I don't think your response was relevant to what Izzie posted. Furthermore, your suggestion of SIM vs 3 up/downs do not give enough detail to equate what would be currency or not.
LTO, I count 6 dates but no details or facts to match your claim of "excuses". First, IMHO, 6 isn't "too many" but secondly you haven't stated any facts or excuses with the associated dates. Can you please give relevant facts along with dates (by MM/DD/YYYY) so the board can better understand your post?
Furthermore, please advise on how your DD has come to a sum total of $100mm without an accounting by expenses YOY
LTO, please elaborate and give factual details to your last post for us to understand that statement.
you are correct. Back in August I ? the board to give me their thoughts and DD. All was good
BLTA LONG AND STRONG
That doesn't answer your own question
Read through the years of accounting. Not my job to do your DD.
Turns out there are hundreds of thousand of these business's across the world that support the economy. No problem
Unfortunately you need to do some DD. You can't open a class action on performance. These are stocks, which are purchased with the carried risk of poor performance and capital losses. Unless you have a Financial Advisor, you have no valid claims because the claim of lack of performance would be against the Advisor and firm based on recommendations. Note: any large broker dealer have strict rules on Advisors NOT soliciting penny stocks or even buying them unless it's is worth less than 10% of your total investable assets and you carry $500k. Furthermore, their trading platforms restrict purchases prior to execution and require principal approval.
Please come back with facts, not opinions related to legal impacts to shareholders
You see my post was asking the board to see what their DD was on the guy based on his current financial situation and employment. The DD was provided back, as this board typically sees people who are helpful in finding FACTS. My reservations about John were resolved through ASKING!
Please advise if there is an open class action and which counsel is representing the "impacted" share holders. Note: fire and pitchforks would be a signal of illegal violence
Proxies are non-transferable. Please provide evidence of law that would allow this
Please provide up to date bank statements to validate your claims
I'm sorry but this post doesn't make much sense. I think you should hang tight on commentary until a PR IHMO
Opinion: this gets a pass I think I would be a little more agressive with what price we will land on. Reasons:
- PPS just prior to July 28th and blended with maybe a 30 day VWAP around now would be a better baseline of where the PPS should have started its peak. Many investors were betting a pass would have jumped from a higher range, sub 1 cent.
- this is the last "major" hurdle to get through the cert process. There aren't many barriers, hoops to jump through, to finalize cert. This is a major milestone that would have bigger PPS impact.
My guess on all that being said is a jump to .0475 as there is a BIG anticipation building up for this now.
FACT: NO PR, until PR is released. No PRE-PR announcements. Better luck next time
OPINION: PR is coming soon boys and girls! BUCKLE UP!!
BLTA LONG & STRONG
Fact: the mini was NEVER a fail or pass. There may be language that a slide didn't operate properly but that doesn't mean the overall test was a fail. I've noted in the past I've worked close with SEC (another federal regulator like the FAA) in broker dealer exams and one component can be deemed a fail while the overall exam is a pass. Just like the refreshed circular, I've seen the SEC not give a definitive pass/fail for months when there is gray area AND release similar memos regarding law interpretation and FINRA enforcement. Rules/guides evolve over time as the industry changes and we are seeing this.
FACT: BLTA insiders have not sold a penny. Some question why don't they but more but we are seeing that in Drago and PP. Most senior members are financially tapped for investing as they hold such large positions and diversification plays into their financial well being.
FACT: BLTA has publicly acknowledged to the shareholders what is taking place. That being said they are confident in how things should progress with the FAA.
FACT: the circular references specific issues BLTA has encountered and publicly addresses them with the industry. The FAA wouldn't give BLTA credit as they are not in the business of patting people on the back. Don't take it personal.
FACT: there is a buyer for every seller and pricing has found a plateau anticipating news
FACT: BLTA operations have continued and aggressively working each day until the FAA gives word
FACT: there is an audit trail on every dollar, every trade, every piece of paper which touches various government entities. Put the scam nonsense to bed people.
FACT: flight crew was paid and not all employees are full time
FACT: I proudly own 5mm shares of BLTA
Good things to come is all I can see.... I don't read charts, don't listen to the repeats here, but clearly BLTA posting the circular shows the FAA gave them notice of the update from their work with them.
Buckle up boys and girls we are about to take off
Ha! Insider information is sharing material, non-public information. A FB release like today was not that. The fact Tony or anyone at BLTA shared that FB post 24-48 hrs before it was posted isn't insider trading/sharing material non-pubic info. That's called investor relations
If they stated material about a pass/fail prior to a PR to common holders = insider trading on material info.
Get educated
Please elaborate
First round of White Russians on me at the shareholders meeting !!
Only a matter of time.
Public statement by CEO specifically calls out a problem and parties involved. If it wasn't a true statement, making that public statement would be a problem...obviously Igor & team are confident and given counsel that what they have stated is truthful.
Can't wait to watch the worm burners on the sidelines when the long holders find some wealth
Side note: at the close bid/ask was .0020 & .0024 and the MM took 10k shares at .002. Weak
Ha! There is nothing material shared on FB
Read my post below it answers your question
CLARIFICATION ON PASS/FAIL/CONSIDERATIONS
Some may say this is apples to oranges but it's green apples to red apples with what I'm going to explain.
