Yes I do, but website is up again - maybe it was simply a connection problem.
On one hand it was due to the 3D volumetric display and on the other in special their claim to work on promising energy storage solutions.
It's always difficult to find out if a technology could work and if it's worth to invest in. I think it's a bet.
Here at this board estimations seem to be negative.
Today I sent an email to the company. Until now i didn't get a response.
I am talking about what they write at their website. It seems to be down, now.
Thank you!
The Coretec Group came to my attention mainly because of the technology. But I have to admit that I didn't try to deeply analyze it.
I will try to get some information from the company. Now I am really curious about what I will get in response.
Thanks!
Did you try to contact the company by email?
I am new here. Bought some shares last month because overall impression seemed good to me.
What are you complaining about in detail? You wrote about a conference call. Is the company overdue in making something public?
Thanks in advance!
You know much more about these companies and people than I do. Therefore your assessment may by far be better than mine.
I am trying to read the tea leaves: In my opinion in the near past there were three very important things between the lines.
1. Mymetics made some changes to the OTCQB-Certification.
2. Probably Mymetics paid for a new kind of publication of news.
3. Mr. Kempers used a wording that somehow distinguishes between business and development in regard of Anergis.
I am knitting a fairy tale out of this (please don't take as facts):
I think there was not too much to negociate between Anergis and Mymetics recently. They probably signed a general agreement before they started the tests. That means it was essentially clear what the deal with deadline at 12th of June had to look like.
In my opinion Mr. Kempers' statement (3) is a hint that the conditions of the agreement could not be met and this is known for quite some time. In such a situation Anergis' important role possibly shrunk and Mymetics is the leading entity now; perhaps Anergis is now dependent of Mymetics and Stallergenes Greer.
At the same time I think the results at Stallergenes Greer were very good.
Now the question is: What could this lead to (if it were true)? Unfortunately I don't know about financial strength of all the players as well as their will to put (more) money in.
If Anergis can't get the funding there are a few possible ways to work on. Anergis could get royalties or be bought out by Mymetics or Stallergenes Greer. Or Mymetics could be bought out as well. But Mymetics is very difficult to value. There are running so many projects and products in development. I think it's hard to find someone being interested in the whole company except very big pharma. I think Stallergenes Greer is not big enough to pay a sum Mr. Kempers and Mr. Burkhard would accept. Mymetics has great chances but less completed. How could they negotiate a fair price especially if the buyer isn't interested in all things Mymetics owns.
At this point, I think, (2) plays a role. If Stallergenes Greer or big pharma may be in negotiation of a buyout of Mymetics such a kind of "advertisement" to make Mymetics tempting makes not much sense. That may be of relevance to catch many small investors like us.
And there's (1). That could mean Mymetics is going to prepare clean filings to uplist to for instance Nasdaq, and convert debt. There the company could raise funds to pay or buyout Anergis.
But that's only one possible scenario. For shareholder value probably not the best one but in my opinion involved parties are not interested in hurry.
(This board is surely Mr. Kempers favourite entertainment channel.)
No news lead to sale. It's not surprising.
It seems to me there will be no LCA with Anergis (Mr. Kempers is surely typing fast enough to publish a PR until today), at least none as should have been expected. That's also not really surprising to me since the signs were visible.
And now? Will we again have to wait for the 10-Q?
Some kind of information would be indicated I think. I am a bit sad and hope we will not again get disappointed.
The 10-K is due in two weeks. Since there's nothing important to communicate this time it could be published any time.
We could well use something like a NKLA reverse merger.
A truly serious question to those at the ask and the recent sellers: Why do you want to get rid of your shares? I don't understand it. Do you expect the deal with Anergis is lost? In my opinion all chances are still here. I am waiting for the PR.
That's a good question and I am afraid no one can answer.
I don't recommend to buy because I never do so, but if I would own too less shares I would buy. Being invested in Mymetics for more than five years, buying every year and never selling made me own a really good stake in relation to my possibilities.
If there are no pitfalls I think as well this company should be in Dollars. The only obvious reason is not being listed on a "better" exchange. I think it would change a lot if MYMX would be tradeable at Nasdaq.
