There seems to be a lot of curiosity about the rumored "visit" today. If for no other reason than to put the speculation to rest, I will confirm the rumor. I happened to be among the lucky invitees who attended. And honestly, I don't plan on answering questions about it; I will instead take this opportunity to share a couple things I thought to be worthwhile highlights and then I will reiterate my long standing recommendation that if you have questions, go to the source for answers. My take on the visit:

The facility is very nice. They were gracious and welcoming hosts. Lots of good info was shared and surely much more was not shared because it still cannot be.

Milestone 4 is still expected to be approved by end of year.

The BoD did indeed ask for Mr. McNally's resignation, with which he complied.

They will be seeking a replacement with a background in product commercialization.

Dr. Advincula voluntarily resigned from the SAB because he would prefer to participate in upcoming trials, which would be a conflict of interest if he remained on the SAB.

They are genuinely excited about the tech and the future of Titan. Dr. Genova spoke with an enthusiastic and confident grin. Mr. Brar is at least as cool as he is competent, so in both cases, extremely so! He did advise caution when comparing patent counts by competitors, with the example of a patent approved in Britain and the same patent approved in France and the US is counted by other companies as 3 patents, whereas he counts it as one since it's really the same patent, just approved in additional locales. And Mr. Cataford did mention they have over 100 approved patents.

Surgeons on the visit tried an Enos and were very pleased with their experience.

And the entire visit also reinforces my opinion that rather than guessing or taking the word of random posters (even me!), everyone with questions should feel empowered to reach out to them and ask for yourself! It's way better than guessing or listening to emoralizing fabrications on ShortersHub.

Great trip, great group of folks who went, and exceptional hosts. And I now share their excitement for Titan's future. There still can be a bump or two in the road but the long term prognosis is extremely favorable, and the value proposition is exceptional at current pricing. Sorry Clown, but I am again smiling about Titan's future.

i dont mind admitting i definenitly made a mistake in hindsight but if i give that story it would be a lie and
even though i didnt mean any ill will , i let my excitement for titan get carried away . with all the history on this board today, a little examination of the posts would prove that what i tell them to be untrue and telling lies would be just as bad as telling the truth. so i dont know what the right thing is to do

When I went to the office I didn’t sneak or try to get confidential information. I just took photos so you guys could see what was going on. I shouldn’t have posted them But I won’t go there again I did it because I am a share holder and felt that I wanted to know what was going on with our company. If I knew it was confidential info I wouldn’t have posted them. I told them my name and that I was a shareholder. If I do go back and talk to them , I won’t be posting it here.

plus all my life ,people have never responded to me well so whenever i wanted a good outcome i sat in the car and sent my wife in . people really like her and she is less threatening. ill give her the questions and see what she comes back with. she doesnt know the first thing about titan and when they see that they will become more relaxed. i will definitely school her before we go but that will be my best shot in picking their brains. i would try to grill them and that would turn them off. she will be carrying some baked goods

i wrote down the questions people presented but do you think his answer would be no . i have to ask him some sort of open ended questions that wouldnt put him in peril with the organizations goals or the people above him. actually i dont think there is much i could ask him
i will ask him something about mdt , human trials and fda submission goals

ill check that out but i want to talk to mr. genova first its only a weekly project board but it was very busy. i think they are moving fwd at a brisk pace it wasnt a hollywood facade

i was suprised by the smallness of the office. i saw genove leaving as i entered the building. only 3 people working there but could be more. sports all over the place in pieces. two weekly project boards . no one there except one guy in a office on his laptop who didnt notice me was able to take some pictures. project board has furniture coming in. saw medtronics name on their board talked to some guy they must have hired yesterday who is in charge of r and d gave me his bosses card. told me his background but didnt know what i was talking about when i mentioned medtronic. had to talk to his boss who is genova. glad he wasnt there. gave me sometime to think of something before i go back

and that is exactly what im talking about. he has no impact. powerless. its all in your head. who cares what he spreads. his impact is limited to what you allow. facts determine the course of this stock. i have facts and this week or next , i will get more facts. yes i am very naive i dream of titan coming across the finish line and i am going to find out next week if its going to happen...if my plan works

i personally dont think he would answer anything because of privacy concerns just like if he worked in a hospital. when you are that high up, you are silent and you know your place and outcomes.

when they say asset acquisition, arent they referring to titans ip and the technology acquisition as an asset and not necessarily the acquisition of titan the company.

Will the amount of shares that Medtronic owns affect the buyout price Wouldn’t them owning a sizeable amount of Titan make them less concerned about a higher buyout price since it will cost them less in the final count

I think that mdt earnings will come in low. This will put pressure on their ceo to show some better future earnings ior a pathwayto them. Just like any person in a new job trying to establish credibility he will feel that pressure to produce. Without a doubt he will pull the trigger on Titan if our company can show positive trial outcomes. I don’t think we will have to go any further than those outcomes before he buys us. This is my hope and dream.

i am assuming mcN is smart which could be a mistake but more than likely not. he would not give away the ip without some safeguards. you dont give away your best stuff because mdt could leave you at the altar with the ring and some gifts. he could of been intimated and sold a story but i have to believe he has some guarantees. he hasnt gotten this far being stupid. another way to look at besides cheaper stock is this
you have 10,000 dollars to invest
.70 equals 14,285 shares

.80 equals 12,500 shares

.90 equals 11,111 shares
so at BO it could make a big difference

but if you feel the market is going down then maybe wise to hold off
not for cheaper shares but for many more shares. it could make a big difference
