You are right about the April run. NSOL has started 1 year prior to the competition starting. Do you think results will be announced by the end of this year for all of their hard work and our patience?
Well I do like the heavy volume. That is something NSOL has not had in a while. I want to see it continue.
Ohh come on...whats a few more months or years.
that is true I would agree with you. It takes more to make the energy.
Too bad NSOL did not discover that novel invention to cause saltwater to release hydrogen using radiofrequencies.
From Treating Cancer to Finding Alternative Fuels
Reported by: Kim Thomas

He's already on the path to finding a treatment for cancer, now Erie inventor John Kanzius may have discovered a way to produce alternative fuels. Thursday afternoon, Kanzius showed how he was able to convert salt water into fuel.
The External RF Generator was invented to find a treatment for cancer. Now, after experimenting with the desalinization process, John Kanzius has potentially found an alternative fuel... salt water. You may have to see it, to believe it.
First, Kanzius showed how plain tap water wouldn't create a flame. Then, Morton salt was added... heated up... and ignition. Kanzius can add salt to tap water or use salt water from the Gulf of Mexico or any other body of water. They've proved it can even work like a spark plug creating heat in a chamber by using a paper towel as a wick.
If this is as successful as Kanzius is predicting, salt water could someday be used as a low-cost alternative fuel.
Kanzius says he feels the same way about this latest discovery as he does about his theory for curing cancer. As long as he's helping the Erie community and humanity, then he's doing his part.

The volume was a good volume day. It is too bad that it was a down day. The way the stock price bounced down to 0.40 and then back I think is okay.
Somebody sold at 0.40. It might be Lane Capital.
Unfortunately, though I am not sure if we will get the news that we all have been waiting for. For one if they put any news out it better be about funding. No need to talk about another possible plant unless the company has already secured funding for the plant. Then, the PR would be the best they have ever released.
So if I was Patrick Herda, I would not release any news about additional plants until they know for sure they got backing. Otherwise it will not have any significant affect.
I am like everybody else. I really want to see the company succeed. I do not think it would be so bad if the company would have met its prior deadlines. Also if the company would actually place very conservative estimates on when they will have a plant up and running would help alot. Like for example, a 50 million gallon plant estimated to be operational by January 2010. Ohh well, time for me to watch monday night football. Goodluck to all!
The way the stock price has been bouncing I would expect it to be a good news release. They are pushing it hard.
Maybe they will annouce an increase in authorizable shares? Or this is the MM shaking prior to a good news release.
I cannot believe this stock is still going to drift lower. Soon we may touch the 0.30s.
Its more like how many more months will it be until they get funding for one plant.
Hopefully it will be soon like by December.
Technoman, do you think there is a good chance that this month we will get funding news for one of FFI plants?
Your brother is predicting that this stock will go to $12? Plus we get a spin off 2:1 shares?
Thank God management is going to narrow their focus on primarily synthetic fuels. The 10-Q did not have a lot of details. They did not have a repeat of their previous cloned quarterly reports which is good.
I do not like how there is 60million shares that have been or are pending issue. That only leaves 40 million shares left to issue without increasing the authorizable amount.
At the rate they have been issuing shares I would think that we have 3 years before they would increase the total authorizable amount and I do not want to own the stock when that happens.
It seems like the next several months will be silence.
Management still cannot file a 10-Q ontime even after paying shares for a CFO. That shows how disorganized they must be. What a joke, there is no excuse.
I think it is a good thing that the company switched to desiel. I just want to see some progress as in procuring funding and building a plant. Even if it was a 10 million gallon plant that is still progress.
Well only another 4.5 months and 2008 will be here. Lets see if this company can accomplish anything during that time frame. One aspect that I do not like is how NSOL has several projects at once with not enough money to fund one project. Such as the nuclear technologies. They spread thin what little resources they had and then changed then started another project. Most companies start with one project and succeed and then add another project. I am looking forward to reading the 10-Q and see if anything was done.
As far as the ethonal goes I am glad that they have at least a couple of plants in the planning stage and switched to diseal, it would be nice if they actually had the funding to do something besides put out hype PR about all of these plants under the planning stage. Now if they can just secure the funding on one plant. That will prove that they are capable of performing and will change the perspective on this stock. Most penny stocks have all the potential in the world, yet so few perform.
I do not have high expectations anymore as management does not appear to have what it takes to get anything done, but I will wait to see how it plays out. There may be a few things up their sleeves. Six years of patience and if I wasted my time and lose my money I will hold management responsible and myself for investing in this stock for buying their carrot sticks.
And for those who say sell. My answer is not yet. I already sold half of my stock back at $1. I would think that if they get finding, $3-$5 may be reasonable in the next 12 months.
Well I feel bettert han HErda has his money in the game now. If we lose he loses too! If we win he wins too!
Thanks for sharing that information Techno. I really do hope next week is the week. If they get the bond money the stock should run to at least $4. But it could run to $7
Only an easy 9 more days! Cannot wait to see happens! if I threw my money away or if the company performs.
I stopped making side bets on NSOL. Everytime I made a side bet, the company never came through within the expect time frame and I lost.
