They drink the kool aid and sugar is addicting. The work on the Farm Bill is completed with the outcome being the approval of .01 % of Cannabidiol (i.e, Epidiolex) not the .03% found in the 1,000’s upon 1,000’s of locations PlusCBD is sold,(even though NO ONE can nor will supply the phantom list of said locations). This along with the following shows this train is no longer speeding but rolling to the end of the tracks. have finished off any chance of old man McConell’s Hemp Bill. In case you hadn’t noticed The Senate is preoccupied with far more serious affairs that truly affect the country then what matters to a couple thousand CVSI stock holders or Kentucky Hemp farmers right now. I wish it were different because I bought an ancient 190 acre former Kentucky Hemp Farm. Additionally the approval was for Cannabis Sativa extracts only. and not Hemp extracted nor synthetic Cannabidiol that even though 1,000’s upon 1,000’s are jumping off the shelves daily CVSI doesn’t need to buy anymore. They’re so smart they foresaw sales increases of 200%, 300% and 400%%. Also, this OTC ticker whose CEO just had to give up his rights to being an officer in ANY Public Company as well as the other result being the company and Mona both having to pay hefty fines added to a class action derivative shareholder suit pending puts it right in the front of the line for any company trying to [b “]Uplist”. Face the facts, this was a nice OTC Ticker Run. I wish I had bought more then the 100,000 shares I bought at $.36 and began selling at $.70. Fortunately I held my last 30,000 and sold aroundt $7.00 - I made $250,000.00 pre tax and have been day trading it since buying $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 worth as close to the bottom as I could and dumping them the same day as close to the top as I could. That helped me pick up a number of days of $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 profits which I thank Andrew Left for. But now the volume has shrunk to 20%ish of what it was daily and the daily price spread isn’t enough to make even $5 grand on. That’s it, period. For those of you holding on thinking it’s going to turn your original $25,000.00 investment into multi-millions Newsflash, your chances are slim and none. I wish you all the luck in the world but for the previously quoted reasons along with 30+ years doing this I don’t think so. Now you can act like a bunch of children using logically fallacious ad hominem attacks but notice, I simply say what I believe to be true of the stock. I’ve never verbally attacked a single person on this or any other board Despite all the attacks (which I never read anyway, up in the center of the box you can see how many replies to your posts there have been [in green]). I’d suggest you start looking at the facts. When this thing began it was Bruce Perlowin, Mona, Donald Steinberg, Bart McKay and Michael Llamas. All but Llamas I’ve known since before most of you were born. Be happy you made a nice score and I hope you make more because if the action starts to pick up again I’ll be right there with you.
Really? “roll right through?”
How’s that one working out?
Might Not?
I guess you weren’t surprised because in case you’re color blind that close was red.
Of course the lawsuits have an effect. All these suits will be rolled into one class action probably through Rosen.
A lot of vitriol on this board. It’s all because you want YOU’RE position and theory to be correct.
All that’s important are FACTS.
Fact: Volumes between 20. % and 40% of average and FACT: It’s red 4 of every. 5 days just as it is today.
Don’t try and catch a falling knife.
Another week goes by and it’s down 15% more which brings us to the inevitable question Uplist yet?
Youre not wrong and it helps CVSI ZERO

Agreed I just wouldn’t put as much credence to technical analyses down here in the OTC. But your statement about the MM’s is dead on.
Low Volume
https://finance.zacks.com/mean-stock-price-goes-up-down-little-volume-2497.html
Low volume, no farm bill, no need to ask about Uplist
I had seenboth that link and notation on the website. There is no date as to when the first products will actually be available to buy, just the two pharmacies and Dr’s who are licensed to prescribe and dispense. It can’t be before November but to confirm exactly when I’ll call John later today. Any info gained I’ll share. Thank you anyway.
Please do you have a citation or link to that October date?
Thank you!
Volume down 75% and price in the red again. Can anyone tell me without bias what is the standard that follows? Because if you can’t I will.

Yes, red A G A I N
Correct. Those will be farmers unlike CVSI who has questions as to quality (Chinese Hemp?) as well as sales. It wouldn’t be the first time people in this crew ran afoul of the SEC over questionable material statements, the lack and misleading thereof. BTW, Uplist yet?
You are correct. Allow me a conjecture as to why. It begins at $.47 or $.48 and with the tremendous downward pressure like today of $6,500.00 in sales it drops 10.62% back to $.42
If you’ll look back to a post I made after John became involved and received those 1/2 million shares some quick calculation had me post your shares were just sold for $.21, anyone who paid higher is in the red.
$.42 would make sense allowing John to minimally double his money.
I always hear people say “know what you own”.
In this case I don’t think you know WHO owns your company.

Hmmmnnnn, notice anyone missing?
At this point it’s only the Senate voting. Hemp is not mentioned in the House version of the farm bill.
Hopefully Senator McConnel and Representative Conaway can reconcile the differences between the two bills. (Known as “SNAP”).
House Agriculture Committee chairman U.S. Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Midland, has said he is fine with it as long as it doesn’t cost crucial votes on a package that includes contentious work requirements for food stamp recipients that make up the bulk of the five-year spending plan.
“When it was over on the House side because of the food stamp issue the bill passed by only two votes,” Miller said. “They didn’t want to bring up the hemp issue because if it lost two votes then it would kill the bill.”
The two chambers have begiun hammering out their differences in conference committee since the House members returned from their August recess.
It’s not like I wanted to own a farm in Kentucky but I saw the opportunity. Now there’s a chance for another score, so yea, PASS THAT BILL!
The House’s bill is silent on hemp. The House’s version also included controversial provisions that placed work requirements on food stamp (SNAP) recipients, resulting in very narrow passage on partisan lines. The Republicants don’t want SNAP.
In the coming days, House and Senate leaders will appoint members to serve on a House/Senate conference committee to iron out the differences between the two versions. The conference committee could meet for weeks or even months, depending on the nature of the disputes between the chambers. Once they reach a resolution, they will issue a Conference Report that will be sent back to the House and Senate for final passage. With the support of a majority of both chambers, the bill would head to the President’s desk for signature.
Uplist ?
What an incredible week and weekend in Vegas hanging with the crew, sitting ringside at the fight and taking verbal bids for a JV on my 190 acre farm in Kentucky that actually WAS a hemp farm ages ago. I bought it 10 years ago for a song for this very purpose and are being offered 20x to 50x what I paid (subject to the farm bill passing with acceptable language). However I never intend to sell it. A lifetime of income from a JV growing and extracting everything possible from the plant is the plan. I’m pretty sure who I’m going to partner with. Oh, btw, Uplist yet? FYI, I post here because I crushed it with this ticker and still day trade it. Haven’t had a losing day yet. But I never read a word of replies so if you’re writing them you’re wasting your time.
