Y’all have fun. Got a hurricane to deal with and houses to check on. Good night maybe I will catch y’all in a couple of days. Putting my NBRI order in tonight. See y’all on the flip side!
A new 26 foot Baja. Nothing too big a fun island hoper with the Miami Vice feeling lol
But a weeks worth of drink money turned into a boat, I call that a win!
How about it’s the first search result usaelements.com
Just saying… my opinion only…. If every fan of NBRI in here threw $200 at ask tomorrow, with normal market activity, it will hit 19 by 2pm NY. Stock price has nothing to do with true company value, think “game stock”. I am game to move the needle are you?
Assaying a pile is easy. You obviously have never cracked a rock. But I am not holding that against you. If you would like to question my statement and who am I, here is a way to prove who I am. And we are way bigger than NBRI. Google USA Elements go to the site and send a “contact us” message. And I will send you an email. Or you can put in a cryptic message “12 characters connected” and I will post it here.
At first glance that looks like a dump / Slag pile. Zooming in nothing is smooth, and smooth rounded edges are caused by water movement. At first glance I would say the picture is of a pile that was dug out creating an adit or tunnel sometime in history. The mix between shale, quartz, and I think I see basalt and granite and pumice in the pile. Now the standard process is to create a grid for distance and depth and have those samples assayed. Then send a small shipment to mill to for proof of assay.
In my opinion this is not River rock.
I can’t answer your question because I have not seen the pictures. Give me a link and I will give you my professional opinion of what I am looking at.
No I am just a miner who bought stock…And when I am bored I jump in to read comments and add perspective, to the point of a comment is correct I agree with it and if it’s wrong I point out why it’s wrong. As to 1200 miles I do not know. Let me check the recent pr and then get back to you on the mileage. I don’t read the pr passes the headline. Will be back to you.
From a mining aspect, Jared’s comment that you posted is correct. And anyone who knows about weight and water flow would agree. The more mineralization in a rock the heavier it is and the heavier it is the less of a chance it would ever move from its position. I personally have rocks in secure storage, from dump piles that were extracted from tunnels in the 1930’s, that never moved their position in over 90 years. Most of them weigh more that 8x what the should being of shale. Don’t listen to the bashers they are here to drive the price down so they can make the spread. No one is out here supporting or bashing unless they are here to make money!
Y’all keep beating the naysayers down. I’m in the stock for boat money. Buying my dream boat with my stock cause wife said no to a boat, but she said if I can figure out how to buy it without effecting the household then she is in! LOL
Already up 300%
Wow. So Rhodium is 0.5 ounce per ton. It’s a good number but it is 167 per ounce. So does the added cost to properly extract the Rhodium to pure in a gold separation process make financial sense. I do not know, I have never looked into it extraction of Rhodium in any process other the a hydrogen reverse helix process.
That is a great per ton result. Just for clarification 0.5 ounces is not 14 grams it’s 15.55 grams so that’s an extra $85 per ton (at todays $2,657 spot price) helping out on the cost to operate. 1 troy ounce equals 31.1035 grams
You rock… my last post!
Either way I am out… y’all enjoy the banter and we will see who wins as a stockholder…….
Sorry that was a mistype. That area is 365 a year!!!! I did not review my comment before I posted cause the people piss me off and emotions got in the way before I hit submit.
Absolutely nothing against you Monroe1, I thought could come back in here and have educated conversations. But it looks like I can’t, y’all have a great time… I’m out!!!
Par is an effect to conversion you are correct but that does not affect the operations of the company because the company’s expense will exceed profits. So par has nothing to do with anything. You are wrong on taxable operations.
That’s just complete BS. Par value has nothing to do with anything other than a financial statement, other than state renewal tax…i.e Delaware . Maybe one day you will get to a point of understanding par value and tax implications. Or you can stay on the internet talking stuff you have heard vs stuff you know.
You are wrong that area can’t be a 365 day a year operation… yea you have to layer your clothes, but my operations are 365 days a year and we are at roughly the same elevation. Not to mention we have 106 acres close to NBRI in CA and I personally will be running an excavator on that property in late December.
Stop being a nay sayer.
It’s not the snow that stops an operation it’s the termafrost. Where NBRI’s location is in CA is, it can be a 365 day a year operation, especially since they can go below bedrock which means an underground operation and it is warmer underground the surface level.
I have spoken to him in the last month and he is balls to the wall, he is 110% business. Great things to come IMO
Yes, I am the CEO of USA Elements. And we have and continue to grow our properties.
We are focused on earth friendly exploration and development right now and will be moving to a phase where we have a mill in the next 2 years. I can show you gold on the ground everywhere, but there are no open feed stock lanes to get your ore processed. All the mills are filled up and are private operations.
