SEC Complaint against HEMP, Inc
I think Space is giving us a prediction of where HEMP is headed.
Have you looked up Bruce on Pacer... or his ex wife? Interesting stuff.
This case is in pre-file status and will go Federal. The plaintiff's attorneys are still signing class members.
Here is a statement in the matter entitled:
Hemp Investors Class and All Others Similarly Situated, et al
V.
Hemp, Inc., a Nevada Corporation and Bruce Perlowin, an Individual
Demand for Jury Trial
Statement of material witness, George Jacob Jung
"My name is George Jung and if you've watched the movie "Blow" starring Johnny Depp who played me then you know my story. If you haven't then I've only got one question for you. Why the [expletive] not?
So I was released from a 20 year prison term in June of 2014 to my good friends Todd Rafael Cimino and Eric Hill. Soon after, I was assigned to a halfway house in San Francisco. It was then that I was approached by Bruce Perlowin. He was a real nice guy at first. I really thought he wanted to help me. I asked him what he did and he said, "George, I start companies and I sell the stock from them." I said, "Cool. You make money doing that?" He said. "A lot of money. It's a license to steal George. And I need your fame and connection to the pot crowd so that I can market to them and sell more stock." I said, "Cool." He offered to give me money every month, pay for my new teeth, lease me a car and get me a nice apartment. I asked him, "what kind of car Bruce?" He told me I could get a cool Cadillac Coupe. A new one. Hemp, Inc would pay for it. I needed the money and a job so I said yes. I'm 72 and don't have a lot of options at my age. He said "George, you just have to make sure that you tell people I'm the 'King of Pot'." Now I've smuggled weed and coke all over the world and have worked with just about every crew out there. Truth be known, I'd never heard of this guy before then but I needed the money and a job. Bruce also said that he would give me $ 120,000 worth of his stock as payment for my work of promoting Hemp, Inc and his new company, Cartel Blue, some new company that makes Blue Jeans out of Hemp. Something he started with his girlfriend. I thought this was cool and I needed the money and a job. He said that the stock would double in a year and I would have a quarter of a million bucks. I said, "Bruce, I might not be here in a year. I want the money now." He told me that I couldn't sell the stock for a full year. But when I was ready, I could take it into any brokerage house and they would cash me out on the spot.
So things went good for a few months. I got the Cadillac. It was cool. I met Robin Lane his girlfriend and she was nice at first but after a few meetings it was obvious that she had a few screws loose. A real nut case. But I needed the money and a job so I did what I had to do. I attended the Ascent Expo in Los Angeles with Todd and we were amazed at how much money they spent on this convention that no one showed up to. The first day they had a few hundred and they were people from this church of nut cases called "Agape Church." Then the place was dead. I was supposed to sell signed DVD's of Blow and promote Hemp, Inc and Robin's blue jean company, Cartel Blue. Hemp blue jeans with no hemp in them. Just a picture of Bruce when he was younger. I think it was a mug shot. And more crap about "The King of Pot." It was a joke. I thought I was weird. Hemp, Inc paid $ 250,000 to this guy Henning Morales to be a big part of this thing. It was a waste of money and time. I asked Bruce, "Gee, isn't that a lot of money for just show?" He told me that it was all good. This was how he could give Henning Hemp, Inc stock, let him sell it and then Henning would pay him cash under the table. I asked him, "Bruce, is this legal?" He smiled and said, "George, what's legal these days?"
So in June I had it out with the [expletive] Robin Lane. She pissed me off and they stopped paying for the car and the apartment in Sacramento. It sucked. She told me the car needed service and came and stole it. Bitch. I told her, "Robin, you got all kinds of money from selling Hemp Stock that Bruce gives you. Why you wanna screw an old guy like me." She said, "George. You ever repeat that and I'll gut your nuts off." I actually think she would. Heartless [expletive].
The year passed and I tried to sell the stock. Turns out a lot of time and money had to be spent to get this [expletive] to a broker house that would even touch it. I ended up with pennies on the dollar of what Bruce promised.
So I'm here to tell the world that Bruce Perlowin is NOT the "King of Pot." I am!
George Jung"
CEO Bruce Perlowin hospitalized in North Carolina Wed night with possible cardiac related chest pains. Discharged with a diagnosis of "Extreme Stress." The end is near.
The main correlating crank shaft has fractured and won't be fixed anytime soon. To make matters worse, BP was counting on this last pump to surpass the $ .11 mark so he could dump it, screw the investors and pocket a wad of cash... (Tommy Chong wants a new motor home and George Jung wants his Cadillac back.)
In December BP issued himself 5 million shares to sell this qtr. At .11 he gets over 500k. .04 he gets only 200. The crank shaft tooling is expected to cost low 6 figures.
The pump was a bust. BP is going broke - to the point of taking on more "consulting" business - something he's said he'll never do. End times. If this were world politics the born again evangelicals (BP counts himself as one) would be quoting Revelations.
