Well I'll flap my arms if it helps this big old bird to take off. Seriously though, the analysis here has helped me to understand this stock better and better. As much as I want a buyout for the dollars, I am not sure they would go down that path for two reasons. One, they would lose control of the technology with its ascendant revenue streams and secondly, they might be afraid the technology will get suppressed. I think they want to do this on their own. I think they want the credit for helping to cure cancer in our lifetimes. Science is inherently collaborative, but there is another motivation here besides money. Look at the background for Dr. Felder and you might understand what I mean. Fame is quite the seductress as well.
I think everyone on here hates the world of microcap financing because of the shadiness of the players, but the reality is that biotechs must do some of these deals to keep the money flowing if they are to survive. My DD has shown me that Redwood has also been involved in some good deals and with some real microcap winners as well. So far, BIEI has been way more transparent than other OTC companies (including some NASDAQ companies), so I am still quite bullish on everything. I believe we will all know a lot more in the coming weeks.
By the way, for those of you in this a little late, it is still an easy double or triple IMHO based on float and trading action alone. With news and good PR, it is a ten to twenty bagger from this point onwards. Of course, a buyout takes this to the moon, but it looks to me like they have structured things to profit long term from the company.
I can give you a personal experience on the pink sheets. I lost my a@@ to the tune of 11K on a series of stocks and every single one of them went down in flames. I am now crazy about DD and the thing that impresses me is the level of transparency here. I know more about BIEI than I do about some NASDAQ stocks.
P.S. If this goes where it has the potential to go, I think we ought to meet somewhere for a drink. Chicago maybe. First round would be on me! :)
As this is Christmas, I just have to say that I really want them to succeed because of all the good it could do. Just think what knocking down some of those horrible diseases might do. Someday our lives might depend on the technology we are helping to fund. Merry Christmas!
sending my email privately - thanks!
By the way, one of you savvy chart guys needs to write Mr. Hartman and explain the technical setup of his stock so that he doesn't do anything stupid with the share structure. I can't imagine setups like this come along every day and he needs to know what a special place they are in for future stock growth and PPS appreciation. IMHO.
Technical question - how do you tell the float is locked besides the price action? I can see that some of you may have more sophisticated trading programs, but right now the only way I can tell is that the sell orders are not moving the price down significantly and it is rebounding - but how do you know?
Monday should be decent. The board is a little quiet this weekend. Christmas perhaps?
Pop to .05?
Hey guys, please disregard my news at 11 post. It was an attempt to counteract a previous post made by someone else. Since he might have been blocked already, some of you did not see that post, hence the confusion. sorry.
Even the name of the stock says Buy - Buy BIEI. You know, I am totally unemotional when it comes to the buy or sell here because emotion clouds judgment, but I do admit that I want the stock to succeed. I have always rooted for the underdogs and good causes.
ATTENTION SHORTS ARE PANICKING - NEWS AT 11!
Breezy, to answer your question (and I only speak for myself), I am looking for some news out of the SABCS conference and an update on the Cevital connection to capital that will fund Auramedi and hopefully the manufacture of Feldetrex.
That is exactly why your posts have made no sense to me. You are seriously comparing a fully reporting, publicly trading company like BIEI with ties to a major research institution and the Department of the Army to a Nigerian money laundering operation? Listen, there are a million reasons why this company can fail... not enough money for trials, clinical results not conclusive or even a crash of the overall market. Yet you make it sound like they are using inflatable mice for their tests and do not have a viable biotech share structure when there is already one company almost directly comparable selling for .70 cents a share. While I am willing to debate you on the merits, I think your heavy-handed and infantile approach is not informative, it is meant to influence others merely to serve an agenda that is not visible to the rest of us.
By the way, if you do some more due diligence on Auramedi, you will find that these two companies are joined at the hip. I am not going to tell you all the details because people here do not want to believe anything unless they check it out for themselves, but take a moment and you will see what I am talking about.
ANOTHER DAY OF PROFIT - PERIOD. I MEAN, THAT IS REALLY WHAT WE ARE ALL TALKING ABOUT HERE - RIGHT?
Facts are always elusive in the OTC market and people may be hyping prices and price action here, but the difference between this stock and 99% of the rest of the OTC market is that the more I find out about BIEI, the more excited I get. Usually, I get that sinking feeling when things unravel (you experienced traders know what I speak of). Not here though. I'm always feeling like there is a lot more going on behind the scenes and we are just looking at the tip of the iceberg. Just my opinion, but it is based on the DD I have done myself. Still, it is smart to be cautious in any investment and that keeps you safe over the long term. There is no need to rush, this stock is not going anywhere.
We need a show of hands here... Who among you has not contacted the company? Wow. No wonder the receptionist is crying. Pretty sure we all are convinced they are at least responding to positive inquiries. Frankly, I wouldn't blame them for not responding to anyone else. It sounds like they busy beyond belief.
By the way, I have noticed a strategic change in the shorters approach. Almost as if they knew their old tactics were no longer working and have switched to a disinformation strategy instead.
