R/S scare tactics in translation(for beginners, emotional traders, etc):
Daily chart showing RSI at 81(*this means entering overbought territory if examined exclusively from a chart perspective).
Company put out a filing today, right on time. (Good sign, but since there was no mention of no R/S in the filing, despite no change in share structure, the fact that there was neither a yay or nay, leaves imaginative ambiguity that can be manipulated and drawn upon in either direction).
Given the two aforementioned points, if not enough shares are acquired by a person or group in need/greed of more shares, fear will be used in order to satisfy greed. Seasoned investors and traders will never fall for it, only beginners or emotionally compromised individuals (who either don't know the game, don't already have enough money, or who are going through personal hardships).
Best thing to do: Research both sides, sort out the facts, ignore opinions on message boards(ie Going to the moon tomorrow or Going to .0001 tomorrow before a reverse split next week), and find peace with your decision after making it.
That simple.
Great, thank you for the clarity on that. I think the odds are in our favor then.
That part of the equation I understand. What is slipping my memory is whether the entire O/S(*351M) are all considered common shares, thus all being affected by an R/S(whether good or bad), or are only 100M floating shares counted as commons?
Does the entire 351M O/S count as common shares, or just the float? Refresh my memory. If the entire 351M is all common, then doing an R/S is as sensible as lighting someone on fire you are handcuffed to and expecting not to get burned as well. Crude parallel, but you get the point.
Anything can happen. That is reality. There is always some inherent risk. That disclaimer out of the way, I'd like to think through this with a degree of optimism, fully aware the opposite could happen.
1)This company wants the shell for an entry into the US business world for the sake of expansion.
2)The company does not care about the current stock price. They are focused on business. A good CEO cares about getting deals done and eliminating debts and liabilities. The stock will take care of itself with that being at the forefront.
3)The company has weighed the option of an R/S, and sees that the company can thrive with a 105M float with their current revenues just as much as they can by doing a 1 for 100 split, pushing this to $1.60, and only having an O/S of 1.05M, which then may lead to stagnancy in price via a true lack of liquidity, rather than just raising the price organically and instead of having $1.6M in value as is now, they can then get it to $1.60 with the 100M float, and thus have both liquidity, and a $160+M value in shares available alone.
4)Finally, if they are on solid financial footing, noting item #3 above, there would be no need for toxic or dilutive funding, which would then negate the idea of an R/S down to 1.05M, which then gets diluted down to 105M again. Why R/S to the level of the first tier national exchange @ $1.00+ pps, only to not be able to hold that exchange, and thus having to de-list back to the pennies when they can just keep expanding their business scope while garnering more stock investors and creating the necessary upward volatility through improved balance sheets and improved supply and demand ratios, with an accompanying industry multiplier?
Anyway, those are my thoughts from a lens of "rational optimism". Again, I'm hoping they set something up and are as honorable as Harvey was/is.
$HTIC Looking forward to a great week here. Let's get some new names and faces on board.
A simple way to look at it is this:
Supply/demand ratio against revenues/debt/assets.
We have a low float to begin with, not to mention a nice little portion of it locked up, so the more demand we have, the less circulating supply there will be. That is our end of the equation. Spread the word, circulate the DD, and let it do its thing.
The other end is up to Harvey and Linghang.
With the way Harvey was particular about financing terms, making sure offers were favorable long term, I don't foresee him turning over his company(and shell) to another entity with messy books and inadequate financial structuring. Likely, though not with certainty, Linghang has a solid revenue/debt/asset ratio.
Most terms and scenarios here seem favorable, with the only x-factor being the mechanics on the part of Linghang once the show is officially theirs. If they prove themselves as honorable and as shareholder-friendly, this thing is blue skies until gravity is gone.
Let's get this to .03 - .05 before anything is announced. We just need a little traffic to make that happen. With the tiny float we have, this thing moves on air.
Here's to another great week.
I think you'll get your .10 on this. I genuinely do. I hope it is the blessing that changes everything for you; and the first of many more to come.
