OTC stocks are fun to trade but please do not buy or sell on anything I might post. Just fun money here.

Wasn't it even from a union newspaper. Pretty reliable lol.
Right. Definitely about to blow up to the downside. Dilution scam.
Not sure how you can read that into the story. Goodness if you assumed that any time one of the crazy unions was causing trouble you'd assume no corp had any cash.
I own a few from days gone by, but make no mistake, current shareholders are done. The CEO could've managed this better - can't really see how he could've done worse really. There was ZERO reason for him - if he didn't really - not to know how many notes were outstanding. That could be discovered with a bit of work versus trying to rush to get this or that done. It's basic stuff.
Whether you run a fortune 500 company or one of these...there are some very fundamental things you have to do.
However, these pinkies are lotto plays. If you really thought the "new" CEO was some massive talent who was taking this to silver and beyond...well that was about as much of a fantasy as the lotto.
Good luck to all of you.
Fools gold. Going nowhere fast. Buyer beware.
Unfortunately that has been the refrain for months on end.
Not necessarily true.
Stabilized nicely after the faulty stories last week.
And where did you get that from? I doubt the TA said "at least 450..."
If you're talking about me I did not say in the least that no dilution was taking place. I said that you couldn't assume because VFIN was selling at the bid that it was the company.
Thanks. :)
Ick...now 14-ish.
Those rumors haven't materialized to date. The company has to release news at some point - good or bad.
Who knows really? My point is that you can't assume who is doing it...and to say the company is diluting is a leap. Oftentimes it is but not always. There are groups of investors who get together and buy these things. When they get their pop they move on...often selling at the bid just to get rid of the shares.
Yes...the financials will show the increase in shares if any since the prior figure. I'm not sure if the TA is gagged here but institutional selling or big block selling by us larger shareholders doesn't increase the O/S. Not talking conversions mind you. So the TA could verify if he's able pretty quick.
Dilution is when the company is selling shares...most people's definition anyway. I've often sold huge volumes at the bid when I've gotten my multi-bagger and I want to move on.
No But for a poster to claim that he knows the company is diluting because of VFIN is doing the selling is ludicrous. I route thorough them all the time.
Then you're flat out wrong because I know who sold quite a few shares today on the bid. Good luck though.
so you're able to tell it's not some of us trimming a position we bought in the trips? must have a crystal ball.
Given that chart maybe more like gap-down possibilities. Only down 16% today though...I would've thought more given the dilution.
True. I finally IGNORED the garbage.
And it was this Garbage guy talking a while back about reading "source code" on the IR site. Gotta love this.
These guys are the kinds of guys who lose at 3 Card Monte.
except that it didn't happen lol. That guy can't even read a court docket, so he made it up out of whole cloth.
very telling you're reading that a certain way LOL
Same Q people asked when Force Protection was at 26 cents. It only ran - split adjusted - to about $30 bucks I believe. When it finally fell back to $5 a few years later it was bought by a major defense subcontractor.
Same said of United Health when we found it at 8 cents. Well, you can look at that chart now.
Will this do that? No stock on the OTC - even those trying to do things legit - has great odds of making it.
That's the game you play here. It's a lotto ticket for Pete's sake - slightly better because you can do things to improve your odds down here; but still it's mostly fail in OTC. And it's not because of posts like yours trying to tilt it one way or posts from the pumpers trying to get it to go the other. It's basic math and common sense. Some are scams and run. Some are legit and don't. Some do. Pay to play.
Last time Barrence was right about any of the stocks he's posted on his clock was broken. He owns shares here to boot LOL.
Any idea how much one of these units costs?
He's not a lawyer either :). And very bad at reading - perhaps intentionally so - the filings.
There he goes again. "refreshed stock market presence". Uh...you mean reverse split.
Again...your musings on this stock aren't too informative. You're not alone though. I'll not address you further as you're not adding anything noteworthy.
Then why did you not read the case file. It's basic logic to read the subject before posting about it don't ya think? Just sayin'.
Unfortunately, there's 100% chance this stock is going to RS. The CEO knows it. He keeps hinting at it and "wishing" there was some way or the other not to. Geez..he should grow a pair already.
Not surprises in the sense that any reasonable amount of research by the company could've discovered what was really out there. Shareholders were in the dark of course.
I don't throw the fraud word around. It's too easy and unfair.
One thing I'll note...there were no surprises to the CEO regarding these notes. Just a failure to audit what was really out there from the start. Nothing prevented him - as he's done now - to sit down with the accountant and have done a complete audit of the notes; then come to shareholders with the real story of where the stock stands. That would've at least earned some respect.
Nothing to be done now to save prior shareholders. I own a few shares. Chalk it all up to tuition and move on.
No work involved at all to RS a stock. Stock dies...maybe it's time.
