My belief is that the shell game is over. They simply must have shares now and they will get them. Whether they can get enough is truly the issue. While Blackrock and Vanguard can control things somewhat, an argument can be made that it will spin out of control. Monday will speak volumes.

What people seem to be forgetting is the losses hedge funds and others are having on meme stocks such as AMC and others. While Melvin Capital was crushed and the Swiss Central Bank lost a mere $100 billion, Blackrock lost $1.7 trillion in the last six months alone. Spelled out as seventeen hundred thousand million. That, my friends - is real money.

Retiring debt, movies going nuclear, whispers of mergers. C'mon, this is much higher as a fundamental value play! By the way, this should be my 5000th post!

There is always margin. Maintenance requirements will destroy any short if it goes high enough. Never in the history of the stock market has that happened.

Well my problem is that Gary Gensler stated the Market Makers were putting about 90-95% of retail's orders through the dark pool, but we also know that the dark pool numbers we are shown consistently place those same numbers in a rough range of approximately 63% to 73%. Does that mean that data is suspect as well?

Remember that this week ends capital gains and losses for the year. If no squeeze by Friday, this rolls out taxes for 14 more months at least. Meanwhile, hedge funds have to either close out or extend their losses. JMO.
