sawdin; I know from talking to Tom Gramuglia that this is a family owned and operated business, their family owns most of the resricted stock, so what their reason for bouncing assets around to different family members and Gramuglias wife being the President instead of Tom I would assume that most of it is for Tax write-off purposes, I am just speculating though.
Whats the average time period after a filing is delinquent that the E gets added? Anyone?
Just wonderin if anyone bailed today? I'm holding out for the next couple weeks at least, i might flip some shares on the spikes and dips but for the most part holding most of it.
stock190; No I didn't
I spoke with Tom Gramuglia this morning, he informed me that the 10k filing will approx. 10 days late, I asked him if they are breaking away from Cornell since they are not going to receive funds from them and he said thats what they are working on now. I asked if they have received much money, if any at all from Cornell since the Nov. signing, and he said no. which is a good thing. So if we get the "E" it won't be for very long. I understand it comes off as soon as they get their filings in, so really won't be a big deal, if the SEC even puts it on MLXO.
Will we see, the Infamous E??????????eom.
It doesn't appear like they filed the 10k ontime, I wonder how that is going to play out this week?
new2005;
Even though MLXO isn't on the major indices, you can still use them as a Barometer for the OTC, even though stocks on the OTC can still go up when the major indices go down, it is more of a selection of those that are being manipulated or have very good earnings or news of mergers ect. ect. If money managers and investors are selling off on the big boards you know that a good portion of OTC companies could also see selling off. It's not always like that but when the markets take a major hit like this past week, Fri. being the worst single day in two years, it's going to affect the smaller markets to a degree IMO.
fishstix; Yep, if it's 6:30 then that means we get the F###in "E"? For 30 days or something? I wonder if they get an E if that would affect the short position that cornell has? We need something to force them to cover.
Anyone know when SEC Filings filed late, like at night, when they would show up? If a company has till 12:00 Midnight tonight and they file it after 9:00 will that show up tonight or be updated tomorrow or monday?
MLXO might be doing a smart move waiting until after the close to file the 10K. Next week should rock.
Dow NEWlow for the year MLXO CLOSED GREEN!!!
This week definitely falls into the top 10 weekly losses for the dow since 9/11! Unreal.
Considering the Major hit the markets took this week I think MLXO has held up pretty good, let's just hope they get the 10 filed in time.
fire_tamer_71; Don't waste your time calling that Charles guy, hes a fool IMO, Ask for Tom Gramuglia. The SEC Filings say he is the Director-Vice President but hes the boss.
fire_tamer_71; When I spoke with him last week he said it would be out by the 15th of April so we will see. Give them a call if you like. (315) 769-6616
stock190;
Right, my mistake, 10K today. Hopefully we will get a PR soon also concerning Cornell.
purlieu; Heres the article I found on MOBL, although it doesn't say whether MOBL broke it off with Cornell or not it does say this;
"MobilePro's signing of four letters of intent to acquire ISP's may provide the company enough cash flow to survive, but investors shouldn't look for immediate results if the company continues drawing down capital from its SEDA with Cornell. The 2003 financing left investors in a lurch as share prices declined. When MobilePro no longer faced market pressure following its $10 million SEDA, its share price climbed. Wright's comments in Friday's announcement about "better terms" may be a lesson learned or it could be another short play waiting to happen. Time will tell which way this micro cap stock will go."
Now at the time of this article MOBL had "NO REVENUE" and one look at their chart and you can see evidence of Cornell in action, sure Cornell might now own 10% of the company but I guarantee they acquired that 10% much much cheaper than MOBL planned on, thats how Cornell works when they lend, first they short the daylights out of the company and loan the company it's own money and then buys a controlling interest in the company dirt cheap. Now MLXO has been in business since 1972 with 12 mil in revs last year, and 15 mil in assets, we should be trading alot higher than MOBL and they are in the teens right now, down from the .20's when that article was written. The CEO of MLXO is not going to let Cornell do that to his company from what I gather.

