I agree, unless there is some sort of fundamental update I can't see this stock going anywhere. The articles are also covering technical analysis, which doesn't really apply to this stock based on it being in the grey market and having such low volume.
It looks like someone is trying to get some movement behind this stock, 3 articles released in 1 day after crickets for over a year? Anyone have any insight to this?
All the articles seem to have very similar content.

Found this article on OSLH. First "news" publication to write about them in a while. Doesn't really answer any questions, just insights speculation.

Supposedly OSL Holdings office is at the Opus Virtual Offices, the website with their "location" is below.
https://www.opusvirtualoffices.com/virtual-office/new-york/new-york-city/location-234
However, there is no official documentation that this is their office, a quick google search claims that it is. And we all know that anything you find on the internet has to be true.
The phone number listed doesn't work, and I called the Opus Offices with an attempt to get OSL Holding's contact info, but they refused to release any information to me, would not even let me know if they are a tenant.
Website is also still down. However, we do not get a bounceback when I email the admin email, so someone is still maintaining the domain for that purpose at least.
Until we see some sort of official update or filing, I would not expect this stock to move anywhere besides the pump and dumpers who are obviously buying at .0001 selling at .0002 and then the short sellers as well.
Where are you seeing the volume?
There is nothing official. A quick google search gave me the address as: 1710 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10128
As far as I know that is a new address, however the phone number listed is not working so I'm not sure how accurate that can be. Also, the website is still down and their filings are not up to date. Until we see them update filings at a minimum I cannot see this stock really going anywhere.
Also emailed the listed email address, at least it did not bounce back.
anyone else notice that the company changed its address? They're now in NYC. Not sure how recent that was or if it means they are actually going to make any updates, but it would be nice. Really need some sort of material update for this company to go anywhere with the recent action.
There have been consistent trades happening but no real action. Does anyone know if they are note conversions? Or just more dilution? Whats causing the trades on a dead stock?
So far they are all sales, no new news, still delinquent on their filings and the website is still down. This stock can't go anywhere without any of the above being remedied, and even then its hard to believe it could go anywhere without something short of a miracle.
I always try to be optimistic, but I'll wait for any company news of new filings before I get my hopes up this time.
It seems that way, but why would they even bother putting their site back up?
There website is back up. WTF is going on with this company?!
Their website is down and their in default with their state registration. So I would assume they are either attempting to re-brand, or they're laughing all the way to the bank.
Heard the same thing last month, what makes this month different?
Where do you see that? I've only seen it at .0001 everywhere I've looked.
Just because it doesn't have an inside bid now, doesn't mean it won't later. As long as a market maker sees potential in making money on it they will pick it up. It was picked up once already in this lull, but the MM got out shortly after.
Pretty much the only way the price can get driven up is if there is an inside bid. You need a market maker, usually a B/D that creates the inside bid, they mark up or mark down based on demand for the stock.
I would presume that the latest jumps in trades would have to be from insiders, I.E. the 900%^ and 9999% drops we have seen. If this this is the case it would mean people are converting notes, or inside investors are purchasing at predetermined prices, which is not a bad sign. Also the company has still be submitting forms to the SEC, them being delinquent doesn't mean they are doing nothing, it might just mean they are waiting to have better #s before they submit. The good news is that the stock is so low that it can't go much lower. Bad news is, if it goes lower you will lose everything and the company might go belly up.
They are delinquent on there 10k filing, I hope they aren't doing it on purpose to keep shareholders out of the loop on a RS. I guess we have to wait till Monday to see what happens. I'm guessing an investor maybe converted a note to shares at an earlier predetermined price if that is even possible.
Can't find any info for the 900% jump, was it an inside sale or RS?
