Be careful about timing your entry point trying to save a few pennies. Now that the hoopla is over and spike has taken its course/profit-taking, etc., experienced investors may be trickling in. I bought back today because l don't want to risk being on the outside and missing out. A lot of things could happen at any time... Snoop is meeting with Tweed on Friday... Wouldn't surprise me if they have something planned, possible announcement? This is a very special week... I can picture further surprises along the way. Long term you can't go wrong with this stock. If it retraces for pennies it won't last long. Again, think long term. Do your own diligence very carefully. No one has a crystal ball but l personally see huge upside for this stock.
First of all, I haven't been Facebooking whatsoever, second of all, all my tweeting is 'public' in my attempts to find out information, which I have shared here all along because MDRM/PN/Novo did a very poor job of communicating and it is NOT fair to anyone. People here seemed desperate to know what is going on so I shared what I was able to find out after persistently contacting MDRM/Novo/PN. I work full-time and took time out of my busy day to try and get answers. We were all in the dark and that is frustrating. I visited the PN/Novo pop-up clinic at the LIFT EXPO - saw it in action and felt very optimistic. I shared my findings here which many appreciated because they weren't getting any communication. I would never tell anyone to buy or not to buy. I was optimistic at the MDRM/Novo merge and expressed that, yes, but I'm not a pumper, I'm not a trader, and I do not work for anyone other than where I work full time. I have never been granted shares or otherwise - that is ridiculous. For the record I've lost a substantial amount of my investment here... I've never made a dime off this stock. I'm really hoping they pull through. Initially after seeing the PN/Novo clinic I was very optimistic as they were in the process of rebranding all of their clinics as per PUBLIC announcement, and even holding a mass training session of which PN tweeted which I shared here, as well as their responses to me. I've always spoken the truth and shared my genuine level of optimism. I was as disappointed as anyone when MJN bought out PN. So yes, I don't have the same level of optimism that I had initially because the circumstances have changed. That isn't any fault of mine as I don't have any control over that. I have only shared the information I have been able to obtain, then and now. I'm hoping somehow they can make their plan B work - those details will be their own to share. Going forward I will keep my findings to myself because unfortunately it isn't helpful apparently. Your post truly made me feel sick inside because I would NEVER want to be responsible for anyone's loss. All of the Peace/Novo/MDRM information was public that I shared and I believed that it would have a very positive outcome. Given the decline in shareprice I wanted to know as much as anyone what was going on, and glad to hear there is some hope, but frustrating when MDRM's website is down and hard to reach someone by phone. I hope they step up the communication. Good luck to everyone.
I'm not qualified to give advice and my guess is as good as yours or anyone's. I would feel terrible giving any sort of suggestion to sell or not to sell and then see things evolve in a surprising direction. This stock is nothing short of a gamble. I don't know enough to determine the odds of MDRM pulling up its socks...it very well could, or this stock could continue to bleed. I hope not. My only recommendation is that you do your own diligence...maybe contact Novo Health/MDRM yourself to ask questions and get answers that help you decide whether you will sleep better holding onto your shares or selling them. I know this situation must really be tough if you've invested quite a bit here, but all may not be lost. Good luck!
Unfortunately we, as shareholders, will be the last to know about anything. As GS said - it is a gamble. There isn't a better way to look it. Hopefully they are successful in merging. I'm crossing my fingers that things work out for you, Duchamp, for all of us!
You guys probably know his history a lot better than I do... I wish the best of luck to everyone.
You are most welcome. I sure hope they improve their communication to shareholders. A bumpy ride for a new venture is to be expected, but they've got to keep their investors informed. Cheers!
I had a brief convo with Declan of MDRM. MDRM-Novo merge is being finalized and will hopefully be completed in the next week or two. PN is out having been bought out by MJN. Another LP is in the works.
No specifics that can be shared at this time. I certainly can't offer any guarantees of anything, but wanted to share my findings.
Novo did merge with MDRM already though right - so there is value in the clinic chain. Could another non public company back in here do you think. What next l wonder?
You would think with this announcement they would want to clarify their position.
Smart way to look at it. I forgo lottery tickets/casino plays to invest mad-money (gamble essentially) in OTC. In order to do that I tell myself I will not lose sleep over it regardless of the outcome. i'm willing to accept the risk. (My safer investments are in $CGC) If $MDRM works out my bank account will be very happy, but we shall see. I don't think we will be in suspense much longer... (I hope)
I tried in the past unsuccessfully...will try again.
I've put some calls into Novo to try and get some answers. Their senior exec/investor relations person, Emily was unavailable but I left messages for her and Rob - senior marketing person. The lady who did answer confirmed that Peace Novo clinics were launching soon and Emily would be spending a lot of time offsite until beginning of August (Launch date I wonder?) This aligns with the response I received on Twitter a couple of weeks back. I will keep you posted on anything that I uncover. It would suck to exit this stock only to see if bounce back on good news, but there is no crystal ball unfortunately. I'm in too deep at this point and will hang in there.
If that is so, then why did Novo merge with MDRM. Something is obviously cooking here. Novo had already partnered with Peace - why bring MDRM into the equation? A public shell is MDRM's biggest asset.
I doubt they will until things are finalized.
Peace Naturals responded to my tweet and advised they will have a Peace / Novo update soon! :)

