Usually big investors are not as flakey as saying I am done with this. If the reason they invested is still in play they will hold and/or buy. If not they will sell. Who knows what this sell was. Could be MM. Could be employee paying some bills at home. Could be a trader flipping. The stock bounced back. Shows that people are waiting for some sort of resolution.

To the new and amateur investors. Doesn't matter the age of the airplane. If it passes the faa heavy check and equipment inspections it is deemed suitable for flight.

To the new and amateur investors. Baltia is not planning to stay with one airplane for long. They have one airplane because it is less expensive than certifying and maintaining multiple airplanes. When they are certified and enter the revenue phase, they have plans to add more airplanes and further expansion.

There are many reasons for audited financial statements. They would be required for banks or investment banks if Baltia wants to expand their business. Also, for analysts who want to follow the company and make a recommendation. Also, for investors in general and institutions to provide them with a true financial picture. Seems to me there is no other reason than a positive one.

I'm curious as what their endgame will be. Let's go through the process: Baltia management works their butt off for years with minimal compensation, they go through massive amounts of effort to raise money, deal with massive government requirements, sell shares to astute businessmen for financing(who obviously give their money blindly without seeing where every penny goes),only to see their stock go to 0 so that everything they did is worthless. If that's not a blueprint for wealth and success don't know what is.
