This is true in the case of the US. Or countries of the European Union but there are many other countries that are not regulated.
Remember that there are 197 countries in the world.
Cyrcadia has not obtained international patents in time, and now it will be difficult to obtain them with a product so similar in the market.
Higia Technologies have secured an initial funding of $ 100,000 through a crowdfunding website:
https://www.inixar.com/proyectos/brasier-para-deteccion-del-cancer-de-mama
According to an article appeared in a prestigious Spanish newspaper, their product will hit the market at the end of 2017, although they have not been approved by any major regulatory agency. If this is confirmed, their product could reach unregulated markets even before the iTbra is made public:
http://verne.elpais.com/verne/2017/03/11/mexico/1489189207_312715.html
I only agree with the last part.
The management teams of LLBO and Cyrcadia have lived for many years in their comfort zone. Prolonging the life of the project as much as possible, earning good salaries and without having to face the biggest challenge of any company, which is nothing more than to sell. So far they have lived through years of promises, in a few months they will find out if the product is a commercial success or a big failure.
This frightens them because they are scientists and product developers, not sellers.
By the way, for those of you who still believe that this discussion is against our interests, you are very wrong. Self-complacency does not get us anywhere. Pressure can be a good motivation to change things.
Come on Jim, Rob and Matt.
Do you have something to say?
A small business is winning the battle of communication.
They already have 3,000 likes in Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/HigiaTech/
Cyrcadia only 443:
https://www.facebook.com/cyrcadia
I agree with that. I don't doubt that they have much more to do before reaching the market, although in countries with less strict regulations the time-to-market is much lower.
What I am talking is about media and consumer perception. These people have made a communication campaign that neutralizes that of Cyrcadia because they have been faster and better to communicate.
They seem to be getting much better audience results with far fewer resources. See the list of articles here (Huffington Post, HuffPost UK, Metro, BBC News, CNET, Cosmopolitan.com, ELLE UK, TeenVogue.com, TNW, Konbini US, FOX 61, Bustle, Evening Standard, New York Daily News, IFLScience, MobiHealthNews, Aberdeen Evening Express, Scary Mommy, Shape Magazine, The indy100, Ubergizmo, Lawndale News, Refinery29, SHEmazing, etc.):

People will believe that Cyrcadia has copied the Mexican teenagers
Sadly, the inefficiency in the communication policy of LLBO / Cyrcadia has already caused, since yesterday, that the big media begins to speak about the Mexican invention that detects breast cancer. Before that anybody can see the iTbra in action. Which sadly means that they are winning the communication battle. The following are only two big examples, expect plenty more in the coming days:
- CNET (May 9th, 2017): https://www.cnet.com/au/news/eva-bra-detects-breast-cancer-higia-technologies/
- MASHABLE (May 8th, 2017): http://mashable.com/2017/05/08/bra-devices-detect-early-signs-of-breast-cancer/
-
We have seen the same behavior on other occasions.
Until FDA approval is announced, we see the documentary and the media start talking about the iTbra, there's nothing to be done. There is not enough buying pressure and the MM manipulate the price as they want. If they wanted to lower it to $ 0.001 they could do it in minutes. Level 2 is depressing. They will simply do it more subtly over the next few months. The summer is going to be very long for all of us.
IMO any communication made by LLBO will not cause any significant effect on the price. What they have to say we have known for more than a year.
Better if we relax and we wait some more months in peace. For my part, I will inform you about any relevant facts of which I'm aware. If we all do the same we can keep a clean and interesting board. Personal attacks do not lead anywhere and is the only thing the brainless are waiting for. Remember you always have the option to click on the "ignore" link of those profiles that are not worth reading.
LLBO is a winner.
The good news should arrive before the end of the year!
FDA - Cyrcadia Registration Number: 3013483772

