If GRYN harvested 110,000 lbs last year and it's worth about $2/lb. The annual report should come out this week and that will settle how much the harvest was worth.
Annual report due next week. If form holds true, GRYN will announced on Wednesday that report will be late and then release it late Friday. Question is will be there be any revenue?
Isn’t the quarterly report due?
Hi,
Ok. I’ll bite.
A new firm to do what?
Handle the placement of the 5 million shares?
Could be the 10-q gets filed today or tomorrow
How is GRYN planting when they don’t own the property? The property is still for sale.
Also, most of the property is pasture land which will require an intensive effort to make it suitable for growing.
Alright Littlbyrdy, is this going to be the quarter that turns everything around?
A lot of us have been down this road many times before. Jason promises a big quarter but then when the quarter disappoints he says it would have been a great quarter BUT...
I’ve read the earnings call transcript several times and Jason’s excuse for no imminent deal being that it takes a long time to do a deal even though Roth was hired in August
No reverse split- read the proxy
This is what they hired Roth Capital for?
Anyone have an idea how much the ranch and building the infrastructure will cost and how gryn will finance the costs
More than likely a reverse stock split so they can issue more shares
If there was a deal they would announce it first and then we would vote on it through proxies
Ok, I’ll bite - how is this company going to make money?
Are they going to grow product, build facilities, retail product, consult?
How are they going finance their growth? Ron has sort of ruled out issuing stock to finance a takeover so the money has to be borrowed
The only thing that makes sense is this a shell company that finds a viable business that wants immediate access to the stock market so the principals can cash out
Does anyone think that Jason and this board would willingly enter into any arrangement that would jeopardize their jobs even if it would benefit shareholders?
Does anyone have any idea why the stock jumped so much?
Anybody see a news release about Tkoi participating in a contract for a 3000-room hotel in Las Vegas?
Is anybody as worried as I am that the stock hasn't traded in two days?
What's with today's volume? Hope there's going to be some good news
Wouldn't it be nice if they sold something instead of just announcing something
Any significance to Bard increasing its Telkonet position?
