I am from Sacramento as well. And at least our Governor has the nerve to come out on Bloomberg to push the green movement even further in California. Still waiting for other Governors to other do that. Did I mention that California is the best state in the country? We have it all here.
It's more like getting a different investors and weeding out the weak. There goal is company survival no matter the cost. Shareholders should have understood this before deciding to invest.
He justifies his repetitive bashing by saying that he is "trying to protect shareholders losing their money from scam penny stocks like HCTI." I think you are being nice by saying that he has made his money. If anything, he's probably lost a lot.
Let's talk then but also put this in perspective in the of start up companies and political climate. Is it true that they tried HNIPU before? Possibly. Did he have other companies that didn't pan out as well? Indeed. But if you dig into Transnational's finances they did generate significant revenues of about 20 mil or so and had subsidiaries in Arizona. This was before the housing collapse in which they decided to shut down the company in 2007 probably because they foresaw that the company wouldn't withstand the Housing collapse. Everyone was hurting then and when your in the housing business you will hurt badly. Kristul has had his shares of ups and downs as do many entrepreneurs in the start up world. That is the reality. Also if you look back further and research into Dr. Fig, he even mentions that alternative synthesis to non isocyanate based polyurethanes has been a topic discussion for awhile or so (20-25 years if I'm not mistaken). He also in another article states that he is not putting all his eggs into one basket with Hybrid Coatings, hence why he licenses his products to multiple companies abroad. However, I think the climate is now favorable Hybrid Coatings since climate change is being pushed heavily by politicians on both sides...(i.e. Congress is going to increase the power of the EPA and the means is still being contested...look into Toxic Controlled Substances Act (which is finally being updated...still being debated in Congress though) There is also the SNUR that is supposedly to be effective in June although I haven't found a link that shows when the EPA expects this rule to be put in to play. These catalysts combined with the events of Flint, Michigan in which blame was being pointed in the lack of communication between the EPA and the Michigan Governor is making Congress aware that they need to make changes or risk the life of citizens. If you dig any deeper, you will see that special interests, i.e. Dow Chemical, contributes a lot of the Republican Congressman as well as the Michigan governor (Rick Snyders top donor for his gubernatorial campaign was Dow Chemical) So yeah, my personal belief is that this is a matter of when and not IF, and the company since it is a developmental company moving to commercialization is trying to position itself to survive, by getting into agreements with companies like Industrial Finishes and other F500 companies. The PR releases have been a repetitive for a good year now, and frankly they're re-releasing old PRs in an attempt to keep shareholders at some level appeased. They have no news until they generate revenues and until the bigger companies decide it's time to release the products which can take a long time. Is it a risky bet? You betcha given the volatility, and in the meanwhile until these things become official, this will become a traders best friend given the attention that his received from gaining an EPA award to other promoters trying to pump and dump the stock in the short term. What do you think?
I agree in the short term.
There are a lot of deals being talked about and negotiated as we speak. What is actually going on and what we know is going on are two different things. From what I gather and thru DD, cautious optimism seems to make the most sense.
Yeah that might be true and I think the American Coatings show in April will reveal how much interest there is in the product. All of this speculation though and all the evidence is circumstantial.
Transnational was a fairly successful company that was sold off because of the housing market collapse so that's not Kristul's fault.
Obviously you did any digging into transnational (Kristul's former company) you would see the revenues he made and how much they expanded the company prior to the housing market collapse. Then again, such incompetence speaks for itself. Everyone here understands the risks they are taking and we don't need to give us financial advice. Every person on this board has their own agenda as do you, but your constant bickering and incessant attacks are meaningless and everything you say is subjective given that you cannot post a single link to support any of your claims. So before you go making personal shots at every single member, leave this board at once or prepare to get torn to shreds.
Long HCTI
Even if that's the case, realize that change is gradual and nothing will happen overnight. Expect the timelines to not match up with what anyone expects since Congress, and all the authority figures won't make any changes until everyone gets what they want (that includes the chemical companies ie like dow chemical who's contributes to politicians who seek to deregulate and defund the EPA...just watch the Flint hearings and even see where the Michigan governor gets his campaign contributions from) Hybrid had the product but a still a lot has to happen and that require a good 5-10 years with no definitive guarantees.
Hey did he mention anything or have any insight about the previous 8K filed?
Longs will be longs. Flippers will be flippers. So on and so forth. Much more to life than stocks.
In the meanwhile you'll have time to learn something new.
I mean that's totally fine to have an opinion but it's more to understand the rational behind your opinion.
Or you 100% fear mongering with no justification of your position. You posting here incessantly makes you have some interest in HCTI so you have an agenda.
Quick question: with the F500 deal, they estimate 20 mil potential revenue. How exactly are they planning to generate revenue based on sales since they are just modifying a product? Do they get royalties?
I think you mean delusion.
Skiluc is funny because if he truly didn't care about Hybrid than he would be incessantly be posting at the level that he does. So yes it's fear mongering and agenda driven.