My interpretation is that the process of technology transfer from LLBO to Cyrcadia has already occurred. Of course, I could be wrong.
I also think that FDA approval/authorization for the iTbra will happen at any time and will catch everyone by surprise. I see it long before the end of the year.
When the iTbra is approved there will be no MM capable of containing the LLBO price.
New cleared devices available about the 5th of each month
I agree they take too long to execute.
No one with a minimum sense of objectivity can deny it.
But I also believe we are in the final line to be able to exit with a nice benefit. The wait will have been worth it.
June 5th: Only 30 days remaining for the execution of the Intellectual Property Asset Agreement with Cyrcadia.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LLBO&id=158830 (page 4)
It would be great if once they communicate about it, we have clear what is the exact percentage of participation that LLBO will have in Cyrcadia, so the stock price can find a new minimum based on that agreement. It is frustrating to see how MMs manipulate the price of LLBO downwards every time we have news that drives up the price. I wonder if someday we will see LLBO valued at its fair value, or if we will always be subjected to such manipulation.
Obviously all of us should thank you for all the information you have shared with us over the time. I encourage you to go on with your roll. At least this way we have a closer picture of reality and we don't become paranoiacs
To introduce a new topic for discussion I would like to know what do you think, all of you, about Matt Benardis. He is the new CEO of Cyrcadia US, even if not updated in their site.
http://cyrcadiahealth.com/management/
I searched for information on him, and all I found was this product presentation video 5 years ago, when LLBO was blocked. This is the person who should lead the introduction of the product in the USA. He has not updated his Twitter profile for two years, he doen't seem to participate in conferences, he has never taken on a CEO roll before. I do not see him as a leader. I would like to be wrong.
What I believe is that this is simply an omission that can be corrected quickly. But it makes me doubt what can happen when LLBO has transferred the patents and obtained a higher percentage in Cyrcadia.
The million dollar question is:
Will LLBO remain a public company once it has closed the deal or will it be integrated into Cyrcadia and will disappear?
I have to say that I don't have the answer. I asked this directly to Jim Holmes a few days ago by email and he did not respond. But in a few days we should know it, because Jim Holmes should make public the final agreement of patent transmission to Cyrcadia. Remember that June 5th is the deadline.
By the way, I will not call to Cyrcadia because I live in Europe, and because LLBO is not going to give such information to a particular person. When they make it public we will all know at once.
Let's pray!

Penblanc: From now on you are on ignore..bye bye
Please, people do the same so we can keep the board clean of rubbish.
This person doesn't merit any attention and responding to his messages is the worst thing we can do.
FDA Status: Active; Awaiting Assignment Of Registration Number
Once we see the registration number here
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfRL/rl.cfm?rid=203814
...everyday we must search for it here
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfPMN/pmn.cfm
...and then we will see it published here
https://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/ProductsandMedicalProcedures/DeviceApprovalsandClearances/510kClearances/ucm540522.htm
I'm sure we will learn about the FDA clearance long before Cyrcadia communicates the decision to the investor community and to the world.
They are asking a 510(k) for a previous approved product
Obviously in the new application they must make reference to the previous decision.
What is Substantial Equivalence in Premarket Notification 510(k)
https://www.fda.gov/medicaldevices/deviceregulationandguidance/howtomarketyourdevice/premarketsubmissions/premarketnotification510k/#se
Whether or not Cyrcadia has already applied for FDA clearance here you have an interesting study, published two months ago, on how long will the decision take:
https://www.emergogroup.com/sites/default/files/emergo-fda-510k-data-analysis-2017.pdf
Cyrcadia may have already requested FDA clearance!
Great find Vinus!!
Here you have more info about it:
- 510(k) data:

- The company details:
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfRL/rl.cfm?rid=203814
- They try to get clearance from a previous cleared device in 1988 developed by the original company acquired by LLBO:

The premiere of the documentary is a huge event of public promotion, so I don't buy your FDA argument. They could have delayed the premiere again like they did in 2016, until they had the FDA clearance. That is my point.
You may be happy or not with what you saw, but people here is only guessing what was the content of that documentary.
The last Tweet doesn't make any sense from a communication point of view.
If they wanted to keep the premiere secret, due to FDA restrictions, there was no point to promote it with plenty of social media messages during the last month.
Some people invested because the expectations created by this premiere, and have not received any information in return.
I don't intend to create a discussion on this subject, I just want to give my opinion on what I consider to be an incorrect procedure. Because I know that the people of LLBO and Cyrcadia read this board.

