I haven't been able to find anything related to real world experience.
I bought ACOL way back when at $0.0008, you won't here any complaints from me on its progress or fluctuations. Naysayers existed then, spewing the same bunch of nonsense. It was wise of me to not listen to them then and it will be wise for everyone to pay them no mind now, I know I won't. We all know where this stock is heading. Patience
Any insights would be helpful. I haven't checked in on TBEV in a very long time. I don't know all the in's & out's of the stock market like some of you guys do, maybe someone can help me understand some questions that I have. I bought before the RS, it was my understanding that the purpose of the RS was to reduce the amount of available shares to look more appealing to investors and ultimately drive the PPS higher. That apparently wasn't thought all the way through because the roughly $500 investment I made is currently worth approximately $0.30, five hundred dollars to thirty cents is something I hate thinking about especially since I sold an nonperforming TPAC that I sat on forever to Buy TBEV that showed so much promise and that was not long before TPAC woke up and ran. Alzheimer's Disease wouldn't be enough to make me forget my stupidity on that bright idea.
Anyway so I'm currently down roughly $499.70, then I read today that TBEV is adding 20 billion shares. I only had 300,000 shares before the RS, and now I'm down to 3000. Will the addition of the shares affect the PPS in anyway positively or negatively? Will the amount of shares we currently have increase or stay the same? Since the RS was a Phenomenal Phailure is there a likelihood that this increase is as well? Any Thoughts or Facts would be appreciated, I think I'm a little late to need advice that will be beneficial at this point. I just want to get a better idea of what is going on and if what is happening is a good thing or a something that going to have me looking at 3 cents instead of 30. Thank you
That does put things in better perspective. Thank you for taking the time to explain.
I own shares in TALK, I got in at .0002 I have been here for a while and I am 100% supportive and looking forward to the good things to come. There are just a few things I am possibly misunderstanding that perhaps someone out there can clear up for me. If TALK is buying UMS then how is it that "at closing" UMS will own the subsidiary companies? Wouldn't TALK own them at that point? I know the plan is that each company will still do business as individual companies and possibly comingle certain aspects. But if TALK is to own UMS and in doing so would subsequently own the subsidiaries why is it not written saying so? Also as for the Mobix connection, I have done some research and I haven't been able to find anywhere a written connection stating that either TALK or UMS owns or will own Mobix. The 8K is the only place I have heard mention of all 3 names in the same statement. If you look elsewhere no where can I find a link between Mobix and TALK or UMS.
I am in no way, shape, or form, speaking negatively about TALK or saying that anyone is posting inaccurate information. Trust me I want all the good to be true. These are just some key points that have caught my attention that I hope someone can clear up for me. Any information or links on the topics mentioned would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
This may be a dumb question, but how many shares need to be bought and held for 1s to entirely become unavailable? Mary has 275 million, i have a few million, other longs are probably holding a cumulative several hundreds of millions. There is probably a billion shares being held at this moment. How is it possible that we are back to .0001 again? How many shares need to be bought and held to completely wipe out each one hundreth of a penny to where it wont become available again? Maybe it doesn't work that way, if someone has the time please educate me on my misconceptions of how it does work. Any information will be very much appreciated. Thank you

