@ Franz: Wird in 3 Raten bezahlt!
The 69 million restricted common shares issued by the Company in connection with the acquisition will be released to shareholders of Beijing Yanyuan in three installments based on the profit realized by Beijing Yanyuan over the three-year period from 2008 to 2010. If the profit realized by Beijing Yanyuan in any of the three years in the period from 2008 to 2010 is less than the profit target committed to by Beijing Yanyuan for such calendar year, then the number of shares issuable by the Company is subject to reduction as provided in the definitive agreement between the parties.
Gustav

Gustav
@ Blacky: Thanks for sharing these information. Maybe we will get an interesting and hot summer!!!
Go HRCT

"Mr Hu have been busying in negotiating with more schools during this period, and would like to start communication with shareholders in the near future."

Here is HRCT's response to my email regarding HRCT direction and specifics about Mr. Hu's education program:
Dear Sir,
Victor Zhou, CEO and the new Board are in charge of the management of the company. The business strategy of HRCT is to acquire more Chinese schools with substantial profits and grow into a large Education Group. The acquisition of Beijing Yanyuan is the first step, Hrct will acquire more schools with real profit based on this acquisition.
Mr Hu invented a unique education theory with a series of studying method and full set of text book with copyright, which could improve the student’s study grade rapidly, had already been acknowledged by the parents and education experts, therefore students would like to pay more money to be trained by this education theory. Beijing Yanyuan will make expansion through cooperation with more schools nationwide based on this unique system, and Hrct will help Beijing Yanyuan to realize that.
Best Regards
Hartcourt Company Inc.
Thanks guys for sharing these information.

Von lucky5 aus dem amerikanischen Bord:
An e-mail response from Hartcourt...
Dear Sir,
Thanks for your continual support and good suggestion.
We sincerely hope the loyal Hartcourt shareholders can keep on supporting us because Hrct already moved to the right direction. Hartcourt is nothing without you the loyal shareholders.
The acquisition of Beijing Yanyuan is the first step for Hrct to realize it’s business strategy growing into a Education Group including many Chinese schools with substantial profit.
Mr Hu have been busying in negotiating with more schools during this period, and would like to start communication with shareholders in the near future.
Best Regards
Hartcourt Company Inc.
Weiter so!!
Gustav
Gustav