As we all know the SEC is a government agency like the FAA. I've been in the broker dealer space for a long time and have been part of audits by the SEC. It is VERY COMMON that a determination of a test is not given a rating after immediate completion of the exam if there is gray area around items tested. Things come up that local levels know they cannot give definitive pass/fail ratings on without regional and/or national approval. There are opportunities for individuals to justify their work which is documented and evidence in reports to use as "consideration"
I share this because the two are government regulatory bodies and know that from my experience it should translate into what position BLTA is in.
Call him, I did yesterday and he called me back from his cell, at night. He told me everything I posted and told me that the Facebook message would be out ASAP. He lived up to his word. He didn't deflect any questions I passed at him.
Yes, one person in particular I did DD on to a pretty high level and can say I don't have concerns. Apologies but cannot get into details as it would create unnecessary noise for me.
Take it for what it's worth.
Someone recently mentioned BLTA being like the World Series, which made me think about an analogy that might be helpful.
First off, most know I am LONG BLTA and all below is IMHO.
I'm a life long Mets fan, most of the years have been let downs with a few, very few high points. One would say someone like me is not just a fan but invested with the team since I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on merchandise, season tickets, etc. It's been 15 years since we made it to the big show and we are finally here down 2 games to none about to head back to NY. Ok where is he going with this??
For all of you here who have invested in BLTA, it's the same thing as signing up to root for your favorite team. You invested in something you believe in, some longer than others and some being fair weather / front runner fans. Yes, over the years as a fan I've cursed my team, wondered why I wasted my money etc. Why are all of you here? For the same reason. Now, if you have sat here and only complained about BLTA chance are you are a Reds, Giants or whomever fan and only bet on the team you thought you would win. If you don't think you are gonna win, rescind the bet and walk away. You obviously couldn't afford to take the risk / loss. For all of the other "fans" not invested why are you spending hours and hours to bash, down play something you aren't invested in? You sound like all the Yankees fans in NY bashing the cross town Mets for no reason other than being jealous and/or hurt your team isn't in the big dance.
The Mets may fall in the WS and BLTA may fall too but anyone's investment should have been well thought out and willing to take the risks they did...not publicly cry each day about something out of all of our control.
Just an analogy, just my thoughts.
BLTA LONG & STRONG
Do you know what future means? The PP is already public, in the works.....future means nothing upcoming outside of what is already in place.
What does a PR about flight crews have anything to do with what I said? Let's see what they put out, until then clamp it
Yes, this evening
Had a good conversation with Baltia management today. I'm not a naive person and have real money invested, which I am ok with losing, but HATE losing money. Anyway, they explained the mini details and determination of FAIL was NOT given. Local sent to Detroit, which then went to Regional in Chicago which then has climbed the FAA ladder as this isn't a Baltia problem...it is an industry problem. The soon term stinks, but it was what the FAA advised and Baltia management isn't passive in their approach to getting results. BLTA management realizes shareholder frustration as they are all deeply financially committed. They aren't selling shares in anticipation of good news and are feeling the same pain in the dip in the price. They are working on a communication ASAP to shareholders to give us much information as possible to help everyone clear the rumors on this board. They have no plans of any future dilution because they are confident the green light is quickly approaching and everything will take care of itself. Lastly, I challenged the operating accounts and cash flow to continue operations while waiting FAA word...it is a non-event to them. They have funding and cash to keep the place running and have invested parties who will ensure things continue to operate. I know, soon is a 4 letter word to BLTA shareholders now, but it is only a matter of time before the news comes and sounds very favorable. Good luck to everyone!
BLTA LONG & STRONG
Anyone could have set this up, obviously not BLTA
First off, let me preface by saying I'm long BLTA, confident we will get answers but also frustrated.
Money makes people emotional and making emptional decisions typically isn't wise. I hate to be the bearer of bad news to all of you, but as shareholders our voice is through BLTA, which in turn BLTA should be voicing OUR concerns to the FAA or any other regulatory authority. Shareholders calling the FAA, DOT, etc doesn't solve the issue and isn't the chain of commands. I know this isn't your typical issue but the reality is BLTA should be keeping us informed and pushing the FAA. I'm confident they are doing that and a common shareholder calling the FAA isn't going to get answers or make things better.
It's probably not what we want to hear but it is the reality of the situation we are all in
LaGuardia is domestic only...
buy and sell sometimes cannot happen from insiders when they have material non public info that could impact the stock
I wouldn't say "only" 1.3mm, that's plenty when this hits. I had a chunk of cash I said it's all or nothing and slowly started buying in. I'm at the max now and if it goes to zero it is what it is (basically a few bad weekends in Vegas is how I see it!!)
Lot of money to be made by many on something good that will stimulate the economy is more than just airline revenue. Money found on a OTC winner turns into a lot of money that spreads downstream across all sectors.
BLTA LONG & STRONG!
Choover, I'm with you. About 2 years ago or so I heard two guys on my train (Long Island rail road) coming home from work talking about OTCs and BLTA along with 4 or 5 other stocks. I wrote them down and work in financial services so looked them all up and BLTA really stuck out as a chance. For the past 2 years never bought and didn't make my first buy until this Sept at .005. I'm fortunate to have averaged down to .0039 with 5mm long now. I see myself long 4mm and 1mm will be unwound in the pop (maybe)
I really hope we get the news this week and feel for everyone waiting for years and years.
Feel a lot of energy here going in the right direction
I bought 5 mm for 19k the past few days
It hurts watching the PPs take a beating but hoping it makes it that more appealing to those as this starts to go through the roof on the next PR. Getting close here
BLTA LONG & STRONG
every BD gets exceptions. period
your are interpreting rules/guides.....
