidekick to keep us well informed. It is not too much to ask!

I forgot though, this is a penny stock.........

Newbie to posting here but been here all along....

Short story, Do NOT make the same mistake I did awhile back with a stock called NEOM. It was highly touted by pink stock so-called guru Toby Smith. I like a fool sold half of my position, and I had built a huge collection of shares. Selling at .17 and to sit there and watch it run to over .70.... Did get out in the low .60's.

Fact is, Neom had a great "talk" story but no meat and slowly has faded away. KATX, as most know by now has not only an incredible story but more meat than anyone can fathom!!!

Moral to the story, don't leave anything on the table.....and we're only being served the appetizers here!

BTW, it's a many course meal!!!

The SEC absolutely could care less about any pink sheet stock...hell, they are nearly totally inept in seeing the fraud that goes on daily on the big board! Pink sheet POS stocks are looked upon by nearly all as the wild, wild west, anything goes.....and usually does.

If you are waiting for the SEC boyz to bring compliance to the laws written to impress but not be enforced, it will never happen. That you can take to the bank!
