So what. I'd rather they get down listed and claw back to QB status then dragging investors through hell and then destroying value by going through with an RS.
In their 10Q they stated capital concerns. We're experiencing the worst of the dilution right now. Company doesn't have to be shit to be destroyed by note holders dilutors. Stay clear until they're done. 2 billion A/S isn't that much of a burden.
Ugh VNDM back with a vengeance. Shame.
VFIN back on .10 and VNDM on .20. Normally with dilution they'd be on the ask. While it is true that APHD is in a rough patch financially, currently it doesn't appear that they are diluting. I'll be looking to strengthen my position as the week goes on.
Dilutors tend to get shares at a discount- my guess is- and I haven't dug into it that far- that they have shares of this stock at .0001--- and can throw small asks (and often big dumps) right at the end of close like they did yesterday. If this is true, anything above .0001 is a win for them.
VNDM sneak loads shares on the ask. 10k there was deceptive. Best approach would be to email the company about ongoing dilution. Last I checked they had assets/cash on hand
VNDM and VFIN have backed off the ask. Currently all the trading that's going on is by investors (selling off of the news p&d). Grab while low and wait for the hike back up.
PITMAN is back! I was waiting for you to get out of the bushes.
This company has a promising future. But dilution is currently ongoing. VNDM on the ask. It'll be a while before we see any large scale moves upward.
What's the deal? We just had a major dump on the 3's?
Great bottom play for a company that actually posts a revenue, has a decent SS, and has a future outlook. I'm in!
Where's PITMAN!? I want him to see this.
NITE backing off on the 7's currently. Good looking!
GM all. Another day of potential runs ahead of us!
According to their 10Q they have 64 bucks. Make it count.
That's not their OS. It's far smaller. Pennies can move rather easily below 3 billion shares. APHD should have a little over a billion.
Profit takers wants out. Foolish them.
Not the worst close! There's always tmrw. EMBR long & strong
Only way now is up!
And the minute it gets re-instated/ merger happens you'll want to have your cut
It's sensible at this point just to hold on. The battleground is between .0005/.0007. Holding steady:
Without a doubt!
If we get a reverse merger with this shell, we'll be seeing .005 easy given the share structure.
Small wall formed at the 7's. Thin enough to take down!
The volume just started! Potential for a break of the trips!
That .0006 wall is holding this stock back. Everyone's too hesitant to take a crack at it.
Next week rally. My stock picking senses are tingling.
Pitman you've been named the unofficial mascot of APHD.
Shame this happens. But SDVI will have to address the Shares structure once they start generating profits. The biggest thing holding it back.
Pitman you're so butthurt. I'll send some money your way once APHD spikes.
Just want to know how bad he bled before he decided to cut loose.
Fess up. What's your average share price on this stock. How heavy is that bag you're holding.
You lost a lot with this ticker. It's time to move on. We feel bad for you but you're peddling fiction.
Where's the guy that said he'd dump his 2.5 million shares and crash the stock
All of the subsidiaries are clicking!
News!
Whoa! Look at that buy on the ask.
Great spread! Great load zone. This has always been a slow mover but I think we'll get our upside soon enough.
7's cleared with volume.
Scam implies this company has nothing to offer. They do. They've acquired multiple companies. They are diluting to no end, and that is a prime concern. But what's it to you. It sounds like you've sold your last share. Time to up and get out onto the next venture. I'll be looking for an entry for this company.