By the way, I think it is not good that NSOL did not file international patents on their technologies. It would have cost probably 300K to 500K in order to cover each patent worldwide. The company has to do that within 30 month from their original filing date for the PCT patent application. Then they have to translate and file individual patent applications within that alloted time or the competition can use the process overseas. That means that TWR protection is limited worldwide since its been 48 months since they filed their patent applications in the US.
However, most countries internationally are not worth the money file for patent protection.
I just hope that they can pull one thing off within the next couple of months. This is why it is best to invest in ourselves, and to be an insider, not an outsider.
Aright 11 more days until June 30th. I wish it was here already!
I had adream last night NSOL tanked all the way down to 0.09 in several waves and the MM tried to accumulate as much as they can with a massive headfake, followed by an explosion that went to $1 after the news came out! The stock moved fast.
Today should be an upday!
Shows how much faith the market has in NSOL ability to finish things. With all the shares that they paid the consultants I would hope one of them can get something done. Only about 2 more weeks.
He is an insider. He can always issue himself shares to offset his investment. Plus he also knows information that is not public.
Mid 50's I wonder if we will touch the upper 40's.
Only 21 more days!
The volume was good today, maybe if it will change in the next couple of weeks. NSOL use to average alot more volume.
June 30th is almost here. My prediction is they will wait until the last day, but they will secure the funding using Bear Sterns as the senior underwriter. Only 24 more days. I cannot wait! They better pull this off after hyping it for the last 1.5 years to build a plant in Toms River, NJ!
The company also will be the exclusive Engineering, Procurement and Construction Manager (EPCM) for the anticipated waste-to-fuel facility at Toms River, New Jersey
I will say that I am happy that the Shaw Group is on board. This should give FFI an advantage. I re-read the PR and it does state that the anticipated Toms River, NJ plant that teh Shaw group will be involved from procurement, to engineering, to construction management,
I am glad that the suspense will be over soon. I want to see NSOL either succeed or fail not a slow failure based on false promises and share dilution. Otherwise we waste our time. If it is a scam, any money I have left over I would be willing to throw it at good lawyer and have the lawyer keep any profits to go after any misrepresentation or lies. I guess that what we all get for investing in a penny stock. The good thing is all it takes is a PR stating that they recieved the bond money and will begin building an ethonal plant and then the PR should have an affect on the stock price. I expect that we should hear something soon on which companies will recieve funding from teh federal government since the fiscal year for the government in September is comming up again. I think the odds are about 5% or 10%, but FFI does have Doug Durante and he has to have clout. But, maybe not.
I want to see the company succeed, but I have already accepted a loss in this investment since I am no longer going to let my emotions get me excited. The company needs to come clean on a few things. One of them being is the Startech alliance still good or is FFI going with the Shaw Group because Starteck is too risky and uncertain? Another thing is the company needs to meet any future time tables or it will look like it cannot meet its own deadlines. If a company says by 2009, it better be done. TWR has been available since 2003 and it keeps getting delayed over diluting some shares to fund the commercialization. I will look at the company for what it is and what the company has accomplished in the last 6 years. I will never again invest in another penny stock long term for 90% lose long term. Only the day traders win half the time. The temperary share price does not bother me as long as the company succeeeds.
Not a bad volume day. I will until 0.50 before I load up on a small group of shares.
If this stock hits the 0.50's I may add a very small amount. Lets wait and see what happens.
Lets see how long it takes teh Shaw company to submit a preliminary modulated design so that the funding will start rolling on any plant. Another thing is they mentioned procurement in the last PR, does that mean BS is not going to be involved in all the ethonal plants?
The company should focus on only one project or division and get that aspect of business off the ground. That is why most companies only have one business to start so that the company is focused on that business only. After, success then they diversify into other businesses. Having scattered projects only slows success of the company.
Obviosuly, NSOL would rather not dilute $500,000 to commercialize TWR but they will issue shares on everything else. They should just give 3 million shares away to fund that one project. They are missing the nuclear detection market. What happened to the Nuke Detection, I guess it was put on hold too. Many start up company have IP and before they get the product up and running if ever the patents are close or ussally half expired. TWR tech is 4 years old now.
I will wait and see what happens by the end of the year, however, I have waited 6 years.
The stock MACD is crossing negatively so tommorrow could be similar to what happened today, we will see. GO N....S....OL!
Eventually, the O/S share count will continue going up and then there will be a time when they cannot keep paying shares without increasing the authorizable amount. Hopefully that is still several years away. Like in 2010.
If they get any type of money that will cause the stock to move up to those levels. Unfortunately, we have no idea what will happen since they have been unable to secure any money todate and they finance this company on issuing shares slowly. Which is okay as long as there is results at the end of the game.
THe 8 months would be my limit on pateince with this stock since they seem to take twice as long as they project at a minimum. That is why I am skeptical of the June 30, deadline.
However, it is hard to predict because I just do know what the future holds anymore with NSOL. It is like either we are going to lose or it will unfold. But, I no longer hold my breath dreaming of a large return. I would settle for $5 or 10 a share that would be considered a gift, if we were that lucky.
I have not been playing chess online. Its been a while. Maybe I will take you up on your offer, but another day!
Enthalpy
Only 8 more months to the end of the year to see what will happen. I cannot wait to get the 8 months over with fast. I look forward to the 10-Q report comming out in May.
