Looks like they are getting some exposure. https://twitter.com/GelTechSol/status/1184520707511914496?s=20

This is how I read it, too. If so, it is just a bit more waiting ...

So, a 12 month with possibility of an additional 12 months would give plenty of time to get a new player in air-to-air up and running for the contract to be awarded in Q2 of FY 20... We are in Q1 of FY 2020 right now.
" Please be advised that a competitive follow-on effort procurement is ongoing with a planned award in FY 20 2nd quarter. At this time, OARS is the only AAR source which owns approved aircraft with Navy Interim Flight Clearances (IFC) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airworthiness Certificates that can continue performance during this ordering period of AAR missions without an unacceptable delay or interruption to the Fleet. This support is critical to provide AAR Services to USN Fleet and Test & Evaluation community."
This seems similar to the extension prior to the award in April 2019.

Haha well falls under "stumbled on" more so than research. But, I do think both are positive moves forward.

The number I just stumbled on when looking through the site again. The Global One update came to me from one of the silent longs I know.
TMPS
I also just noticed the updated phone number on Contact Page of the website:

Remember the Global One lawsuit? That looks to have been cleared up.

I had to create an account to see it, but it is a free sign-up

Yes, looks like it. Side note: tomorrow we should cross 6mm accum again.
Feeling good about tomorrow? Yesterday and today both saw some encouraging movement.
Looking good...

16s and 18s just got slapped out. Now .1880 up.
Appreciate all the info posted here. I have been holding and loading here, and read the board daily.
Thanks!

14s cleared and bid jumping started.

Bids stacking and all MMs are back, including OTCX.

Understood and thanks. TMPS
Is their reply something that can be posted? I assume the quoted text is part of their reply?
TMPS
Nothing new. Still waiting on some sort update.

Thanks much for posting that link, LT2W.
He is in this 8k from 12/2018

Last two weeks or so someone has been slapping ask on a 20% spread, and that accum keeps going up.
Might be something brewing ...
Again, Fire suppression and products dealing with soil erosion are both going to see greater interest.

Interesting, thanks for posting. So is the new industry day a follow-up to that, or something different?
TMPS
I would like to see some confirmation from TMPS. But looks like no filing today.
But clearly the bidding has be reopened. We will see ...
Hopefully we get some clarity on possible outcomes in a filing from TMPS.
BillJay, AJ? IF this is an opportunity to resubmit bids, this part is different
Multiple Award Contract (MAC)

What it appears to be, to me, is they are doing the process over again and allowing parties to resubmit bids.
Perhaps one of the area experts on the board can comment on this?

Interesting post on FBO this morning.

Perhaps the speculation about there being an issue with the process, rather than the contract, is accurate?
TMPS
These are EXAMPLES ONLY, and are not related to TMPS. But, I found two examples of "corrective action" type dismissals that include some background on the process for THOSE cases.
Again, these are not related to TMPS, but ARE examples that might give some insight into the process.

I think what people are seeing is the location of registration rather than physical location. The planes would most likely go to Newport News, in any event.
The Tristar/L-1011 has a following of enthusiast and plane spotters, so I am sure they will be the first to spot flights.

Agreed. TMPS
Bob, Classen's 13d from 5/7/18 is here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=12736116&guid=XSjIUFOezEKMWth
I don't see filings indicating those shares have been reduced or sold.
TMPS
For now, I am primarily concerned with the chart and filings or official published updates from DoD/Navy that clarify "intend" and "corrective action."
Accumulation tells a story, so I will continue to focus on that.
As for the plane's location (is it registration address or physical location?), that is less of an issue for me than getting some clarity on the last 8k. They were awarded the contract, yes, so what is the "corrective action" and what does "intend" mean. It did not say did or will or has, so we need more information.
This posts has the tail numbers...

Thanks for posting, Awe. Good info. TMPS
Right now, in my mind, we have a confusing 8k and a chart. Hopefully we get some clarification this week.
TMPS
The 8k did not mention the GAO or the dismissal, so in that case nothing was predicted. The 8k mentioned the Navy and corrective action. I have no idea if they thought the 8k covered both topics or to expect another filing that speaks to the GAO dismissal. As written, the recent 8k is not particularly clear and lacks specific details. Intent and corrective action are all we have to go on from the filing.
We really need some clarification or some public info from the Navy.