CSTI is doing the shorting for NITE
Fortunately the news will hit very soon and we will not have to read over and over your non-sense messages.
Just to add some value here, NITE is again in control and this time it seems they want to bring the price up.
Wow, what do we have here, a duplicate account just created today posting the same message we saw some hours ago.
No one with a little intelligence can believe that this technology is ready to hit the market. At least they have 10 years of work and millions of dollars of investment in front of them. They are at the same point as the iTbra was 20 years ago.
Where in the article they talk about something more than a simple idea that still has everything to do to be a reality.
In addition, when Cyrcadia obtains the international patents it is very probable that they sue them for copying their concept.
We will see plenty of iTbra fakes as soon as we hit the market in China later this year.
Thanks, unfortunately I don't admire anything in you.
Change if all my concerns are addressed in the PR, as it states in his answer, the price of LLBO will go up immediately.
I hope people is less worried now that they can read this answer.
This is better that nothing and worth sharing.
Answer from Jim Holmes just after minutes I contacted him
FDA: Devices Cleared in 2017
https://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/ProductsandMedicalProcedures/DeviceApprovalsandClearances/510kClearances/ucm540522.htm
This is the page where we will see the iTbra approval before even that Cyrcadia or LLBO will communicate to us.
So keep track of it.
This is the only official source for the news we are waiting for.
The latest Cyrcadia press release, was already confirming that they have the data they needed for FDA clearance, so approval could arrive at any time during 2017.
Matt Bernardis (CEO Cyrcadia) TEDx talk in 2013
Old video, but good content explaining what Cyrcadia is trying to achieve with the iTbra that should be FDA approved during 2017.
Unfortunately my broker in Europe only authorize sell orders on OTC-Pink stocks.
Otherwise I would be buying more at these levels.
This also means that price declines do not benefit me at all.
I hope people continue posting proper DD and not only opinions.
Negative news are also DD and everybody has the right to know about them.
Hiding the head under the ground like an ostrich does not help anyone.
I wrote to Jim Holmes asking for news
If I get an answer I will post it here
Cyrcadia Asia coming soon... like everything they do
http://cyrcadia.asia/
- It's pathetic to announce the creation of Cyrcadia Asia without having its site ready.
- It's pathetic to announce during 2 years the Detected movie without being able to see it, even after the premiere.
- It's pathetic that Cyrcadia has not updated its website for more than a year. They have not even updated the last press release.
- It's pathetic that the new CEO of Cyrcadia, Matt Benardis, has not updated his Twitter account for a year and a half: https://twitter.com/benardism
- It's pathetic that after years of waiting, Rob Royea, our main asset, now works for Cyrcadia Asia, a company that fights for their own interests.
- It's pathetic that LLBO has not notified to its investors anything new of what is happening since more than a year.
- It's pathetic that the LLBO website has not been updated for two years.
- It's pathetic that LLBO has never been reasonably priced over the years.
- It's pathetic that after 23 years of studies and developments, this product never has seen the market, and that a group of teenagers with no budget can get more media awareness than LLBO/Cyrcadia/CISCO.
- It's pathetic that this company has to see its price manipulated by MM and groups of investors without scruples.
- It's pathetic that a company like this has not been able to get the investment needed to develop this product in the US and now is in Chinese hands and following Chinese priorities.
These people has a serious communication problem.
These people has a serious execution problem.
These people don't understand the concept of time-to-market.
I understand why OTC-Pink stock has been blocked by most of the banks and brokers here in Europe. This market is completely manipulated by MM.
Keep calm, we should have news from Jim Holmes very soon.
I just hope LLBO keeps public after the patents are transferred to Cyrcadia US.
The 5th of June is the deadline!
iHub should take more seriously the quality of their boards and should block systematically users with duplicate accounts. In some cases, it is obvious and technically very easy to detect.
Many of those who are posting on this board are professional liars.
I can understand your position.
But it would be great if from now on you try to add some value to this board. Looking back at your messages I hardly find any piece of DD.
Going constantly against LLBO damages your own interest and those of all of us.
Unless you have other interests and you are lying to all of us.
I'm green, not caught at all.
I don't sell because I have the conviction that LLBO will rise above $0.01 as soon as it has the FDA's approval, and that it will not go again below that price after that.
There is plenty of money to be made here during this year.
But I don't get why you are still here.
You didn't answer to my question.
Why you didn't go out of LLBO during last week?
MMs are shorting LLBO.
NITE is in control here.
They have plenty of LLBO shares now.
They are playing with the price without any opposition because there is 0 purchase pressure.
This week we will be again at the starting point ($0.001-$0.002).
The way CISCO/Cyrcadia have released this documentary is absurd.
What's the use of creating all that interest in the product and its technology if no one can see the documentary in the Internet until weeks or months later?