Okay. Okay. I just saw the "Bat Signal Light" On it.
So why all the hype about NC Hemp legality?
Make no mistake. Bruce Perlowin is NOT in the Hemp business. He's in the "going public" business.
It's a train Allan.
Did you see the nice little Stock cert Bruce gave himself as a Christmas present? It's also posted on the Facebook Classaction site.
And why would anyone go to the trouble of doing that?
HEMP Class-action Lawsuit Page releases statement from non-other than the infamous George Jung, subject of the film "Blow" starring Johnny Depp as Jung. To view the statement visit the Facebook Class-action site.

And that's why it's called a Pump.... and dump.
I agree. Hemp is an incredible product with endless possibilities.
Now, tell me how that is tied to Hemp, Inc. It's not.
This company has had every opportunity to make good on its stated goal to proliferate the world with industrial hemp and, to date, has done little to nothing. Even Bruce's girl friend, Robin Lane's hemp blue jean company, Hemp Blue, Inc (Formally called Cartel Blue until David Rhodes enjoined them to cease and desist) is a firm built on the premise of Hemp Jeans. BUT their jeans have no hemp. Not a thread. Just a label with Bruce's mug shot on it.(I'm not making this shit up.) The only hemp product Bruce sells (and it's actually nice stuff) is a line of hemp butters, oils, creams, and candles and it's sold on the level of a Soccer Mom marketing Amway from her garage. Hardly the 12 million dollars this company is supposed to be worth (based on $ .03 pps). Keep in mind this duped market tried to tell us the company was worth 120 million almost a year ago. And then the reverse split. Now there's another reverse split on the horizon; another 10:1. Does that mean we're looking at a 1.2 million dollar market cap? Actually that sounds about what this company is worth.(And I'm being REAL generous)
At the end of the day, all Hemp, Inc creates is more companies vowed to work with hemp.
Wells Fargo shuts down last remaining LVNV Hemp, Inc. bank accounts for cause.
States: "Poor banking history. You're not welcome to come back."
Actions occurred 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Employee payroll put on hold.
Checks now coming from North Carolina.
Wow. Does this sounds like a company with a 12 million dollar market cap?
This is classic Affinity Fraud.... You can't make this shit up. Crazieness.
So where does a guy who has no job or income, get the money to build these crazy pipe-dream projects. Experimental villages, Geo-dome projects, Wildlife refuges.... and, here it comes, the Temple of Steel.

Hemp, Inc. Funding the twisted delusions of Bruce Perlowin since 2008.
Thanks for the welcome Condor. Nice video. But tell me how it shows a plant that's working - or near working. Looks like the same state I saw it in 6 months ago. AND if you look closely at earlier videos, I'm in one of them. As far as David Schmidt goes - and this is the hard part - I actually like the guy. He makes a lot of sense and knows a tremendous amount about industrial uses for hemp. One that he's directly involved with deals with hemp as a petro-absorbant. Fantastic stuff.
At the end of the day though it all boils down to business know-how. These guys have none. Name one business that Bruce has started/ run that's been sustainable... Other than, well... smuggling drugs or structuring Ponzi styled investor schemes that rely on the next guy and the next and the next....etc.
Most of the regulars know me and they've seen my optimism for Bruce and Hemp, Inc. Charts don't lie though.... And neither do results.
I challenge each and everyone of you to look up the stock scheme "Affinity Fraud."
https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/affinity.htm
Imagine if you had a public company that published bibles. And they predominantly solicited investors from the religious communities. The fact that the investment is tied to an emotional issue like religion gives the offering company an unfair advantage. Hemp, Inc. focuses on the Hemp/Wholistic/MJ crowd where it centers the bulk of its public stock marketing. On a 12 point Government checklist for Affinity Fraud, Hemp, Inc. scores a perfect 12. Add into the fray that the company produces nothing (except other worthless companies) and their stock is in the toilet. You have the perfect recipe for a public revolt, the likes of which will be the nails on Perlowin's business coffin.
If the plant was viable it would already be running. Hell, it would have been running a year ago as promised - or even 6 months before that. I've been to this plant numerous times and have seen first hand the supposed long-term progression toward functionality.... AND it doesn't exist. This plant is in place for one purpose and one purpose only - to shine as a beacon of hope for future investors to sign on, fork over MORE money to Bruce only to watch it all evaporate. The whole time BP gets an income stream to counter the harsh reality that he doesn't actually have a real job. Let's not forget that this time a year ago HEMP was worth ten times what it is today. And with another 10:1 reverse split on the horizon, this pattern's about to be repeated. We are not PAID bashers (Is that even a real thing?) We are consciences people with an axe to grind. People who have lost big at the hands of this Affinity Fraud scheme, perpetrated by a convicted felon.