Nice going. Best part is that in this case, $1.50 is actually doable with significant revs, momentum, and the tiny float we have going. I hope that happens so I can say congrats as you sell. Heck, half that would still make for a pretty decent day.
Thank you, Snax! We have an excellent stock here. It speaks for itself.
$HTIC Some quick perspective:
Out of a ~105M float, ~3.5M shares have been traded as I type this.
105/3.5 = 30
1 out of every 30 available shares in the float have traded today.
With that in mind, any share owned that did not trade today is locked and/or will sell/trade higher.
This thing is thin.
With some attention, this is going to fly.
Try to bring some new eyes on this before news hit. With a low floater like this, the magnitude of the run will be significantly influenced by the amount of direct competition for available shares, which in this case, appears to be somewhat few.
If we can get this to .03 - .05 before news hits, we could see .30 - .50 within a day or two to a week or two. A ten bagger on merger news is not an anomaly or exaggeration.
RSI might need cooling down here and there, but each time it gets walked down to cool, it will be thinner going up with more head room on the RSI.
We have a great thing going here. Very happy with my shares.
Thank you, JEM. #113 in return. Lots of DEWM DD here. Enjoy the weekend!
You are very welcome, JEM. Thanks for writing back. That other play we're in is setting up nicely. Maybe I'll catch you back here as well. All the best!

$HTIC Low floater with overseas investment. Can't beat it.
Take a look at the "About Us" tab. These guys are branching out. When you read the link below, it becomes clear in what ways Harvey's tech becomes so useful, not to mention in conjunction with the $HTIC ticker.

IMO, now is the time to load. Grab available lots as it consolidates. Afterwards, only ask buying available for a little while. Nothing like a low-floater.
And to think.....this is just the start. Pretty awesome.
$HTIC Up 38% on less than $10k. This thing is going to move.
$HTIC .01 tested. Looking for consolidation, then .01 break and run. Low float and low SS.
Quick snapshot of chart w accumulation, bollinger bands, and overall trend:

Looking bullish as a chart play and a fundamental play.
Yeah, you know it Hatter. We're all here. Party hasn't even started.
$DEWM Long, strong, and not going anywhere. The fireworks happen when the spark is ready for the wick. Marco is the man with the match. When the wind direction is right, we'll know. Until then, I'm going to relax and enjoy the bbq. No rush.
Yep, sure did. OTCBB does not require audited fins. Higher exchanges, whether QB, QX, AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, all require audited filings. It is either for that purpose and/or for the sake of closing acquisition deals. Either way it is a win-win. Also, to pay for audits means that there is not only a need, but a means, not to mention a certainty that future business will warrant current audits and will be offset by profits, still equating to a net gain on the balance sheets. Rene's resume speaks for itself, and will speak loudly on behalf of TRON when the time is right. Patiently waiting, easy as she goes.
That in itself is a great buffer against any kind of RS that could negatively impact shareholders. If he owns significant commons, it is in his best interest to have the deal close with a favorable outcome for the commons themselves. And if he is to swap shares of his own for some form of buyout(or other agreement), then the receiving party, such as the new company, would also want a beneficial outcome post-transaction in order to secure what they received. Thank you for putting that out there, SP.
$HTIC These two lines stood out as being most powerful:
1) The company is involved in many industries such as Food, Machinery and Tools, International Travel, Civil Aviation and so on.
2) In order to maintain rapid development, it has set up branch companies in the UK, Hongkong, Vietnam, Shanghai, Canton and Shenyan.
First one leaves room for Harvey's tech, or expansion and diversification into it. Second one shows that the diversification and business model in the first is yielding enough growth to facilitate necessary expansion within the region and some outside areas as well.
Now factor in a stock with a ~100M float, a portion of which is already held and/or being added to under the radar. Bring some attention here, both longs and traders, and this thing can move like a rocket with news or other updates. Any confirmation of both a merger and strong revs will catapult this in a hurry.