Peace Naturals
?@PeaceNaturals
@cdnstockgirl we will have a Peace Novo update soon.
I loaded up...I can definitely see a lot of potential here. A platform that includes venues as part of the social infrastructure, and not just dismissive ads on the sidelines, is genius. Cheers!
Judging from the dates between the most recent filings, I suspect we are due for a new update very soon.
There is only one thing that MDRM will contribute - their public shell. Let's consider this. PN partnership was completed prior to Novo merging with MDRM. It is clear their (Nova's) future plans are to be merged with PN, so why would they EVER in a million years want to merge with MDRM? Only one reason because this company is otherwise dead - to go public. Can anyone give me any other valid reason why anyone would bother to merge with MDRM? Writing is on the wall and we will have an answer within a month or two at the latest. My spidey senses are tingling. Bet there is news or financials in the next 1-2 weeks. Cheers!
Peace Naturals / Novo Healthnet Clinics opening soon! This is a very good sign. Cheers!

Yes, true enough - but they have only recently merged. It seems like most of Novo's focus is on the PN partnership and establishing their PN branded clinics. We are probably due for another set of financials anytime now... I am comfortable to wait this play out
I think it depends on the legal outcome of their court battle - if Canopy took over PN then there could be possibilities. I don't know enough about this to ascertain anything
Pretty sure Canopy/Tweed (or most any other LP's) would want Novo. Maybe not MDRM as it was before the merge, but the potential now is great imho. Novo Healthnet has national clinics that service over 100K customers - and that's the key reason why I loaded up. When I look at what Aurora is going, and even Peace Naturals in their partnership with Novo, it makes sense to ride this out. I understand the frustration in having to wait for news, but I'm hanging tight and crossing my fingers. Cheers!
I already thought that a PN merge would be great, but Canopy would be even better. Hope we get some solid news soon.
Where did the Tweed/Novo information come from?
The Novo Health and Peace Natural partnership in action. It was a very successful formula at the Lift Expo.in just a few hours appointments were booked solid for new patients to connect with Doctors. Their partnership is secured in a binding contract but l can't wait until they finalize the next level.

I don't agree based on what I have seen. MDRM's primary value is being a public entity. Novo is a successful operation and PN is reputable too. They are already doing some great stuff together and have a binding partnership contract with intent to merge. They punctuated that at the Lift Expo. MDRM would mean too many cooks in the kitchen. MDRM is already being shuttered down. Website is closed, social media and contact information is inactive. MDRM is not being promoted in any such way. Financials are being cleaned up though! Goodbye MDRM - Hello Novo and soon to be Novo/PN. Clearly this shell is the perfect scenario for them to back into. I witnessed the product of their union and spoke with them as I mentioned, and it was PN who brought up the merge, and then PN going public in a few months. This is very, very clear what is happening. Don't give up your shares, if you've held on a long time continue to do so as it will be well worth it.
Precisely, you are essentially no longer invested in MDRM - technically Novo Health has swooped in here, and it is a new company in almost every sense. Novo on its own has massive potential. Factor in PN probability and there is an even larger upside to owning this stock.
A reverse merge can be done in less than a month! Makes sense for Peace Naturals to back into a shell company vs. go through the process of an IPO which can take a year or more. Why else would Peace Naturals go through the process of rebranding the Novo clinics? I'm holding strong.
I'm hanging in there. I visited the Peace Naturals booth at Lift Expo and asked a lot of pointed questions. It is pretty clear to me that Peace Naturals has a very cosy, binding partnership with Novo - hopes to merge and go public in a few months. MDRM being a shell company is the perfect opportunity to execute this. I suggested that and it wasn't denied as a strategy. Seems like someone is messing with this stock now...purpose is unclear
Thanks for the research, Geodcan! Tinley seems to have some interesting potential. I like their branding.
Pure speculation based on news of merger, etc. Do not take my opinion as gospel as I hopped on this board mainly to try and get answers to my own questions. This merger and the timing has me very curious.
Bob, Do you have a source link to this information? I couldn't find any public information connecting MDRM to PN directly, although it seems that Novo is heavily investing in MDRM in any case. I trust they wouldn't merge without good reason. Interested to find out the strategy in play.
I'm interested in knowing more details as well - both the "binding partnership with an LP" and Novo merge details. I was surprised that they didn't name the LP in the merge announcement - instead only referencing that they had a "binding contract" with one. That, together with the fact that they seem to be pulling up their socks now with their financials. Kind of seems like something is up...possibly in a very good way. I picked some up last week on a hunch after coming across the merge info. Crossing fingers xx