Italk Inc (TALK) Shares Up Over 400% This Month On Reverse Merger
POSTED BY: BRIAN KRASSENSTEINDECEMBER 21, 2015
One has to love microcap stocks, especially when you can realize a 400% gain over a matter of weeks. This is just what has occured for one small company called Italk Inc (OTCMKTS:TALK) whose stock has risen from $0.0002 to $0.0009 since the start of December. The main cause of this share price appreciation is a reverse merger announced by the company earlier this month with a Wireless Equipment Distributor & Technology Services Provider called United Mobile Solutions Corp.
Because of the fact that approximately 1.2 billion shares are outstanding, and the new company they’ve merged with has annual revenues of $16 million, investors view this stock as grossly undervalued. Currently the market cap is just over $1 million, meaning that revenues are almost 16X the market cap, while growth is also expected. We will be following this company over the remainder of the year to see what additional information pertaining to the merger and future plans come about.
Be careful picking which lemons to dump. I dumped TP@C which was a major non-performer for the longest time. I used the cash to buy TBeV which was "going somewhere". It went ssomewhere alright, straight down! And to add further insult to the injury already sustained, they announced a 100 for 1 reverse split. All the while that POS ship was sinking, TP@C had risen from the ashes and ran up 10 times higher than what I sold it at 1.5 months prior. I had TP@C for a long time and i saw the future potential, but greed and impulse I suppose clouded my better judgement and I sold it to put the money to "better use" in the short term with the intention to buy back TP@C at tax time at the same price or lower than i sold at.
Clearly anyone with half a brain knows that TALK is a winner and worth every penny you can throw at it. But just be mindful of the possible hidden oranges in the lemon pile. I am sure everyone on here has a similar story. While this is a surefire winner, it would really leave a bitter taste in your mouth to toss out some good with the bad. TP@C will be a lesson that haunts me as i would have been up over $200k and instead im down $10k in TBeV. TALK by far would have been a better buy, but in the short term continuing to hold what i had would have been the best course of action. Good luck to you.
Microcap Upgrade on iTalk (TALK)
By: staff reporter, John Bodger
Last Updated: December 21, 2015 12:10 PM EST
(NEW YORK)--Below is a low priced micro-cap stock hitting upgrade radars based on news.
In late Sept. 2015, iTalk Inc. (OTCQB: TALK), a global provider of advanced communications and mobile broadband services, announced that it had executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire United Mobile Solutions Corp. (“UMS”).
UMS, with $16 million in annual revenue, is a value added master dealer distributor, dedicated wireless equipment distributor and service provider with a device distribution network of sub-dealers – including kiosks, stores and franchised outlets. Through its value added approach, UMS’s sub-dealer network has quickly expanded to over 1,600 outlets across the Southeastern United States. UMS is a holding company with several subsidiaries:, International Touch Point, LLC (“ITP”), United Prepaid, LLC (“United Prepaid”) and United Mobile Solutions, LLC d/b/a CPD MOBILE. ITP was formed in 2014 to provide refurbishment and quality control operation in Dallas, TX.
Word is that this new merger has now been finalized, and thus has provided TALK stock with a new valuation model. Ludlow Research made note that it still remains to be seen how much shares were needed to close any such merger, but with just 1.8 billion shares outstanding as of August 2015, the prospects for TALK have grown, and thus has made it to the research firms recommend watch list.

The reason ACOL has and will likely continue to plummet is because of a well orchestrated outside the company Pump & Dump.

Circle K Convenience Stores getting High Performance Beverage's Sports Drinks Soon!
By Jason - October 5, 2015
Amazon Verified Purchase
I talked to my local Circle K Retail Convenience about stocking this product. The Regional Manager looked into it for me and said that the entire store chain (over 10,000 stores) had already negotiated with High Performance Beverage about their drink line and that I could expect to start seeing their products on the shelves as soon as the end of 2015 or as late as the beginning of 2016. So if you live near one of the over 10,000 Circle K Convenience Stores you will be able to get your hands on this great tasting, fast working, (that actually works) sports drink sometime in the very near future
Sorry, my phone is a POS that's why I usually don't post on here. The review was posted today October 5th
I read that on Amazon review. Has aanyone else heard anything about this
Going into over 10,000 Circle K retail Convenience stores. I just read that in a review on Amazon. Has anyone else heard anything about this?
Please Read.
Do your research on the new CEO James
Irving aka James R Irving. Between him
and his wife Diana I have counted at least
10 failed or faltering businesses including
but not limited to Servic Computer Inc,
Shrink a Shoe, Construction, Real Estate,
Consulting, Christian Mission Trips,
and the list goes on. There
may be as many as 18 registered in the
name of James Irving, James R Irving,
Diana Irving, or in both of their names
in the last 25 years. The most recent
Company appears to be Irving Group Inc.
He seems to be excellent at starting
businesses but not so good at running
them.
The singing of a new CEO boosts confidence
and hope for a profitable future for a
flat lined stock/company. And he may go
on to do great things and boost the PPS
but based on his previous track record
of building profitable businesses I think
any gains will be temporary at best. This
last paragraph is entirely in my own
opinion. I just wanted to give you guys
a heads up.
