Wow, what happened here? up over %600. Waiting for the fat finger trade to be removed...
The company said Wednesday that it had determined that the fair value of a Facebook share stands at $29.73, as of December 31. That would value founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg's stake at about $16 billion.

Board was Facebook (FB) different mod.
Looks like IH is just keeping it to this one.
What the... It vanished!
several posts then... POOF! gone.
FB ticker board is up.
Hey! Thanks for the charts. Now I don't know WHAT I was looking at, been a while...
Hm! I swear I had the scottrade ticker at 14 pps.... been kicking myself for not getting it.
Maybe that was pre market trading?
I had the same experience with Google. Had the chance to get in at 14, now it's at 500+
Hey FBone!
Wanna buy some shares of GMFX?
Yesterday was a massive sell off around 350 million shares, now it looks like mainly buys. MFI is getting whipsawed.
Amazing! I have never seen one revived before. This one managed to escape the tar pit of Zero Bid.
Don't forget to say ".... we will be rewarded!" 8^D
Anything is possible. If they weren't still trying, they wouldn't have bothered with the expense of a pr - as poorly worded as it was.
Volume happened on the way to zero bid. Probably those rejoicing at how cheap the shares are and telling themselves they will be rewarded.
Zero bid
Do I hear 'Taps' being played?
well, time to find another pinky to play with.
That's a lot of my game. Looking for dividend captures and forward stock splits.
It could be, but not in this case. The proposed 'stock dividend' would be a different ticker symbol. If this outfit was to branch out in different directions or spin off other divisions, then those would each have their own stock and their own set of financials, leaving CBIS as the parent company.
In that case, CBIS would have their own set of financials (like now) but also reap the successes/failures of the spin-off companies.
For example (And no, I'm only using this example for demonstrative purposes) Johnson & Johnson have many other companies they own. You can buy stock in J&J, or one of their companies. If one of their companies does bad, it doesn't always reflect negatively on J&J as much. It does have some impact however, but the more diversified a company is, the more blows they can absorb. Conversely, the opposite is equally true regarding success.
CBIS (I presume) is gearing up towards diversifying itself into, possibly, a pharmaceutical branch, meds equipment branch, R&D branch, who knows... But a divy with a different ticker means plans for growth and would not mean a dilution of the existing ticker.
You wanna take over a chicken shed? 8^D
I think you missed the point. This is a dividend, not a split. Many stocks have different classes of shares. A, B, common and so on. What this PR is stating is that in ADDITION to shares you hold, you will ALSO receive shares in the soon to be, new class of shares. It would be easier to explain if you have ever traded some of the financial or FUND shares, there are different categories with a different price per shares.
This one is proposing to give you an amount of shares in a DIFFERENT category/class.
This isn't dilution of the stock now available, it's NOT a dilution or a split, it's a new class with different dynamics based on different fundamentals.
Instead of cash for a dividend, holders will receive shares that will trade under a different symbol, thus increasing your portfolio.
Hope this helps...
They shoulda tried harder to accomplish something.
I didn't expect to see a flatliner quite this early.
If 19 DOES pass, I can guarandamtee you there will be a handful of pissy people with a lawyer who get it thrown out as 'unconstitutional' or some odd garbage. That's the reason I quit voting in California when I lived there.
"Jambo"?? Sounds like something Simple would cook up at the Road Kill Cafe. JAMBOth tires over it, let it set in the sun fer a spell, cook it up!
Now this is dangerously close to being 'no bid'.
I would not add (just me) any more unless something blockbuster happened like confirmed sales, open books with cash on hand, move to a bigger exchange...
Something more than the 'we hope to anticipate the beginning of something that might happen in some unknown country at some unknown date and we might let you know....' kind of junk the PRs have been.
The last pr was 'hopeful' nothing concrete. All it really did was to let us know that the owners might still be in the country and still care enough to try to prop this up a bit.
With a B/A of 1&2, this might stop trading on it's own volition. It can't get any lower than 1, except for 'no bid' which basically means that nobody wants to buy it, no buyers - no sales, flatline.
If that happens, the only way it will stay alive is if the owners buy and sell one or two dollars worth every three or four weeks.
Like I said a while ago, this will be dead by November if something worthwhile doesn't happen. The prospective date of October 29 for a concrete update is basically a final Do-Or-Die for this outfit. If they don't produce something worthwhile, then your best bet would be to kick some money to Lilac to help fund her legal maneuverings to try to recover some lost investments.
The Company believes that it should have the financials posted and a full PS listing from Pink Sheets prior to the end of next week.
So that means (to me) no later than Friday, October 29, 2010.
TRICK or TREAT??????
Nevermind, I see that the diamond outfit IS being prosecuted.
In that case, power to you Lilac, I hope you succeed and nail this to the wall.
Did not mean to offend you, my apologies.
However, all the cases you cited are on the exchanges and fully reporting. The pinks are and have always been 'buyer beware'.
Did you ever hear about the fiasco with that diamond company? Never EVER had any diamonds and I think they got away with it. - they were a pink.
You have no recourse against the company. That's just the facts of life in pinks. Save yourself some lawyer fees. All they'll tell you is that you learned an expensive lesson.
Why do you think LilacBlue never came back?
The cheerleading and pompoms drowned out any real DD.
I have found that too, so I rolled up and down the street. It's a housing district and semi rural. There are no major businesses nearby.
I agree.
Also, it IS stated that they are on 1.5 acres, which looks right.
The equipment in the pics also looks like it costs a bit of money as well. I would rather they spend the money on product development than a big shiny building.
Maybe I'm being too hard on them, but they shouldn't pr more than they can chew. Also, to a small startup, issuing PRs can start at $500 a pop which is working capital if you need it for pressure hoses and the like.
It's just shocking to see the truth in images when the PRs they put out make them seem to be industry giants, when it's only Fred & Ethel trying to start a business.
That's a good thing, now it can appreciate organically.
I wouldn't mind some pesticide being sprayed on some MMs...
If there is any other incorrect information (such as all the garbage about a shed as an office - that could also be subject to litigation if it's to mislead investors)
That is NOT incorrect and I would challenge it in court if called to do so. I took the address provided in the iBox, RESEARCHED it, and came to a shed in a field.
Just because it's not a gleaming building does not make it untrue.
"Yessir your Honor, I entered the address in Google Earth and it put the target on this building right here, you can see for yourself. I stand by this your Honor because I did not make this up, it is a fact for anyone who is not in denial to see for themselves."
-No, I'm not a daytrader
-No, I'm not a short seller
-No, I'm not here with some mysterious agenda
-Yes, I threw pocketchange at a pinky without digging first
-No, my world won't come to an end if it fails
-Yes, I will make a profit if it hits a penny
Can YOU provide me with a link to the address with an aerial pic, or is that too inconvenient to look for? Show me the satellite image of the office location in Alabama.
There's no litigation threat in any of this. Even lilacblue has moved on and dropped posting here. She dug in and found something unsavory, but legal and has no recourse.
Looks like this one died on the vine today. Zero Volume.

I would love for you to be right. Right now I am sitting on shares from two companies that don't trade. The third one took three years until Scottrade was finally able to erase it.
So is D'Amaro the only one to be sentenced yet?
I'm pretty sure that there has to be a huge amount of boards here. Even if the iHub System Lords were to double in number, I doubt they would be a sufficient force to police ALL the boards.
A majority of the time (I assume) they are going after the largest noisemakers and repeat offenders. It would seem that some boards run rampant at times, but there is only so much territory they can cover.
