What evidence is there of a reverse merger? Sorry but I'm new to this ticker.

Just to be clear, I had no intentions of creating such a mess by sharing the message on Orotecno.net this morning. I went to the site like I have every morning to see if there were any updates, and that's what I found. I was hoping that someone had an explanation. I've been holding shares in SIRG for years now and I've only ever supported this company. Would you all had rather me keep this to myself? Someone else would have found it eventually.

Didn't someone mention that management had found another potential partner? Anyone think that maybe they're just taking a different direction? To be honest, I don't feel very optimistic at this point with the lack of communication from the company, but I do hope that something good is brewing behind the scenes.

OC despite all of the BS going on right now I still believe that you received confirmation from company management that news is imminent. The fact that the Q removal showed up on FINRA's daily list on the 28th as you stated confirms this.

That document cannot be disputed. The relationship between Orotecno and SIRG is very clear. It is likely that this relationship was established by Carlos Cordon.

People want news NOW, but company management cannot release news until the deal is completed. I believe that the developing website, Orotecno.net will shine some light on the deal that is in progress.

USAA brokerage will not let me trade either. I see real-time quotes now but if I try to trade it says the symbol isn't recognized.

So do I. I just mean to say that there's no reason to rush this.

I would be fine with waiting another month. I'm fully confident that the deal is being worked out and we will get news when the companies have something tangible to release. Until then, I'll keep acquiring.

It's not a matter of "if" the news comes, but "when," which doesn't really matter because if it's later than expected it will give us an opportunity to load more cheaps. Patience = $$$$$ here.

What incentive would I have to connect the dots for you when all of the information is available if you look? If you want to sell your shares, please do so and find a stock that's not "all hype." I couldn't care less about current PPS because I'm not interested in flipping when the long game is so incredible. My shares are locked down until the inevitable happens.

Great find! Everything is coming together perfectly. The kids on these boards trying to shake shares make me laugh. This is so much bigger than a petty flip. I've been holding for years now and I'm happy to wait longer to get solid news. GLTA!

I'm still unable to see real-time quotes or trade SIRG through my broker. I imagine that others are having the same problem which is limiting volume today.

It was on the FINRA Daily List Friday. It'll be gone in the morning.

All eyes on SIRG in the morning. Don't be caught on the sidelines. This is an opportunity of a lifetime. I wouldn't want to be chasing this thing into the pennies.

I suppose you could say that. I've followed this board since I originally invested in SIRG back in 2013. Never had a desire to create an account before now.

I emailed the attorney that represented SIRG when the bankruptcy was dismissed and he confirmed that it was in fact dismissed. It's only a matter of time before this is reflected by OTC. I cannot speak on behalf of the legitimacy of the documents regarding the deal with Orotecno, but the bankruptcy is closed so there must be some plan to address the debt. Micro-cap is risky business, but I really think a little patience is going to pay off big here. Business deals take time, as there is a great deal of bureaucracy involved. After all, it really hasn't been that long since the agreement was made.
