Stocks get bought, stocks get sold. It's the end game we're here for. I still believe there could be a buyout at some point in time so I'm holding. The huge loss carry forward could be of interest to many, many suitors.

Agree that. Some brokerages simply won't allow trading with a stop sign. But like I said, someone knows something...I still think this run is a setup for a possible buy-out. I'm holding...

Company is fully aware of compliance issues and is working diligently to comply according to a call I made to the company several weeks ago.

Hope you folks are watching this stock trade. Although, not much is going on yet, there are clearly signs of accumulation. Love how very little stock is sold into upswings and how we are seeing nice bids from time to time.

Just a matter of time before we see fireworks...lots of reasons for the coming movement...most of which will come when a deal is in the works from a suitor.

That's certainly a major loss carry forward. Makes my buy and hold even more exciting...never know what could happen to the upside if a company comes in to take advantage of that loss against future income for their own operation. Very exciting.

And just think, with all the activity surrounding marijuana stocks right now...do I dare dream? How about if a marijuana company bought ERF...holy moly...amigos...fun, fun, fun...

Important: Not sure if this has been mentioned on the message board by anyone else, but it is important to know about this company.

ERF has stumbled and fallen...no hiding that. Certain things got out of hand...whatever. However, what you need to know if looking at this for the first time or even other folks who have owned for a while and thinking that their investment is lost...this company is worth a lot of money...TO ANOTHER COMPANY!

Simply put, due to the difficulties to date, ERF has accumulated a tremendous business loss carry forward...millions of bucks (someone chime in if you know the exact amount). With the share price this low, a savvy company could come in and do a straight share purchase or structure a deal in a myriad of other ways to gain control. With the right structure the acquiring entity could take advantage of those tax losses. When that happens, ERF could soar.

Happens all the time. So don't think ERF isn't valuable just because it's sub penny...not hardly. In fact, I've made a lot of money dabbling in companies just like this over the years. Any time I see a sub penny play, I do some research and, if promising, buy up some and tuck it away. I've made good money on very small investments simply by sitting on the right stocks for sometimes several years. Good things can, and do, happen. In fact, I know that some hedge funds buy a portion of their "wild card" investment funds in sub penny stocks just like this. By spreading investment dollars over a few of these all it takes is one winner to totally clear any losses from your losers and gain tremendous profits for your kitty. Great strategy...pick up a few and enjoy the dice roll. Just buy em' and tuck em' away.

Good press release regarding this growing company. I like this from the article, "Although there are currently some pre-orders for glazed brick ceramic tiles, we do not expect sales to ramp until the second quarter of 2016." It's what an investor wants to see...which makes the time to buy NOW. I fully expect to see revenues continue to grow. Nice little company for sure.

If VGPR has been shorted, as I suspect, yesterday seems to have been somewhat of a turning point. Although there was still a lot of selling (shorting???), I also noted a lot of buying. I'm really feeling in my gut that we are due for a bump up. As is the case with many small companies, the investors got a little ahead of themselves with expectation that, thus far, has not been met. Now we settle in and wait for the company to develop. Molen has made promises in the past of things to come...hopefully he delivers on those promises. If so, coming off this PPS level, we could see a significant rebound that may turn into some real growth as the company meets certain milestones and begins to generate revenues. I'm liking our chances here...but patience will be required. cheers

Correct free man...A/O will(most likely) remain the same. In fact, Molen previously said that they would need shares for current and future deals. If issued for that purpose, the shares would be restricted from 6 mths to a year. Assuming there is a retirement of shares...it could only come from "issued" shares or, "outstanding shares". Therefore, we should expect to see an announcement eventually that he is retiring part of the O/S.

The large offers are from the shorts. They are trying to keep pressure on the stock through intimidation. Notice that they disappear very quickly when a little buying comes in. MM's prey on ALL penny stocks in this manner.

Jordantrae, normally I call the transfer agent on any stock i'm following. I haven't done so on VGPR as yet...no real reason...just lazy I suppose. However, it's been my experience that often pink sheet stocks are "gagged" by the company. In other words, the company gives instructions to the transfer agent that information on the share structure is not to be given to anyone other than those people authorized by the company to receive such data.

On a side note, Molen was asked about the share structure in the recent potstocks radio interview and replied that he "thought it was gagged". There you have it... If indeed gagged, anyone who claims to have gotten an update directly from the transfer agent is LYING.

Nothing left to say IMO...it's put up or shut up time for the company. The reason folks are frustrated is from the hype that some of the posters here (yes, you know who you are) were shouting a while back about "news is coming!!!" and, of course, the company itself with tweets and comments about big shot deals and orders. That gets old real quick when all we have gotten is a few empty PR's and a hellofalot of selling. We need to see either news of substance or complete silence.

If so, please understand that Mr. Molen CANNOT provide information about anything that has not been previously announced through formal channels. At best, he will say that all is well regarding whatever is in the works. A company cannot use a radio interview as a means of issuing press releases.
