No, seems like a 50 percent loss in two day because of a lawsuit and non-merger news is a knee jerk reaction. It was just nervous investors excuse to sell and an opening for unscrupulace unethical investors to post negative posts to drive it down further either because they are short, or the have a few hundred bucks to spend and want to maximize the number of shares they can buy.

That hasn't work real well for me. I don't short either, but can see why people do. Very little risk with a great reward here at least.

Dont need a chart. Have lived this stock since its weed inception. I know exactly what it's done. I did not invest here to flip and the small ups only to fall further only benefits the short termers. Sonething better change quick or long term investors from the last 5 years will not be a viable concern. For those people, the glass is certainty 3/4 empty.

Why not short it? This stock has done nothing but go down for the last 5 years. I thought things would be different after the RS with the lower number of shares but it continues down the same path

Green, how many times has this happened? I want to believe more than you know, but past history says we crash tomorrow. I don't have the ability to watch every minute. I put in my satellite shares for sale before I went bed after graves this a.m. and they took my 3000 shares. Thats ok, I still made money on them, just not what could have. Unless they cone out with a major surprise, we will be back at 2.50 by the end of the week. Just looking through my past crystal ball. Not to say, i still don't believe long term, I still have my core for the last 4 plus years hoping for a home run

Don't know why everyone is trying to make this thing into a big deal. No, nobody likes litigation, but it happens all the time in the business world. Cal and NV are going and growing now. Yes, it may be a bump in the road to NJ but it will work itself all out. The bigger issue is the political climate is changing everyday for the positive.

Look back 4 + years ago and you will find it. I have been here from the beginning still holding my shares.

It has been their plan all along

For anyone that's been here from the beginning knows that was their plan all along. Eg was a hedge all along. They used it as buffer to bring in moneys while building out their MJ business with intent that when the political climate in NJ became favorable ie. (Christy out of Office), their plan was to rip out the weeds and plant the real weeds.

Sometimes instant gratification is not the best way to move forward. It is much more healthy for the stock price to act as it has the last two trading days with absorbing the selling in the same day. A huge gap or run will only result in massive profit taking instead of a step approach to the higher pps. The way the pps has acted Friday and Monday bodes well for higher prices and is good for the shareholder unless you are looking to flip. Yes, I have been here over 4 years and I sure do remember you and the way you operate.