Perhaps there's something in the filings I don't know making current market capitalization a fair value.
Today is deadline for the Anergis deal. I can't wait to know what becomes of it.
I am surprised we had to wait till the last day. If financing is secured why to wait for the last hours? I don't think Anergis intentionally waits so long.
Therefore I am wondering if the LCA is not anymore under discussion. If so, our management needs to wait until Monday, thus expiration of Anergis' deadline and then tell us what's going on. I will continue dreaming about a big structure changing deal.
Mr. Kempers is doing his best to push entertainment value to its peak. Really, I can't complain. I get the most thrills and excitement for my stake in this company.
Perhaps he did take a weekend course in cinema dramaturgy: We are just involved in a car chase, race along the abyss while fighting against grimly birch pollen from outer space. We are trying to load our gun with bullets of caliber 12-June. Will they fire or fail again?
Best time for a commercial break (aka weekend).
I am very curious about the next week. It probably will be the most importaant for us in a very long time, perhaps years.
But I am inwardly torn. I think Mymetics, Anergis and Stallergenes Greer want to make a deal, but I am doubting it will be the kind of LCA we should expect. As already mentioned I am suspecting something changing Mymetics structure.
If we will get a usual LCA I think we could see a PR tomorrow. Thursday is holiday in Switzerland; Friday is deadline for the contract.
If it's not a LCA we may get a PR the week after, explaining what's going on.
I have concerns about companys debt. Who knows, perhaps our big shareholders decide to do a merger with Anergis (if they can't get the funding) and convert debt into shares. Where will we stand then?
I am coming out as an inveterate optimist dreaming of a company value of 1 Billion. A LCA will not bring us to such a value. But Mr Kempers "now look forward to turn this into a business opportunity". He is not talking about the LCA. He seems to be generally open. Our company is a tasty bait without hook waiting for the big fish. I hope we will get a fairly good proportion in such a case.
You could try to get an answer from Mr. Walker. Years ago I got a comprehensive reply and explanation from him.
I would also like to see some financials finally. If I remember correctly there are a few million receivables from a won lawsuit.
No news for a long time now.
I am curious about the 10-K. One bear in mind: Mr. Adams chose to rename the company to Ekimas Corp., but why? Did he randomly choose that name? No, I don't think so. I think he did so because he signed a deal for a reverse merger or at least a declaration of intent to do one.
But obviously nothing like this happend, at least until now. The elapsed time lets me guess that this is terminated. That lets arise a question in my mind: Would our CEO sign whatever and change the companys name (bear effort and expenses) and then let the deal be cancelled? Without any compensation? I don't think he works planless.
All this makes no sense. I hope we will get some information in the 10-K.
OK, we got the dividend, but nevertheless we own shares. Therefore I would like to know why he chose that name and why we don't learn more about that.
From my guess recent non-usual developments point to something that will affect the structure of the company itself, not only a contract.
We already know for some time that the Anergis/Stallergenes project was a success. But now we know two important things which is known in the company for an even longer time: "COP-virosomes were significantly superior to the COP or the virosome alone" and "we now look forward to turn this into a business opportunity". I suspect we noticed preparations for a good future and corresponding changes.
There's a new OTCQB Certification available at otcmarkets.com.
There are a few new "Notes" in it:
There are already 3,000,000,000 shares authorized while probably 227,887,126 outstanding. I think there's really no reason to increase A/S.
I read everything but didn't find something about a "MONSTER MERGER". I hope for $0.14/share.
Why do you think there will be a "MONSTER MERGER"? Why not a normal one or none?
Are you fully loaded?

I sent an email and in fact got a response very quickly.
The sound of the message was in the range of okay to good, but unfortunately I am far from being able to evaluate it's content in share price.
Thank you very much, molee and ilduce456!
I more and more get the impression I made a mistake in buying shares of Biosolar. Originally I had a good feeling.
Where do you get the number of dillutive shares from? I can't find any filings.
Thanks in advance!
Very interesting!
I hope so. I don't see a reference to something current, but it's quite possible to be a kind of pre-announcement.