Thank you for your reply on that. I'm thrilled that Harvey's tech is involved one way or the other. That is what I bought in on a few years ago when this was about to RM from DRAG to HTIC. Very cool.
Thank you for posting that information, Auto. Any idea as to Harvey's role with the new company? Is he on board because they will be using his engineering skills to assist in their current operation, or, is he on board because they will be adopting his technology, thus adding and expanding upon their current operations, with the purchase of the shell to do just that for themselves, while wrapping the deal around in funding to allow for Harvey's project to take off in tandem? I'm guessing that was not discussed, but I am very curious as to how it will pan out. Seems like a win-win either way here, especially with the share structure and the way this thing moves on air.
Thank you, Marazul. I appreciate that. It is an honor to be part of a good team of longs and to contribute as I can. Also, I very much agree with what you said about sending off inquiries in polite and professional manner. Replies from the company are much more a privilege than they are an entitlement.
You are very welcome, PST! Anytime. This is going to turn out nicely. Keep in mind we already know about InMed and iMedScan. We know the potential valuation(not including ICO revs). Now add to that the "Behind the scenes" comment. Patiently waiting here. Time to take my dog to the state park for a bit!
You are welcome, John! Time is on our side here. Like yourself, I have zero desire to sell any shares in the copper range. This thing will have a few runs into copper, another shake or two below copper, then silver should come, to whatever magnitude. Given the SS, I see PST's valuation as very doable upon transactions closing in couple with an industry multiplier. Tron long here. Patient as the day.
Yeah, I was really impressed that he took the time to write back in detail.
You are very welcome, by the way. Thank you as well for giving it a read.
I say let the man take his time. It seems they are building something of significance. I think it is a great sign he does not focus on stock movement, and instead, focuses on company growth.
Two things stuck out: His line regarding "Behind the scenes" and his line about "The Ride". Rene gave us a tipping of the hat. Just have to keep all this in mind during what you referred to as the "Hurry up and wait" phase. Between his reply and the stickies, we have plenty to look forward to.
Toron for the win.
I just got a reply from Rene in regards to yesterday's post. I just sent him a one-liner with a link and he took the opportunity to really extend himself in return. He strikes me as not only professional, but also, a gentleman. Below I will share his reply. He did not know the post was mine until I wrote him again in thanks of his response. I am going to be both bold(in my prediction), and modest(in my delivery) in saying I believe that we are in store for something significant, should we all have the patience to hang in there past the short-term.
Adam
Thank you for forwarding this message. I appreciate your efforts and would like to thank you for being a shareholder in Toron. The author of the memo is well schooled in trading penny stocks. However, their stated desire is to merely make the stock temporarily and at opportune moments for themselves. I am not here to make trading profits, but for long term appreciation and value to our shareholders. I honestly pay little attention to the hourly/daily moves in the stock, it is short term thinking and not long term. Once we announce all that is going on "behind the scenes", I am sure that all will be pleased. I am equally as confident that most of the short term traders will liquidate their positions, take their profits and move on. They will not be here for the ride. I understand and appreciate their short term time horizon. To paraphrase Sun Tzu "Know your enemy and know yourself. Then you need not fear the result of 100 battles."
all best

Nice catch on that, Mula. This thing is going to be finely tuned and ready.
Hey, thank you, LC. I'll go ahead and send him a quick message with a link to open. I appreciate it!
You are very welcome!
Thank you as well, PST. I really appreciate your stickied posts, both the valuation and the Top 9 list. Good things happening here!
Thank you, op. It seems we have a ton of great contributors here. TRON is going to make a great move.
Rene:
I have a couple of thoughts. I will post them here, seeing as it has been said that your team peruses the boards.
1) Time all future press release in conjunction with simple overbought/oversold indicators on the daily chart. A very simple example would be the RSI, or relative strength index.
