Ill have to agree with GR, that was a great reply.
Nice. And I do think midol we work on him lol.
Nope. Ours is EVIO Labs Massachusetts (Previously known as Viridis Analytics MA, LLC)
If true, it will hurt our efforts initially but as the equipment comes on line revenues will increase.
So, it’s a possibility Q1 or Q2 won’t be as good as we expected and your numbers will be pushed to the right a little.
GR, let’s not forget we can’t utilize the hub and spoke model so I believe and I could be wrong it may take a little longer for all the labs are generating revenues due to equipment.
I don’t think all the labs in CA are completely set up with all the required test equipment.
Your thoughts?
I agree. We got to be close to the bottom of the notes. I think GR said there was about 10 mil left. 2-3 weeks max maybe if we get close to or half of the volume we had today.
Unbelievable volume today, we at least half are convertible notes hitting the market.
Still nice to see though.
Yep, thanks. My memory is fading lol.
Not to mention IMHO there is going to be a bottom neck of testing similar to Oregon as most LP’s currently use in house testing methods.
Definitely something to consider.
Must have been a fake wall because it’s gone.
Thanks BC
I thought it did but it doesn’t.
Here’s the PR.
VIO Inc. (EVIO) Taps into Canadian Cannabis Testing Market Ahead of Full Legalization
May 11, 2018
Global cannabis testing industry expected to reach $1.42 billion by 2021
Leading provider of cannabis testing and scientific research for the regulated cannabis industry operating in North America
EVIO on track to double number of testing labs from nine to 18 in 2018, with 11 currently operating facilities
Canadian subsidiary EVIO Canada finalizes 50 percent acquisition of Keystone Labs, Inc., a Health Canada-licensed medical cannabis testing facility
EVIO Inc. (OTCQB: EVIO) reached a significant milestone in its expansion plans in early May when its new subsidiary, EVIO Canada, announced its acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Keystone Labs, Inc., a licensed Canadian testing laboratory specializing in quality testing for regulated industries such as cannabis. In a May 3, 2018, news release announcing the deal (http://nnw.fm/Vr16H), William Waldrop, CEO and co-founder of EVIO, said Keystone Labs fits perfectly within the company’s expansion plans.
“As the country prepares for adult recreational sales in the coming months, the need for credible and comprehensive cannabis testing is greater than ever. Keystone Labs is one of 37 laboratories licensed by Health Canada and one of only three laboratories that hold both a Dealer’s License and a GMP Drug Establishment License for cannabis testing,” Waldrop said.
As the established national leader in providing accredited testing services to the cannabis industry, EVIO Inc. provides state-of-the-art analytical testing and advisory services through its EVIO Labs division in accredited laboratory testing facilities in North America (http://nnw.fm/tG83S). EVIO has grown from its original lab location in Oregon to 10 laboratories in five states and one in Canada. The other recent acquisition announcement (http://nnw.fm/5dXc8) with Leaf Detective now puts two locations in California. The company plans on expanding its line of accredited cannabis laboratory testing facilities to 18 by the end of 2018.
The global cannabis testing market is expected to reach $1.42 billion by 2021, up from the $822 million it recorded in 2016, according to analysts at MarketsandMarkets (http://nnw.fm/2nPzB). Regulators in each of the 30 U.S. states and the District of Columbia where cannabis is legal in some form are grappling with formulating testing standards to ensure consumer safety. EVIO Labs operates under rigorous quality management systems to ensure results are accurate and reliable, with each of its labs either holding or in the process of attaining the ISO 17025 international accreditation and the specific accreditation in its respective state.
“This acquisition is a significant milestone for EVIO as it will mark our first foray into an international market,” Waldrop noted. “Our goal is to increase consumer safety and confidence, while further pursuing our aggressive expansion plans for 2018.”

I believe I read they have options to purchase more but I need to read the original PR.
That’s map. I just read Steven post.
Thanks for posting. I noticed it state mandatory 3rd part testing. Is that effective immediately or at a later date?
Good point WE.
Is Pixelmags dead or alive? I say alive and well.
We will soon see.
Pixelmags
Definitely!!!!’n
Life is good until we get revoked... BUT IT WONT HAPPEN.
Out of the merky shadows steps Pixelmags, sooner or later we hope.
Keep hope alive champ.
That was actually indeed as a joke but who knows what’s going on with SPCL. It’s all a mystery right now.
GLTA
Great post GR. The numbers are staggering looking at EVIO’s potential.
We may be in the slowest and smallest sector of the MJ industry, but one must conclude EVIO’s future is bright. It could get brighter if......
Our future is in WW hands or he is replaced with someone more capable, hence brighter.
You can’t say no, but you can say we will never know.
Is it possible the SEC has a large investment in SPCL?
Things that make you go hmmmmm.
I assume this is your last post on EVIO’s board. Check back in 3-5 years. You will be surprised.
EVIO is in a slow moving sector of the MJ industry and as such it should be considered a long term trade/investment.
GLTU
1.5 fist pump.
Steven, we use the hub and spoke model and Kenevir Research is the certified lab in Oregon.
I agree Steven. So many unanswered questions. Never any details.
We can speculate all day but we will never know if WW doesn’t elaborate.
Welcome back to the board. Yes, it would help if someone like yourself puts eyes on the only lab we have in Canada.
Also, any thoughts on EVIO pulling from listing on CSE?
Oh ok. I still wonder what happen.
One thing is for certain, we need new leadership but we already know that.
What we don’t know is what the hell is going on behind closed doors. No PR no nothing.
Could it be there’s a shakeup going on or something big is about to happen. Who knows.
GLTA
Yep, and I wouldn’t put it them to convert all the shares given EVIO pulled out of CSE.
Dilution is holding EVIO down and the end is probably 2-3 weeks away.
WW still hasn’t responded to my email so I sent another one through the company website.
You’re welcome champ.
Let’s go Pixelmags.
Thanks and you’re welcome.
GLTA
You’re very much welcome. Having deployed as a military member and DoD civilian was a pleasure.
Hopefully Pixelmags takes us to retirement.
GLTA
Hey watchful, just made it back a few days ago from the desert and 6 months flew by. I was prohibited from posting on any social media platforms while I was deployed.
Thanks, glad to be home and just in time for some Pixelmags plug and play action.
Looks like management is turning up the heat and I can’t wait to see what happens on Monday. It’s been a wide ride riding this ticker since June 2016.
All I can say is fasten your seatbelts. I’m prepared for anything at this point.
10 mil and holding.
GLTA
Indeed. Get in where you fit in... Yep, you said it, if you’re not in SPCL now, you’re not in.
BOOM!
It’s not over until the gas ass lady sings, and she is horse lol.
Yep, it’s visible.
Thanks
I’ve to say This is one crazy ride. Whatever happens let’s just say wow! SPCL
Damn damn. Ok. Wonder if they responded.
Going to email WW about this as it’s public information now.
I think today was decision day. Provide documents by end of day or get revoked.