I don't understand what's new to the other news at the website: "New GMP manufacturing processes to obtain thermostable HIV-1 gp41 virosomes under solid forms for various mucosal vaccination routes".
News at the Media Center on company website. But the entry is somehow broken - no text in it right now and the date is tomorrow. I am curious. Perhaps that's a view in the future.
Thank you!
In the 10-K Mr. Kempers wrote: "The therapeutic mice study at Stallergenes-Greer was successfully executed and a final report is expected in April 2020, which we look forward to communicate."
I was really expecting his communication in April, but now I even can't find a single word about it in the 10-Q.
Why is that this way, Herr Kempers?
But according to the 10-Q still "Anergis has a time limited option to license the virosomes from Mymetics in the field of allergies that will require Anergis to raise funds from third parties to pay Mymetics the license fee under the terms of the License and Collaboration Agreement and the clinical development, and there is no certainty that Anergis will be able to do so."
Unfortunately I also again can't find s statement about what "time limited" means - we had such a thing already.
As shareholders we need something at the horizon to cling on.
I tend to believe that Anergis' ability to get the financing is the last hurdle to finally make the deal we are waiting for years.
I think you shouldn't take yahoo too serious in such things. OTCQB Certification says 79,563,585 float.
Great, I am in profit zone, now!
Panic selling in advance of the 10-Q.
Perhaps we shouldn't expect good things next week.
In my opinion buying shares by the CEO would only be a (admittedly nice) symbol to shareholders but not of relevance to him. He owns 21.1 million shares. I don't know about his living standards and therefore can't tell how much of his salary may be available, but would it really be significant for him to buy, lets say, shares for $100k thus 3 million shares a year... It would last 7 years to double his stake in MYMX. I don't think doing this is in his interest, since he surely sees the risks of Mymetics business and scientific work.
But yes, I am just as disappointed as probably most shareholders. My first buy of MYMX stocks lies more than 5 years in the past and I never sold. That means I had hope several times and got disappointed every time.
It's really about time there is noteworthy success. And that does not mean to get another grant for research but a real contract.
I think the Anergis/Stallergenes cooperation could be it. If this is again a failure that would be really bad. We already had too much failures and (please correct me, if I am wrong - my impression by all these posts on this board is that probably all of you are much better informed than I am) we mostly didn't get a very profound explanation of the failure. - I admit: I am not a "medicine man" and therefore can't follow many things, but somehow my feeling is that there was too less explanation. But it's surely difficult for the people writing the PRs and reports to explain in reasonable detail and not to tell too much about research secrets.
Too much criticism isn't appropriate in my opinion since Mr. Kempers has a really hard mission. We (at least: I), and surely Mr. Burkhard as well, don't expect him to sell a glucose tasty treat at $0.99 but sign a deal over at the very least mid two-digit million Dollars. As a starter! It should be three digits. That needs some time. Therefore: Chin up, Mr. Kempers!
And we have a big advantage: Perhaps there's one or two of you owning 10 or 20 million shares, but nevertheless you are probably too less significant and I am even too poor to get an email response, but there's also our big brother Mr. Burkhard, carrying the load of 141 million shares. I am sure Mymetics isn't a hobby for him. He surely talks to Mr. Kempers in his and our best interest. And he also surely watches if Mr. Kempers may need support to better do the job.
I would like to listen to their conversations.
I am wondering why someone wants to get out at only 3 cents on ask.
But frankly spoken our 1-year-chart doesn't look promising.
Next week 10-Q is due. I suppose we will get our long awaited news then.
By the way: We shouldn't criticize our CEO but cheerlead him and find building up words.
I fully expected we would receive the report regarding the cooperation with Anergis and Stallergenes Greer this month. It seems to me that I will get disappointed.
Nevertheless, they wrote: "[...] was successfully executed and a final report is expected in April 2020, which we look forward to communicate."
A few days ago I bought some shares. I was hoping for news and: finally some success.
There's no reason for me to buy any more.
Thank you very much!
I just came across this stock and was wondering why income statement is virtually empty. Is there any reason, is business doing well?
Thanks in advance!
@Staypositive1: No market makers were involved the whole day long. At least the most time.