Well well well...no rest for the fear mongerer. Good morning to you too. I really hope it hits trips, maybe all the fear you generate will do some good
There is an agreement that includes non disclosure. This has been mentioned by IR several times. The demand is real and we just have to be patient and see what happens when the dust settles.
Let the fear mongering and delusions continue. Time will tell just how wrong you are about hybrid.
The definition of a non disclosure agreement. IR can't say anything or they get significantly penalized.
It's a matter of perspective if you are a short term trader vs a long term investor. Like I said, all the longs here are fully aware of the risks we are taking. This isn't the first rodeo that this stock has been thru nor will it be the last. Its important to consider the psychology behind the markets and the manipulation that goes with it on a daily basis (on either side)
No I am just making sure that everyone gets a balanced view rather than the fear mongering that you are so heavily pushing for. Furthermore, don't think your saving the world and getting thank yous when you have your own agenda. I mean you claimed to be right about every prediction you made with regarding hybrid and your other trades, which is clearly not true so that needs to be taken account if we are talking about facts.
There's no verifiable proof that you are being altruistic. We all have agendas so quit playing games and choose a position on hybrid.
That is just not true. More manipulation from you.
That doesn't mean that shareholders are right, it just means that they are acting on emotion. Most people don't even bother to look at the patents or dig into the substance that hybrid offers, and that lack of knowledge is why people get manipulated time after time.
While I won't disagree with you that they don't have 21 mil of revenues yet, I think your view on IF is overly pessimistic. Quiet frankly, they are in the beginning phases of distribution of the product so your assessment is also a what if scenario. Only time will tell whether hybrid is legitimate or not and this will occur after significant events occur in April, at the coatings show, and when the SNUR goes into effect (expected in June). Also, California is cracking down on pollutants, from isocyanates to other chemicals as well. I would listen to Jerry Brown's interview on Bloomberg (where he attacks Trump but also talks about the environment)
All of us longs are and well aware of the risks that we are taking with this company. History has shown that company has fell most recently to .0008 before rallying. I am sorry if I am hurting your feelings by telling the truth, but your credibility is diminished when you are so one-sided about everything.
Non Disclosure Agreement, enough said. They can't say anything more about the 20 mil deal then what they have been saying. Read the penalties for breaking a NDA.
Hey it's not worth it to defend yourself. You don't owe anyone an explanation. We have all positions and time will tell where everything lands up. I think we aren't hearing anything because of the NDA signed with F500. Breaking that agreement by releasing a name would screw over hybrid so it's out of their hands.
I agree that he was. I was just trying to flush out the specifics in the 8K. I think what we were experiencing is in the short term and actually hope that is goes to triple zeros. Makes it a prime buying opportunity to make even more.
Haha, ihub wasn't loading properly on my computer.
The 8K shows that they're extending their exclusivity contract for 5 more years 2015-2020. How is that not a good thing? Why extend a contract if your technology is not going to generate any revenue?
Dude you really should read up on how startups work before you start saying that everything is scam.
Let me ask you this: are you deliberately being negative or trying to provide a balanced view because it seems that you are focused on the negatives. That's what your posts suggest for HCTI especially.
Exactly. Patience is very key here. And they fact they don't release their timelines to shareholders makes sense, because shareholders have expectations that quiet frankly can be unrealistic bc of instant gratification and everything you mentioned. Market makers easily realize that mentality and take advantage every single day of the week, that allows them to profit. I mean it's no wonder why big hedge funds hire trained psychologists and psychiatrists to train their staff on the proper mentalities to have when they invest or trade. It's a level of self awareness that separates the mediocre from the great bc self awareness translates into maximal profits.
First off you can short penny stocks if you have the money to. Second, everything you say is speculation and not fact because if you can't support your data then it's just your opinion which is as speculative as what anyone else is saying. It's like believing in different religions, one is not better than the other. It's all about making a choice based on your belief. The difference being is that all the longs here have demonstrated their conclusions which a support link or article which makes them more credible even if their conclusions can be a bit misleading at time, nonetheless, it gives perspective shareholders an insight into the market. Furthermore, technical analysis can only get you so far. Just look at the markets and the volatility, no one knows what the hell is going on (even big hedge fund managers are losing millions and millions of dollars on a daily basis) My point is everything is speculation and at some level manipulation.
Everyone needs to chill and not be hyper obsessed with this stock. They will release info about the deals when they're ready. If you look at Kristul's track record, it's pretty decent. The F500 company news is deliberately ambiguous for now because they want to keep their competitive advantage in their industry. It will happen, timeline is what everyone seems to be worrying about and frankly both companies could careless about shareholders being all whiny every single day. Either have faith or move on. It's not like anyone on this board can afford shorting this stock.
You guys should check out Governor Jerry Brown's interview on Bloomberg about climate change. Really good for being environmentally sound. I guess there was a blow at the national level on Obama's climate iniative level at the federal level.
http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-03-04/jerry-brown-calls-trump-wall-proposal-absolutely-preposterous
I agree but I'm just saying it might be later than you think
