What did we learn besides $8 Mill was raised ?
Thanks. Heh-heh ... if we ever get far enough above 75 cents for them to be exercised. I know .... we will eventually.
25 Million shares issued only raise $8 Mill ? Oy vey ! A necessary evil. But might that last us until Prostagene is final ?
This board is here to exchange information and you have provided valuable valuation information.
(That’s clumsy)
So, I have trusted you in fair measure although I don’t *exactly* agree. Who does ?
Perhaps you have manipulated me to an extent, but I don’t think so. I’m full of doubts anyway. (The longer trials take the more doubts I collect). Tho this summer has had some very good news.
People have the right and indeed the responsibility to change their mind as conditions change. I’ve no problem with your change of opinion; I have them too.
Did they mention Marker / Baylor University / TapImmune ?
Thank you, Blueheel !
They *continue* to enroll.
Yes, and that is why they are still enrolling.
Thanks. Yes, I am 95% joking.
You mean ... the stock won’t open lower on *good* news ? That’s weird.
Better complete the merger so that the F-R-R rule won’t apply. https://www.thestreet.com/story/12696926/1/the-feuerstein-ratain-rule-update-still-perfect-predicting-small-cap-cancer-drug-failure.html
“First , we dont know if mono is more than 48 weeks away ???? Why would you say that ???”
They are still enrolling.
Yes, but MS won’t affect the valuation of the company at all until phase 2 is complete, and we are 2 or 3 quarters before it starts. Meanwhile mono trial is still more than 48 weeks away from completion.
What are the triggers for CYDY in the next 12 months ? Maybe a GvHD update and another change of protocol, BLA submittal for Combo HIV, perhaps beginning cancer trials, major financing ..... the future looks much brighter than the present, but not as intensely bright as I previously thought. With other companies having more direct, more certain, less sliding, and more quantifiable triggers, I lean towards selling a little more CYDY. We still have zero institutional ownership. I thought that would’ve changed by now.
No, Pro 140 as an injectable, is now the “in” treatment.

All of my bios have done very well last couple days : TPIV GALT CYDY. Might just be the sector.
Nader being waaaay off about timelines again.
That is unattainable on OTC. Somehow we gotta get out of this place.
Is that a typo ? GALT and CYDY up 12% yesterday and now TPIV up 20% ?? Wow !!
Orrrrr ... bidding war !
It might just be that CYDY is finally participating in the Bio bull market today. I notice Galectin and Viking are up nicely today
In my first lot of GALT, I was down 20% in less than 2 days. With this last lot I purchased, I’m up 20% in less than 1 day. It all evens out perhaps.
But, will the whole company be bought out ? Or just GR-MD-02 ?
Thanks. He posts about sub-penny stocks mostly and likes CYDY ? That seems to be a measure of how FAR CYDY has to go for mainstream respectability.
We’ve had plenty of days where we take off like this in the first hour, but wind up negative by the closing Bell. But we’ve never had this much news / progress as we’ve had recently, so I don’t imagine that will happen.
Its not an inconvenience account, it’s the ironic timing. But thanks Tom, I might get twitter again anyway. IHub is pretty quiet for some stocks.
Dang, I just got Rid of my twitter account, you mean I gotta get another one ?
Who is sheep wolf ? Besides A wolf in sheeps clothing.
I’m now up to 3,800 shares.
Yes, depends on which stock you look at. I’m there also as solafide
As long as volume is low, this can happen. OTC will always be this way until something gigantic changes with the company.
In general, the street is still oblivious to the company. And until that changes, BP doesn’t have to even consider CYDY as a threat, because financing prevents us from being such. Unless Klump has something up his sleeve, that won’t happen before December. I suspect Klump is merely on the board as a large investor, like that orthopedic surgeon, not for capital raising potential. Real estate isn’t Bio.
Wow less than $40 K of stock drops the price 8%.
Yes that is big, but Didn’t we already hear that Pestell is interim CMO ? Yes, July 12.
There is not that much new news. And we are on OTC. The letter of intent was already signed, and the deal is not official until November. I’m just delighted we’re UP 3-4 cents rather than down 3-4 cents per dilution.
So any of the expected cancer funding, as far as I can see it, will not happen before November. So perhaps Paulson dilution may continue through November ... unless someone else steps up.
Based on the number of shares 3 or 4 cents. The news should more than offset that. My hope is that volume will sustainably increase. That is more important than share price because at this current volume any sort of gains can be walked down.
Anyone, What other things besides a shareholder vote need to happen before this deal is complete ?
