Actually the R/S document is real. It’s in a corporate filing from 1/2019…. So it’s not a hoax. The fact it is so old and hasn’t happened already, would make you think it’s not happening.

No sir… it was approved, doesn’t have to happen within 15 days. So just because it hasn’t happened doesn’t mean they are halting the RS. I’d be really cautious knowing it’s 1000 to 1 and can drop any day.
