In Mississippi, this is the last year for Cannabis Eradication grants for our local law enforcement. That $$$ runs out in October I think. The states will not be getting that grant $$$ ever again. I look for MJ to be re scheduled soon.
Yep. Had a lot of hope for this stock. Those hopes have disappeared. This stock only goes up when it is muniplulated up shortly before the 52 week highs. That’s the only time it does anything. Look at the past 3 years.
I agree 100%. More discount coming soon.

Sessions: DOJ looking at 'rational' marijuana policyhttp://www.cnn.com/2017/11/29/politics/sessions-opioid-news-conference-marijuana/index.html
I been long $SRNA for a few years now. Had high hopes for this company. But, have slowly been giving up hope.
Not sure if it's the $SRNA management that is the problem, the new Trump/Sessions administration, or the whole sector.
Every Q report seems to be more and more depressing. Dilution and conversion seems to be the only thing moving the share price. And it appears that the only people that are benefiting from that are the ever revolving management turnover team.
I'm just patiently waiting for the share price to go up a few more cents. (If $SRNA does not go bankrupt first) I will be selling and moving on shortly.
I'm still holding. And, patiently waiting to add more.
That's what I am waiting for.
I'm waiting for 7's to print.
Shovel salesmen
That's awesome!! Do u have it indoors or outdoors? If it is indoors does it make a mess?
Yea. You been saying it for a long time. Lol
Hmm. I think I remember reading something about "toxic debt" and $SRNA ????
Also, now that medical marijuana is legal, on the federal level in the US, doors are opening wide. Banking concerns are being levitated also now.
Directly from Surna transcript
Yea. That's why the this follows everything that comes out about Surna and on every conference call.
Statement About Cannabis Markets
The use, possession, cultivation, and distribution of cannabis is prohibited by federal law. This includes medical and recreational marijuana. Although certain states have legalized medical and recreational cannabis, companies and individuals involved in the sector are still at risk of being prosecuted by federal authorities. Further, the landscape in the cannabis industry changes rapidly. What was the law last week is not the law today and what is the law today may not be the law next week. This means that at any time the city, county, or state where cannabis is permitted can change the current laws and/or the federal government can supersede those laws and take prosecutorial action. Given the uncertain legal nature of the cannabis industry, it is imperative that investors understand that the cannabis industry is a high risk investment. A change in the current laws or enforcement policy can negatively affect the status and operation of our business, require additional fees, stricter operational guidelines and unanticipated shut downs.
Surna is a good play. Don't get me wrong. But, it's going to be a long for sure. I'm not against it. I'm all in and still adding to my position. Investors need to be aware of all the variables that come into play on this upcoming sector.
It's to grow marijuana. Look at the federal laws. I could sell 15 planes to el chapo guzmán to transport employees. And I would be a trafficker under federal law because he sells dope. Keen in his own words says they are driven towards marijuana cultivation. Don't get me wrong. I'm a surna backer I'm buying all the shares I can. But look at the laws. I been to prison for growing pot. And lived in Colorado for many years. People need to understand the big picture.
Just like ALL states they sell it for medical or recreational use. It is 100% cash deals. They have safes full of it. Banks do not want any part of it. Face it. Surna will be great once the cash can flow through the system legally.
Under federal law, marijuana remains a federal Schedule I drug, in the same class as harder drugs such as heroin. That has been the case since 1970, when Congress passed the Controlled Substances Act, making it illegal to manufacture, possess or distribute it. The law also makes it illegal for financial institutions that depend on the Federal Reserve System’s money transfer system to take any proceeds from marijuana sales.
Do u not get it?? Why would you show a profit? They can not even protect or put your money in a bank.
Ask Keen where the money is?? I bet u it's not in the bank!
Just my honest opinion but, this new and upcoming sector does not have, and can not be restrained to other stock variables. They have banking issues. And, have different federal taxing issues. This play is not the same as in the past. It is not leagal under federal laws. Therefore they have to play the game different.
They will have no problem with funding. Do DD and u will see the information. Banking and the Feds. SRNA is a long.
What exactly did it say?
Only on your back.
Banking. I brought up this issue before. It's a revenue issue, with this growing sector. Fed insured banks will not take illegal cash. State vs Feds. It's not how the state reads the law. It's federal. BANKS ARE FEDERAL!!
Yes, it is legal.
It should fill. The MM "money managers" or "stock specialist" will most likely fill a market order if sellers are not around to keep liquidity of the stock movement.
You should only use a market order if
1. You want to "buy" a stock and you do not care how much it costs you.
2. You want to "sell" a stock so fast you don't care what price you get for it.
They had 2 each of the 3 different dolls I posted on the shelf. The price was $23.74.
3 on the shelf in Pontiac IL.
$23.74
Lena, Kimani, Valencia
Can't seem to post the picture I took of them
If u were to bring someone all the supplies to build a meth lab. And you know they are going to be using it to make a meth lab. Then you are also guilty of manufacturing meth. In the eyes of the federal government.
Direct from Keens letter...
" I believe there is simply no other cannabis cultivation system commercially available that is superior to the liquid-cooled Reflector in efficiency for heat removal. Even at a premium price point, all versions of the Reflector have the potential for a payback period of just over three months making our reflector what we think is a very logical choice for any cultivator."
They help grow pot. In the eyes of the federal government it is illegal.
I have zero shares in this company. Because, it is worthless. Chase the dream if you want. Drink the koolaid if you want. I'm not a pumper nor a stomper.
Yes. JUMP SHIP!!
Correct. Question #2. Where do u put profits gained from a company that deals with aiding a federally illegal product but, state legilized product?
Have you ever heard of a company that shows no profits but, stock price goes up? I have. And you have too.
Not going to block you. I think it's funny when you two fight about it.
Here we go again.