10QSB Should be out tomorrow, Chart says hold right now, hopefully a PR will be out soon also with some update on the Cornell Situation, with the MM's moving the price around on the slightest volume, I don't think the MM's have a lot of shares to sell, so any serious buying pressure and this isgoing to rocket hopefully past .10, I really don't think .10 is dreaming either. Anyone see what UVSL did today? Chart looks similiar to MLXO, .75 in Jan. to open @.14 today and ran to .57 today, not that theres any comparison to these two companies. But if Cornell is indeed exiting, we could see a run like that easy if the company puts some hardball pressure on them.
Nice close! Up 1/2 a penny, now if we can just keep that up for for a week or two or three.
Looks like they don't want any chart following T/A having anything bullish to talk about here! So they keep it flat at the End of the Day.
MM's HAHAHA Dropping it on nothing!!!!!!! Man they must be short bigtime!!!! Look at the chart for UVSL dropped from .75 in Jan. to .14 open this morn. ran to .57 Today, YeahI want that tall white candle on MLXO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to flip some of my shares today @.037, I had a all or nothing order in and the MM's wouldn't touch it! Now they bring the PPS down on 30k of sells! That says alot. I think once word gets out about Cornell exiting this is going to blow wide open.
If they give you this number for the Investor Relations guy (832-689-4922), Don't waste your time calling that guy, hes a joke, call the main number I just posted and ask for the CEO, hes usually doing something, but ask when you can call back, I've got thru 3 times in the last 10 days, very nice guy.
315-769-6616 Number for MLXO, CEO Tom Gramuglia.
stock190; I don't know what they have up their sleeve, he wouldn't elaborate on the subject, he didn't even want to comment on what the PPS would do after they put in motion whatever it is they are doing, but I had to push a little on that issue, so I asked him if he believed that the PPS will be much better than it is now, he said he didn't want to comment on that but that it should be, so that was my little hint I guess that they are playing hardball with Cornell, which is a good thing because if you don't, they will eat you alive. But he did make it clear that they are not using Cornell Capital funds, and thats a PR in itself.
I think we did alright today considering the rest of the markets, I mean really, the dow drops triple digits, the Nas down over 30 points, S&P almost 14, what can you expect on a day like today, being that we closed with the ask unchanged from yesterdays close we did OK. I know this much, after talking with the CEO I am convinced that when they put in motion whatever it is that they are planning, this stock will be well above where we are now, the CEO didn't exactly say that, but he gave me that impression without breaking the rules. Someone posted on another board that MLXO May be filing a civil suit against Cornell Capital, As greedy as those SOB's are I am sure they would rather Cover their shorts than spend money on Lawyers for a lawsuit if that in fact is what MLXO is planning. I think just a PR letting the world know they are intending on filing a suit might even be enough to cause Cornell to get the shorts out, who knows, just a thought. Waiting for double digits here!
harr449; Hard to say, I've only been in approx. 3 weeks, but I know how Cornell Capital works their web of Toxic Financing, and I know from the CEO's own mouth that they are not going to use Cornell funds, that in itself is a PR!!! Best thing he could do for MLXO is break off from Cornell Financing, heres a news article from last year concerning a company MOBL that broke off funding from Cornell.
http://www.axcessnews.com/microcap_051404.shtml
Unreal they uptick on a 5k partial fill! Shares must be a little short supply or something.
Dirtbags MM's only filling partials @.031!!!
I am buying more today on this dip, confidence is high on this one Popping by the end of the month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spoke with the CEO Today and this is what I gather from my conversation, As usual he was very reserved with what he would comment on and say, my take is this, the company is taking action against what is happening to the stock price, he wouldn't comment on exactly what that is, but I already know from my conversations last week that it is shorting by Cornell Capital so I didn't even bring that up since that is a given. According to Tom (CEO), the action they are taking HAS NOT BEGUN YET! When asked for an opinion on the situation with the Share price he said that himself and his family are the majority shareholders of MLXO and they are very unhappy with whats happened to the share price. He would not give me an opinion on what will happen to the Share price once the company starts the action it is pursuing, only this, that the share price will be much better than it is right now. He said to give us a week to two weeks at the most and it will be released and hopefully get the stock back where it belongs. I think Cornell Capital already has wind of this and that is why we see Cornell begining to Cover which seems to have started last Fri. according to the chart, I would call it Pre-emptive covering! LOL! Cornell is Prob. covering as much as they can before this breaks wide open and Investors get wind of what the company is going to do to combat this Toxic Shorting. It's gonna be fun to watch this pan out, I am definitely holding until the company PR's this, if this breaks back to the teens or above .20 it's gonna be AWESOME!
midwestmi; This planned sale you are refering to has already taken place on March 7th, so these shares have been in the float since then, no concern now. The concern now is that since the CEO is breaking away from Cornell Capital, getting Cornell to Cover it's massive short position here, I believe thats what we have been seeing the past few trading sessions is Cornell Covering, they are the reason in my opinion that this stock is down where it is from cornell Shorting it. It's way undervalued at this level and way way oversold also.
MLXO is bouncing off it's bottom the main reason is because back in Nov. the CEO inked a Standby Equity deal with Cornell Capital the Shortselling pigs, he recently learned what Cornell Does to companies it lends to by shorting them to death and then lending them their own money, So the CEO Grew a Brain and said he is not going to use any Funds from Cornell! Smartest thing he could do, so now Cornell has been scrambling to cover it's massive short position, MLXO is coming out with it's next 10QSB this Fri. 4-15 if they also put out a PR with news about breaking off from Cornell this stock could be back in the Double Digits like that.

BB; Are you Bullish on MLXO? Are you in at all? Whats your opinion of what might happen now that the CEO has grown a brain and decided to not take any funds from the Cornell Captial Short selling pigs? TIA.
MLXO Stockcharts.com fixed the Typo error from yesterdays .37 badtick, it brought the STO just above 20 now, I'm Bullish on MLXO, holding out for double digits.

fdjr13; Not this week yet, but I am going to try and get him on the phone today after lunch, let's just hope that this next filing is a good one. If they have a good PR to go with it we could see some real upside, yesterday we broke out of the long downtrend on the chart.

Watching this bounce around like a hot potato on such low volume tells me that with some decent buying pressure this thing is going to fly.
