When’s the last time you heard of a US senator mention a penny stock ,Great exposure
Pthrf right next door to us and same shelf just almost doubled there expected oil outlook .
I don’t think this stock is being held back . There are billions of shares out there so to see a few million on the bid or ask is nothing .The newest results aren’t fully out yet, and after the PR that dumped this 60 % I can’t blame anyone for being skittish on this until results are released. I personally do think this wont take off till next drilling seasons results are in, if the current results are positive I can see a spike but next years results are the true money maker if positive. All this is IMO . I’m personally holding long on this one
Next years full drill results will confirm one way or the other how much or little recoverable oil is in the ground . I look at this years results as a sampler as they didn’t get the full drill results because they ran out of time and drilling issues. If this years results are positive it should jump some and then next years if positive should shoot it much higher as oil prices are climbing and don’t see them dropping anytime soon .
Technically it t is dilution even though restricted. Once vested they become public . Stock dilution occurs when a company issues additional shares of restricted stock. Dilution results in changes to factors such as share price, ownership percentage, earnings per share and company voting rights. Determining the point at which employee stocks dilute the overall stock pool depends upon the type of employee stock in question. Dilution as a result of employee stocks may occur upon granting, exercising or vesting. So basically not current dilution but future dilution
Never said they were scammers , don’t think you can fake drilling for oil , I think they know the prospecting aspect , but not good at running a business . If they know the oil is there , why give up shares that will jump in price . Then if you need the money later , dilute then after the share price goes up for more money than what they gave up in shares . All this is just my opinion.
Dilution under ANY circumstance is never good for a share holder . Makes your shares less valuable. This has gone from 12 billion to almost 13 pretty quick . I look at as I lost 8 % with that then the 60 % drop because of a PR that could of been worded much better , I’m a bit bitter yes . Can only hope for very positive results in the coming weeks .
It is a good thing but not if the stock came from dilution. Makes yours and mine share less valuable, seems like they don’t care about that . Imagine when all those shares hit the market . I hope I’m wrong and they were existing shares the company had , but by the news it says new shares . That would bring us up to almost 13 billion share count .
Liking the report, still patiently waiting for the final one. Just a questing ,are the paying the contractor with existing shares ? Or is there more dilution going on . Either way they should do a 1 for 10 to bring it down to roughly 1.3 billion shares IMO . Less shares even thought still a billion + are harder to get than almost 13 billion . Thoughts ?
This stock will go up as long as they meet there perditions. I’m in this for the long haul as long as the results of the testing come close to predictions. It’s nothing but a good sign to pay in shares, but it’s also a big negative when it’s dilution and not existing shares . Yours and mine go down in value the more shares that are out there .
First off I’m invested heavily in this stock so why would I want to scare anyone away .Also this site isn’t going to scare any major investor one way or the other , big money doesn’t even follow boards like this much anymore . I am posting what I have been told from people in the field who throughout the years have never steered me in the wrong direction or gave me bad information. At the time gas was at 2 $ a gallon so there is a bit more profit now than then . Nothing I’ve posted is negative but I do my DD and only post what I’ve been told by knowledgeable people in the fields or DD I’ve done on my own . I could post many negative things about this company such as 12.5 billion shares and rising . Dilution to pay other companies for work done and put money into there account for future projects .,that means yours and my shares are dropping in value . How did they get 20 million in the bank ? Have they sold anything or decided to pump oil themselves , no more dilution . How the PR was worded and done so that this stock dropped 60 plus percent . But in the long run with the new CEO I think this will jump as long as the results are in line with the companies perditions, and years down the road this could be worth a very nice chunk of change .
I’m not arguing with you I’m just telling you what I’ve been told by people in the industry whos information has proved valuable and accurate. They were also taking into account equipment costs ,delivery ,labor etc . Not just what it costs once it’s pumping . Millions to be spent before even pumping . Also read the fine print on the article you posted ,the last few sentences adjustments can total hundreds of millions of dollars.
It was a few different people who are in the industry so just going by what they said . I don’t claim to know the prices ,but yes at least 2 of them were in the Alaska fields and were all right around that price per barrel profit .
Going from past posts of oil workers ,I myself am not one and have no clue about prices. At current prices there is about 3 $ a barrel profit , after operating costs . So your numbers are quite high . This is a long term investment as hopefully they will not get behind like they did last year in drilling with permits and such . Any buyout will come from result of drilling not speculation ,IMO ,so more drilling this coming winter with good results will be the key. Hopefully the results were waiting on will be positive and get a spike in share price . Then next years drilling and results will make or break this stock IMO.
