Looks like they are taking another crack by updating their website There are some additions to projects and news
I know you have been here awhile Iman. Amazing, if anybody did any research on the guy they would never do business with him. He has never accomblished anything for anybody or followed through on any claim as far as business goes.
William Petty is a complete fraud and failure and has no ability to accomplish anything for these shareholders or the shareholders of any business.
I have been here since the day he took over this company.
I won't go into how much I lost on this venture, but my investment and everybody's investment in this company is a complete loss. There is no current value nor will there ever be any.
Slick Billy has got to be in his 70s by now and I would imagine will never have the energy or ability to make this company work.
I will advise any/all prospective shareholders. Take any money you wish to invest in this company and burn it. At least you will get warm.
This is my interpretation of this. When I initially invested, Mr. William Martucci (Scum and scam artist as well) was looking for a shell company to invest in. My guess, by something in the end of the article, is that Billy is looking for a shell for an easy way to get on a public exchange.
I could be wrong, but this is how it is done and rolling the assets of Franklin into this company may do it. Maybe somebody could shed some light on whether this new company is a licensed exchange company.
I am not saying this to be funny, but this guy has issued billions of worthless shares for services that other people have provided. In a third world country as they call it. There has to be numerous bitter and pissed off people out there in Bolivia.
I am shocked he is still above ground.
What will come first is the reverse split than a fire sale to anyone who will buy it and an instant reduction back down to .0001 at which time you will now own 1/2000 less shares for the same price.

That is the nevada website that any transactions will be posted on
The Nevada Secretary of State
This will be the third reverse split I have with this company. The split will bring the price up only to be back down to zero in a month or two.
It's nice to own the company because then you can't be fired for your pathetic results.
Don't forget Jaime Melgarejo who had to resign from the Supreme Preseidency due to excesive weight and not being able to climb in the thin Andes air.
That is not a joke. I remember being told that by Mr. Austin, when I talked to him a half dozen years ago.
Welcome aboard newby.
When you make a sale, your record income in every business in every country.
Or at the end of the 13th Mayan Baktun as previously predicted.
I'm here if I am the Tom F you are referring to
Not really sure. They did put it in as negative paid in capital on their stockholder's equity section. Equity contributions like loans don't necessarily impact the income statement.
Unfortunately we are now six month past the 2010 filing deadline. It is clear that management does not see this as a priority nor does it feel any fiduciary duty to the shareholders to do anything to enable the free trade of this stock.
However, based upon the website Mr. Petty has plenty of time to take blurry photos of himself being crowned the honorary admiral, captain, and king of Bolivia.
Millions of investor dollors are tied up that can not even be publically marketed. Maybe something will change someday, but not likely.
Not much to elaborate. They closed the San Antonio office
“We have paid the auditors, and they’ve gone over everything,” he says. “We’ll probably have everything current in the next 10 days.”
A quote from Billy 25 days ago in the San Antonio Article regarding financial reporting
The company never did, isn't going to and never will receive any money from anybody named Rothchild. It is irrelevent whether this person is real or a fake, because he/she never had, currently doesn't and never will have anything to do with this company.
I think a great hurdle for this company would be to have a working telephone, especially when it gives out a "NEW" telephone number in a news release.
Baby steps Billy, Baby steps

Maybe an announcement when they are going to make things current should be coming soon. Ten days has come and gone since the last press release. This is still a non-compliant company and can't be traded easily no matter whos money they don't have.
You are correct.
It's mining season now (for real).
As opposed to Wabbit season.
O/S - 6/5/09 = 22,602,134,229
That's old. I spoke with Steve this week. Biste is practically done and they even have some drafts sections of his report.
So many people just make sh..t up.
On the negative side. Another 4.0 billion authorized. I hope this is the last... I was told it is all restricted for the long-term..
From my prior posts, I thought people were getting shares. I felt and believe these are restricted shares, not to the public. O/S increased by 1.2 billion. I hope this was it.
I am calling the home office.
Maybe they used some for working capital and if somebody bought, they may have got lucky....
I think, hope 1 cent is very possible. I think even more. 1/10 of a cent is only 20 million market cap. Not mutch for a mining company with possibly billions of assets at their disposal (per prior prs)
My educated guess is as follows:
The oil and gas deal is done, just waiting on some refinements to the deal for $$ to come in.
We haven't issuded and additional shares in a short while, 20,082,134,229 and holding. I think additional shares will be issued to fullfill deals made with a lot of the ground peolpe in Bolivia and maybe some of FMNJ's management.
From speaking to Steve, they have received a lot of interest in their Antimony. My opinion - this will be leverageable.