Funny you guys mention that, I started accumulating during yesterday's dip and was thinking the very same thing. It is more of a feeling than anything else, but it is related to the thought that BIEI is a small company and has been overwhelmed by all of the sudden activity. A feeling that they are just trying to sort though all the BS and looking for the real money that is everywhere in biotech. They are trying to keep up with all of the interest in it and it just feels as if one more push will get the car started... and it is a Ferrari.
Actually what i like about this is the science... and the upside. Let's face it, a lot of us have said - why don't they have a cure for cancer? The thing is... chemo destroys the body and weakens the immune system. The more I think about it, the more illogical it sounds. Even if their procedure is not perfect, they now have a patent on a system for introducing antigens outside the body and a method for introducing it back in the body. Even if cancer is even more difficult to treat, there are some other illnesses this will work on. That alone makes this company one to give a chance to.
My theory (belief, opinion and speculation included at no extra charge) is that they had some PR planned for after SABCS, but that some structural dynamic changed as the result of the conference. Whether it was something bad like more testing needs to be done or something good like a new pool of investment dollars opening up, IDK, but we are left twisting in the wind until we know. The puff piece by Seraphim shows they are aware that the world is watching, but what happens next really depends on the news, IMO.
By the way Dee, with the Cevital connection made through Auramedi, that means they can now sit back and not jump on the first pharma offer that comes along. They can control their own destiny a bit. Start up biotechs have a huge hurdle to jump and my big worry was they could not fund any kind of clinical trials.
Notice the language in their past presentation that they shared the pipeline with Auramedi (in fact, they are closely linked if you do DD on them). This means they can fund using this new money and use Feldetrex for long term growth until the testing is done on the new treatment. IMHO.
Pretty sure he is not going to admit to having inside info. on a public web site... as that would be against the law; however, for me the one missing piece was where they were going to get financing for the company. Now that the missing piece has been put in place, it explains to me why they can make such bold claims.
In fact, I believe I am responsible for that last little uptick. Only 30k, but hey, we all do what we can.
Hey, even a broken clock is right twice a day. I mean, they are obviously experienced with the market, but they are still preying on the weak... IMO. What I find so disconcerting is their complete lack of subterfuge. I mean, they are so transparent that I am surprised that anyone gives them the time of day... but in reality, people are scared about ripoffs and new investors do get scared by these schemers and that is sad. I cannot stand bullying or manipulation. I don't care if they state their opinion or harsh the stock, but I cannot tolerate lies and deceit just so they can win a short or buy shares on the cheap. It makes my blood boil.
I need more shares! Donations will be gratefully accepted. :)
Awesome news find Adams! I was looking all over for clear info. on the JV and there it is. I think you have spotted the cash flow now and perhaps the company will reveal groundbreaking on the site or something soon. For the record - this is pure speculation on my part based on the link presented earlier.
This is a sleeping giant IMHO. Once the revenues start pouring in, they will not stop. It will completely transform skin care throughout the world.
Doesn't really matter what people say when the price is up 50% in one trading session anyway. People can talk all they want, but their voices will never be heard above the sound of money being made. Even more than that, the upside is amazing and I personally love the science behind this. I have seen the ravages of chemo - it is barbaric and primitive. If you can attack the cells outside the body, you can use whatever it takes to generate an immune response. That is why I follow this stock.
Is someone shorting out? Listen, there is still time to leave the dark side and buy some shares for the ride up. We won't tell anybody.
Low volume??? Have you been watching the volume and number of trades at all here? Are you sure you are on the right board? The past two weeks have been amazing. Add up the volume for the past 30 days and compare it to other stocks. If you are a newbie, there is help all over the internet that can teach you how to buy and sell stocks.
Listen, I'll be the first to admit that I don't know the first thing about some of the financing used to keep these OTC companies afloat. You could be right Helter, but Investo could be too. I just don't know. What I do know is that these people have been at this for years. They recently got a patent for what seems like a great idea. Either this is a colossal scam with a lot of people risking lawsuits and prison to raise the price of their stock by a few pennies a share or it is a struggling biotech on the edge of making it and trying to get heard in a noisy market. Everybody will reach their own conclusions, but the fact that they are trying to raise money by selling notes is not surprising to me in either scenario.
Googled Dr. Francia at UTEP. This man is serious anti-cancer Doctor IMO. If he gave the presentation, then we are looking at a guy who is devoting his life to beating metastatic cancer. I know trading is all about the benjamins, but damn it, I wouldn't mind taking cancer down a notch or two in the process.
Because of the Christmas holiday, we will have green days and red days from now until December 25th. That is all.
I was expecting news today too, but did you ever think that maybe the conference has rules about same day PR's, or maybe each PR has to be reviewed to avoid legal problems or even that they are reworking it to add or subtract something. In other words, while they have an obligation to investors, they do not have to cater to daytraders trying to make a quick buck flipping their stock. We are only nervous because pennyland is a scary place, but give 'em 24 hours or better yet - call them yourself. Please leave the panic for the newbs and shorties.
IMO - If it runs to .15 then it will run much, much higher in the long run if they can get an influx of cash. Can they sustain this momentum? If so, then this is not just a trading opportunity for a few cents gain, this will become a $20.00-40.00 per share company at least.
I think with all of the attention they have right now, it might be a great time to spin off Feldetrex and use it to finance the antigen work.