Showing down .0005 early trading . Thought the news looked somewhat promising . Guess we wait for the results and go from there , sink or swim.
Got a ways to go before it even gets there . I’m hoping for big news ,but even with that don’t see 1 or 2 $ a share with 12 or 13 billion shares out there .just being realistic .
I think 1 or 2$ Is a bit unrealistic but could see .2 or a bit more with great news
Good luck all I’m out
Thinking this ticker peeked at .035ish. If the crypto didn’t make this thing climb what will. Gold isn’t coming in for a while , just trying to figure out why not to sell and keep my loss small. Anyone ?
Looks like this thing is tanking ,whats going on ? This isn’t MMS doing people are just selling . A bit surprised by this
What crypto wallet do u use for dscr
Beat wallet for dscr crypto ?
What’s the wallet of choice for everyone
So what’s your thoughts on 88 should I dump it or are you still holding ?
Nice to see ya here . Did u follow me from 88 lol
AABB is Another gold backed crypto currency. Went from sub pennies to silver. Very volatile large jumps and dips. dscr is just a bit behind them time wise .
Hopefully this will be another aabb ,only problem is it runs like a roller coaster .way up than way down ,with no rhyme or reason .
TD showing .02 open
Normally if the stock shoots straight up ,it also comes down just as hard . A slow steady climb is much better IMO.
Up 16% in early London trading . Heavy volume
Ok thank you that was my interpretation also .
An initial mapping exercise has indicated that these zones may be of similar magnitude of volumetric range as the original targeted primary zones. What do you make of that statement in there update
The one statement that sticks out to me more than anything else is , An initial mapping exercise has indicated that these zones may be of similar magnitude of volumetric range as the original targeted primary zones. No oil expert here , but to me that says there could be twice the oil or more of what they were targeting . Any input ? Am I interpreting this wrong .
Nice DD ,not a pumper here but the price of gold was 1200 a oz back than .so what wasn’t profitable then could be now .
People are in for the quick buck in sub pennies for the most part and want instant results. One of the main reasons IMO for the 80% drop and also uninformed and jittery investors. The way I look at this ticker ,it’s a longer hold . Once the results from the cores come in ,even if there not the gold mine everyone is hoping for , the company has stated that there are 2 other areas on the lease that are the better looking prospects on this part of the lease. It could take till next winter or unfortunately even longer ,for them to strike the right area.. hopefully this turns out to be a good strike if not it will be a long year unless a buyout happens first .GLTA
Never said there wasn’t interested buyers . Just saying that I don’t see it at this time . We didn’t get a full drill in ,so we wont have full results . I also agree they find and sell ,but without full results and other wells to be dug that are more promising ( company’s words ) why would you sell at a discount ,of what could be there ,instead of knowing what you have . IMO would be best for both parties to wait .
ConocoPhillips ,from what I have read ,mostly is held up buy they quarry they are trying to build to use the gravel for roads . Otherwise they have no access to there land because of summer weather, but the locals are fighting them on environmental issues ,along with Biden on the leases . So to bring back my point no access to land without roads ,we are just as far or much farther from the pipeline . So they would be in the same boat purchasing our leases they are in now as I’m sure more lawsuits would happen . So hoping for good results and thinking buyout is a ways away .All IMO
You understand that that’s why there not up there year round ,is because of the weather .If they had more time left in the season they would of finished drilling and gotten full results instead of partial..I understand they would of gotten full results if there wasn’t permitting issues that held up everything and they would of had a earlier start. If you have a different explanation as to why they closed the well, beside end of the season because of weather please inform me .
Not at all I’m hoping for the best . From my discussion with people much more knowledgeable then me in drilling and the territory, basically can’t do a thing but look at it .as it’s swamp land . Sure you can bring in equipment but can’t do anything with it . I’m just going by what I’ve been told ,I have no knowledge of the area or oil exploration ,but I do DD and talk to as many people with experience and familiarity as I can when I invest a decent amount in a company.. If it hits that’s great ,if it doesn’t, it becomes a long play .I’m in either way . Just don’t see a buyout any time soon ,without more drilling . That won’t happen till next winter. All IMO
The only news we are really waiting on is the core samples. If we hit , PPs should jump significantly. There will be no buyout IMO until at least after next drilling season . From what I have read there are no roads to even get to the land until next winter. A buyer would want the leases only if he knew all the predictions after drilling of the whole lease or doing there own DD.. Then they could figure out pricing and value after calculating all costs ,transportation to pipeline ,accessibility, how many barrels etc... Could a company take a flier ,sure but unrealistic. Let’s hope the current samples show promising results , because I don’t see much else being newsworthy besides that till next winter. GLTA