2) As for the timing of the ICO - and you may already have this in mind - wait for the panic selling to end and the cryptocurrency market to stabilize and create an air of stability, such as when the top coins trade firmly sideways. No sense releasing the ICO to the broader markets during a time of downward volatility. It would start out that play of the game as a loss for those investing in the ICO, the company itself, and any potential positive or negative reflection of the coin value and market cap against the overall valuation of the company.
3) Mentioned in a prior post of mine today, please add team member resumes to the new site. Even if it is just a leadership tab with your resume. In addition, please add a PR feed accompanying the Investor Relations section, despite having adequate links to OTC filings, etc already. Savvy and educated investors read the filings; but with that said, most investors on the otc are more novice in nature. Both the educated, filing-reading variety, and the more emotionally-driven and trend-aware position holders(ie blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc) are equally valuable at this level and price point, so catering to both in that regard might be of due consideration.
4) Please drop non-compromising hints in future PR's as to what other varieties of healthcare companies Toron seeks to acquire, or equally beneficial, what type of fundamentals (ie debt/asset ratios, etc) Toron looks at when contemplating acquisition targets.
5) Your FAQ tab mentions having auditors. As I mentioned in my other post from today, it is common knowledge that OTCBB does not require audited financials. It would be great to know the purpose of having retained audited services in place, given that the cost of auditing is a financial hurdle for most otc companies. What I am asking, is whether the auditors are in place solely for the purpose of auditing potential acquisition targets, or are they also there to audit financials, either for mutual transparency on Toron's part and/or for the purpose of uplisting to higher otc tiers (otcqb, otcqx) or major exchanges(amex, nasdaq)?
6) Any consideration using contacts from your background to buyback shares in preparation for an uplisting, such as in the case of backing the purchase of 100M shares at .007 in exchange for a 5% return, with that $735k figure being backed by some form of contractual arrangement worked into the finalization and closing of the InMed deal, by which that $735k figure could be satisfactorily returned given InMed's annual revenues? An arrangement like that would also facilitate upward traction of the stock, not just by the reduction of shares against the revenues alone, but also due to the retail sentiment that would accompany a low-float stock with legitimate revenues that just made their SS even smaller in preparation to uplist to OTCQB or better, which then will attract again another variety of investor that will buy QB but not BB.
That's all that comes to mind at the moment, Rene. Thank you for your hard work. Big deals take time. Those of us with a few years in this understand the nature of this dynamic.

Only thing I'd like to see added to the site is a Meet the Team or Management tab. Rene has a great resume, and he has a few other associates who seem to be of similar caliber.
Rene tipped his hat a little while ago: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136889138
Seems we're getting close. InMed finalization, DWAC, ICO(*funds likely to count as paid-in revenues adding to Tron's fins), Imedscan licensing, and a different caliber of investor thanks to DWAC, deal confirmation, etc. Plus, let's not forget the small share structure here. Walkdowns on low volume thinning out the available shares in range from .005's to .007's rather than the last walk to .002's and .003's on similar daily volume.
IMO This is great for longs and traders. Play it how you will. We should see movement once the lower BB on the daily chart pushes the candles past the 20 day MA and the bands tighten into a pinch, all in tandem with a wide open RSI, currently at 50.648.
No rush here, Rene. Do it right and in right timing. Call the whales that you set up DWAC to attract and receive validity from, then PR this thing(with accompanying filings), and this thing will launch. Only one or two more runs up before next to nothing will be shaken out below .01. Get em while they're hot.
Thank you, Clean. Good stuff on the way for Dewmar.
Right on time, right on cue. Don't worry, HATTER. I've been speaking the whole time. Instead of screaming at the keyboard, this time I decided to type. Only kidding about screaming at the keyboard, but it does make for an entertaining visual.
Yeah, we're waiting. The wait is never fun. It is like being a kid sitting in the hot car before getting to go into the amusement park. You know it's right there in front of you, you know you're going to go in and have fun, but it takes an eternity to get past the gates.
We've got our tickets. We're walking up to the entrance. Soon enough comes the ride. And I'm guessing you'll add another zero to your holdings sometime this year. Sooner or later.
