So Tullow have no incentive to go further. Do they walk away from their investment of time and money. Is this what you are saying? Is Hyperdynamics management riding this to the lights out?
Where is the quote in the news release. Your stating this as a fact...the conversion factor to be used. Is this insider information adding to the news release?
.0001 on bid, 8.00 on ask. Two different opinions or new math?
I didn't think past a penny, but with this post countering a dime it makes me wonder.
I hope that your analysis is correct. I have bought a good bit of dilution insurance so far. Hopefully this will work as planned. Need some positive news.
It is not panic anymore. Release systematic information that shows the shareholder value is beig increased!! Lets go ERHC.
Wow! Why does anyone show up for work. Just close the doors and send up the white flag. I hope that management has a better plan than what you have depicted. If not, we are down for the count.
You know when sitting on the company's side with informatio it is easy to make the decision to buy dilution insurance. However, on this side it becomes a decision to whether or not throw good money after bad with a hope you are cost averaging down.
I figure negative news travels faster. Therefore, June 16th positive news should be available....long time coming! Oh yes, this dilution insurance payments ties up money that could be making money somewhere else. However, what are you going to do.
The only ways I HEARD over the recent weeks for this company to increase share value is to have a reversed merger, leverage buyout or claim an overlapping oil reservoir. Why don't we find some oil. Other companies are doing it. Put together a team and make it work. If a plan is in the works, INFORM SHAREHOLDERS!!
June 16th came and went. A deal was made or disolved; therefore, a material event. Parties had six months to dot I's and cross T's. After this date traders are not dully informed. This is a problem. Officers of the company have a responsibility to the shareholders. By the way my dilution insurance includes millions, but this is not enough at this share price.
What are your thoughts on the timing of this release?
Now is the time for Management to support shareholder value - Update supporting forward progress and continuation of plan.
June 16 - Event? Shareholder Update?
Oh yes, when performing calculations keep in mind the amount share value decreased due to convertible debt. This was used for financing operations. Value of resouces should have remained the same and only be effected by commodity pricing along with cost associated with getting the oil to market.
There is a high amount of risk associated with this stock for the individual whom decides to invest. Therefore, this should be kept in mind when determining shareholder value. I wonder what the average cost per share from the outstart to now x 1.70 calculates out to be?
June 16th - Event by Default - Shareholder Update?
I am only for the success of the company. Has there been an update issued in the last week. All I have seen is speculation on the part of the individual's posting on this board....reverse merger, hostile takeover, leverage takeover and the list goes on. It is my hope that something positive is currently taking place and it will be revealed to the shareholder of ERHE.It can be a baby Kaboom.
I do not think that companies understand the meaning of going public. You are now working for the shareholder's best interest. You have been given the opportunity to increase the value of a share by developing a plan and working that plan. Therefore, what is the plan and what progress has been achieved? It is only fair and reasonable to know the status of the shareholder's investment.