The gold, if verifiable will be accessable.
The company had no cash, and was basically broke until recently, in my opinion. I think cash flow will be real and coming in the near term.
I think a rapid change is around the corner.
It is all just my opinion. Not interested in getting into a debate. Probably why I stopped posting a lot.
GLTA, especially me....
I never saw a December newsletter. Is this just a mistake by you, or was there one and now it's gone?
It appears that the float has doubled in recent months, so all the new investors who purchased at the .005 range have been able to leverage their buy in with the lower prices (purposely manipulated). I hope the flow of new shares in the public marketplace stops soon. If the sale of the Colorado mine can generate some type of cash flow, maybe they can stop buying services with shares and this process will stop. Just my thoughts.
There can't be a dump without the pump. At .001, nobody can make money. If you buy at at .001 and sell at .005, who cares, you just made $5,000 on a million shares. I called Jamie yesterday, via the website company's answering service( I won't call it an office, because that would be giving them too much credit)and I left him a message on his voicemail. I will keep calling until I get a response. I have no problem calling every day and being a prick.... When I speak to a human, I will let everyone here know
i did awhile back, three or four P.R. guys ago. It is one of those P.R. in the box guys. Pick up this line and you are FMNJ, pick up the other line and you are Bob's discount goldmart. Anyhow, they are less informed than us...
Good luck getting a response. Look at the rest of the website and see how well they have updated that.....
I used to have Jaime's email address, but it now comes back as no good. I don't trust the management anymore.
Sadly, I was an investor during that last reverse split. Prior to that, there was something like a 50 to 1 reverse, I believe.
Problem is, you can't pay a CPA firm to audit your financials with stock. The SEC has a slight problem with that.
Again, from your lips to Gods ears. I believe they will loose the ability to mine the Catalina mines. The new issues of stock may be used to keep this a posibility. I can only guess.
I think they were looking good through Spring 05, but have hit numerous road blocks (gas shortages, etc.) Nothing has come out publically regarding this stock in recent months. Only the idiots, like myself, who have invested in it would know anything about it or actually have the FMNJ website book marked.
Only large scale investment backed by real information and reliable financials will ever get this stock moving. Maybe more to come. I hope so. I believe in the present management as frustrating as this investment has been.
I bought it at $13.00 many years back. It was only $.25 when it reactivated in 04. Up until the time the new management took over it was basically inactive under the old criminal management, i.e. my nickname. Also at that time there were only about 38.0 million shares. Big difference today. Look at the 04 financial to see all of the shares issued for services and cash. That will explain a lot.
I know I am responding to an old message. If you read the financial statement footnotes, they will loose the rights to the Compania Minera Santa Catalina LTDA, if the stock does not reach $1.00. So kiss that one good by.
1.2 billion shares. They seem to be hurting the stock's ability to appreciate.
Maybe I'll be able to buy one of them with the proceeds from this stock. If it goes, I'll be able to buy a lot more than that.
Jaime has been very tight lipped. Despite being the slow Summer months, which he indicated, I hope he is getting everything all lined up for one big surge. We can only keep our fingers crossed.
Remember, he indicated months ago, that the financials would be completed in two weeks, (they have to be done by now), increased production would be soon, new mines would be opening and other items. With the release of audited financials and reliable numbers, other investors, who have stayed away might gain sudden interest.
Also, nothing has come out about the oil and gas division, nor the Colorado mine, which might be sold for cash flow. This compounded by the fact that Gold has been on the rise coud be great. Just my thoughts on a slow work day.
Wise Investor:
Thank you for the SVSE.ob tip as well. Bought at $.50 a week or so ago. Up quite a bit. Anything else, I will investigate.
Anybody know anything? I have emailed Jaime several times with no reply. Getting frustrated.
Read throught the last few messages. Similar to this board, there are a lot of knowledgable investors. Unlike this board, there are a lot more junk messages on that one, because more people know about it. You need to cut through them. The company is constantly putting out P.R. A lot of people think something is going to happen soon. Don't know if its true, just like I don't know if this board and company is real, but I can only say I am happy I made an investment in HISC, when I did. Like most companies (pink sheet), not profitable yet, just like this one. Good luck, invest at your own risk, like you did here.
I wasn't going to make anymore comments, but being an accountant, I will. The day Worldcom. went bankrupt, is the day/year you should have taken the loss. If it is a substantial amount of money, you can offset some gains in 2003? 2004?, I'm not sure when they went belly up. You may want to ammend that years return.
If it is not a substantial amount of money, you may want to just take the chance and deduct it currently. I don't think the IRS would look unfavorably upon this in the very unlikely event that you got audited. Talk to you accountant.