The money in gold is not nuggets or what you see on TV… it’s in the micros, dust, and flakes and that’s where having a mill makes the difference from a dream to reality (paying the bills plus some).
If y’all are ever in northern Nevada, PM me and I will take you on a fun gold prospecting experience. Plus I will call Jared and let him know we are on the way over to walk the mill. Jared is the most humble miner I have ever met.
I might have 1,200 acres of proven gold and silver mines, but I still don’t have a mill yet. And the largest gold deposit in the US, still has not built their mill. And, a mill is key to turning rocks into sellable. gold.
Just like you I believe in Jared!
I am a miner who also plays in the stock market, and NBRI is the only mining stock in my portfolio right now!
Deals and taxation have nothing to do with par value! If the company does a deal trading stock for it above par value it’s still an expense on books at deal value and does not create tax liability. And if the seller accepts a price for their sale above par value this doesn’t create a tax liability for the seller either.
By next Friday (9/6) hit 12 and it sticks creating new floor. IMO
If you bought gold on Aug 20th, today you would have made 0.68% in 7 days...If you bought $NBRI on Aug 20th, today you would have made 100% in 7 days. Facts are facts!
Wishing great things to all NBRI shareholders
As a miner myself with over 1,000 acres in Nevada, I can appreciate what Jared is doing and the way this company has turned around.
Looking at recent trends for NBRI, it takes 24 to 48 hours for the world to catch on to the news….. if trends run the same we will hit 7 tomorrow! With 400M + shares traded today, the market has create a new base line!!!
Double zeros is where we can make a difference.
After reading through recent posts, I encourage everyone to do their own research before making any decision. I have many facts here so please read in its entirety.

The acquisitions of the Bishop Mill and the Copper Mine, are related to shares. IN MY OPINION, both of them have opportunity for revenue. So is this dilution? I would say no cause it adds value. Do you know how important the Bishop Mill is and how valuable it is to the company. Go out and meet a hard rock miner, a mill is the most important part of the process.
OH YEA, did you know that shares issues directly from the Company’s Treasury have a 12-month hold period. So the new shareholder has to wait and then has to get an attorney letter on how they got the shares and then has to get them cleared. It’s a long process and cost money to get the shares cleared…. Long and short of it, this IN MY OPINION this does not affect us shareholders today. It’s normal corporate activity. Shares issued like this are not cashable today!
FOR THE NON-PERMIT COMMENT REGARDING MINING:
Also, a mining property does not have to be permitted for production to move ore off the property. The permitting rules and requirements vary depending on exactly how the ore is removed. For i.e., mechanical machinery vs manual, under ground vs land disturbance, fee simple property vs mining (mineral) rights property, etc. The only way to know is to research with the overseeing governmental agency for the particular land parcel. And the only way to know if a project is permitted and/or bonded is to be a well versed miner who know how to research that. IN MY OPINION: is any one in here a long time successful miner? If not, how can you speak on this point.
MONTHLY OBLIGATION STATEMENT: Where is it written that the obligation is to be paid for in shares. Do you know if the new management doesn't already have that figured out? Do you know if the monthly obligation isn't just going to be accrued until revenue is able to pay it down? IN MY OPINION, you don't know, If you do, please enlighten us.
All in All, do your research and don't listen to personal opinions.
How did we miss this? or was it just me???? This is huge in my opinion. NBRI is moving in the right direction.
All of this is on the OTCmarkets site.... Jared is moving the company forward. Hopefully the next step is full SEC reporting status, in the next 6 months!!!! This would be huge for the company and the public's view of it.

Dilution???? - What? From what I can see it has been years since the company issued shares that can be traded. Not only that, but Dilution refers to % of ownership and Dilution of % is not always a bad thing. If the increased value of the company outweighs % increase in new free trading shares then Dilution is not a bad thing. Just like reverse splits, if your dollar value of your investment doesn't go down, then there is nothing bad. It's about your investment dollar figure, not # of shares.
Debt - For the people that keep saying there is all this debt and new debt - How do you know? Do you have access to the internal books, if so, prove it!
Reality is no one in here really knows what's going on. All we know is what is being release to the public.
Got to love it in here.... Its a world of misdirection... Before you make any decision based on comments in here know that there will always be cheerleaders and nay sayers. And I would not be surprised if a cheerleader is also a nay sayer trying to move price up and down to make the spread difference.
NBRI is on the move!
The smalls are finally coming in!! Goal 10,000 shareholders, 95% smalls.
The step up is coming!! I pulled my sell orders.
$NBRI take a minute and check it out. It will be worth it.
$NBRI - need to start paying attention to North Bay Resources. Write it down and check it out.
Can’t believe this company is still trading.
