Gang, dangit.
Next news or filing brings on the “happy hang.”
What group would that be? Please do clarify. We love information here. Let us have some.
Not a single positive comment from this guy anywhere. Thanks for the informed DD.
Don’t do it. These bottom feeders want your shares. Watch how they repeat themselves over and over.
It’s lunch time. Don’t listen to the Russians.
My bad needed to put on my glasses. Just 131+ million
How can almost half of the O/S be on the ask? Anyone?
That’s my order on lvl 2 CDEL. Which one gave up your measly 2000 shares? Lol
A little digging shows that a former Toshiba engineer, Yoichi Kyori is CCO & CTO of Tosmo America Inc since Aug 2014. Mr also lists himself on his LinkedIn page as Director of Manufacturing and Engineering as of June 2015.

Has the stock been halted or just no activity?
I've got a few. My loss is no where near what I already made off trading WSTI. I'd love to hear what you think will occur.
Anyone ever heard of operating capital? The $1.2 billion in payments begin AFTER power is generating. Wow some of you are just clueless as to how a business needs to operate.
8k is out
SOFCs have been around for decades. The part of the Rubicon that is proprietary is the many fuel sources it can use and the efficiency at which it utilizes that. The only thing that sets SOFCs apart from others is the material that the plates which are the heart of the system are made of, their size and how efficient they are. From my understanding Rubicon is designed to use different fuel mediums "out of the box" unlike others that are only designed to run on natural gas (like BloomBox) vs biogas, waste produced methane, ethanol etc.
Tat would be 325.1 million on bid at .0001
Obvious pumper means something. But what? The house wins every time.
Conversions are done? Is a R/S imminent? Will this ever see .20 again without one? Has the company generated at least $10 million in revenue this year? What say you sages?
Yep, this should have been marketed to the rural farming, telecommunications and city, county governments in the US long ago. I've said it before that the sales focus has been on the big score rather than units out the door. I've seen this before when you have engineers and cronies trying to run a company. They know jack about sales and marketing. Has this ever received a UL listing or similar testing approval? And why not? Trying to spread out all over the world without focusing here at home is a bad business plan and that's the reason for the toxic lending. Bates needs an angel investor or at least $10 million in revenues otherwise this company under his leadership is done.
I believe Smith said "rational self interest" would lead to prosperity. It's the rational part most people skip over in Smith's writings. They somehow believe he condoned and encouraged corruption and fraud. Quite the opposite. While certain aspects of vulture capitalism may be "technically" legal, they are morally repugnant. Unfettered capitalism as an economic system is highly unsustainable in the long term.
Yea that doesn't help. Can't find what you're talking about. The last dates in the 10q under subsequent events was end of September.
That's the million dollar question.
That was after finding this at .068 all the way to .37. So there's that. At least I try to base my statements on facts and figures rather than grudges.
I've searched and searched but I cannot find any information to back up your claim. We would appreciate the source of your claim.
Daily volume record today? Looks like it.
I can't find where you are seeing the conversions continuing into next year. I might be missing the language. Help us out her. Btw I find this extremely interesting from the 10q:
"The current line, which accrues interest at a fixed rate of 6.0%, was set to expire on June 26, 2015, but was extended until October 26, 2015, and has a total credit limit of $2,000,000. The loan is also guaranteed by the Company’s President."
I don't know the answer to that since they are reported by 8-k after the fact. My estimates are for $5-$10 million in revenues for 2015. Now how financing and repaying of debt only Bates knows. He's done it the easy way so far, sticking it to stock holders. Let's see if he is able to "right the ship".
19,253,154 @ 0.00055 and 19,600,000 @ 0.0006
Very nice due diligence there. I see you've really studied the numbers.
If pricing is on line with what's been sold before all in all this should mean about $4 million for the whole 2 MW. Am I right about this?
Bates is still feeding at the toxic trough. UGH what a dumbass.
Either way, let's hope he's more capitalist than vulture.
I'm thinking positive. John Fife now owns 30% of the company. Let's hope he wants to sell solarmills and not parts of the company.
Wish I could prove the pump came from one of those rooms.

You are absolutely correct. As soon as there are no more conversions forcing the price lower, positive revenues, and product flying out the door. 30,000 units per year would be a good start.
I'm was suspicious of the pump anyway.
Who is dumping shares at these prices? I wonder.
You do realize 20,000,000 shares must convert in the .0006's?
