Wow nice article. I also like that when mentioning the management team, Trent Daniels was not mentioned. It also makes it sound as if the merger is still going to happen (although I think they were talking about the rebranding of the name OWOO). If Tonner is indeed the president of the new company I think we can all rest assured that this stock will eventually be worthwhile.
I'm glad its been doing better but I'm still loosing my ass on this stock. I honestly thought we'd be at 2 to 3 cents by now. I also think had the management team done a better job it would be over a penny. But you know what they say wish in one hand.....
I honestly don't know how they could get that far in debt. I mean considering how few people they have working for them...you would almost have to try to get that in debt. I'm praying this thing can have one last run to somewhere around the .0070 range and I'm dumping everything. My average is .0055 so I'm screwed right now.
Every time this stock is in the green the haters go quite. Guess it's going to be quite around here for a long time because this one is going up from here on out.
OWOO Ticker Change, TV Deal, Huge Gains Coming
https://www.morningstar.com/news/business-wire/BWIPREM_20160330005423/one-world-holdings-announces-application-for-ticker-symbol-change.html
Statement from Robert Tonner:
“Our fully realized relationship with One World and the new symbol will help us to foster a stronger, consistent and more recognizable brand as we move into mainstream television, film, retail and licensing projects this year,” said Robert Tonner, CEO of Tonner Doll Company.
Sounds like from the press release that Tonner himself confirmed the tv deal.
“Our fully realized relationship with One World and the new symbol will help us to foster a stronger, consistent and more recognizable brand as we move into mainstream television, film, retail and licensing projects this year,” said Robert Tonner, CEO of Tonner Doll Company.
Once the ticker changes and they release all the details on the tv/film deal..this stock is going to sky rocket.
If Tonner bailed why did they send out a letter to stock holders informing them they are changing their name to Tonner One World?
Anyone who actually owns this stock would know of the share increase because they sent a letter out in the mail discussing it. They are officially changing their name to Tonner One World. They stated that the increase is mainly going to be used to help complete business deals.
1. They never said they were going to be in the Oprah magazine
2. The dolls are available from Toys R Us online
3. They never said they got a deal with target
4. The claimed buyback was literally years ago and not a reflection of what's going on now. I know this is why you have a personal vendetta against them. My guess is you bought it in in the dollar plus range and got caught with your pants down. Its the stock market...it happens.
5. Cartoons...do you think you can go up to a producer and say "hey I got an idea for a cartoon do you want to make a deal"...no you have to make the cartoon first and then get someone to buy into it. That's what has happened here...They made the cartoon and have been trying to get someone to pick it up and from the sound of things...they succeeded, but that is yet to be determined.
I don't know why people can't see what direction they are going. OWOO and Tonner wanted to team up....hey lets merge our companies together...they went through the process of doing so and realized that it was going to be expensive but they still wanted to be partners. Hey lets start a fully owned subsidiary called TOW and it won't hardly cost a dime. Both parties will still reap the benefits of the other without having to merge companies. It's not that hard to understand. OWOO gets the licensing from Tonner...Tonner gets the distribution of OWOO in Walmart.
OWOO actually said they were entering into a merger. Nobody predicted they would. I think this is excellent news because as someone already alluded to the fact that now there shouldn't be a share increase. Also if they are going into a multi year contract for a tv show, all the people complaining about advertisement can calm down. Things take time...this is going to be a great investment for a lot of people.
Once again if you actually do some research you will find that the acquiring company's stock will fall.

Crazy huh?
Out of curiosity, and not trusting the brainpower on this board, I googled "how long does the average merger take". Well guess what..... Any reputable site, i.e. Forbes, Wall Street Journal, etc., describes that it is a long process and not something that happens overnight. Also I found out that it's not necessarily up to OWOO or Tonner when this merger takes place. There are a lot of things that have to happen first. But the first step is announcing the merger. From then it can takes months and some cases years for the merger to transpire. I just wish people on this board would stop throwing out false information without knowing what they are talking about. I know why people trash talk this stock but in the long run, you're only making yourself look unintelligent and hurting the stock price for others.
Maybe they're tired of hearing people complain every time they do release news. Literally every time they release something people either say it's a lie, not good enough, or they complain on how and when the news was delivered. Most people on here are more negative than sports fans and that's saying a lot lol.
Everyone please watch the videos on this page http://tonneroneworld.com/. Robert Tonner states that the company will continue to grow over the next five years. All the people bashing this stock because it isn't going up over night need to chill. I'm as disappointed as the next person with where the price is right now but in due time it will start to reflect the success the company is having. If they were truly going under why would they waste the time to go to toy fair and design 2 new dolls this year?
ONE WORLD HOLDINGS, INC. Houston, Texas [OTCBB: OWOO] January 26, 2016. Tonner-One World, subsidiary of One World Holdings, Inc., announced today that it has just entered into a 3-year agreement with Firefly Brand Management, a full-service brand management and licensing agency.
Note that it is a 3 year agreement. For all the haters saying that OWOO is done, looks like you guys will get a few more years of bashing.
Not that it matters but....I stopped by Walmart after work and bought my daughter the Valencia doll and gave it to my daughter. She loved it. She has a gizzilion Barbie dolls and she didn't even pick them up last night. I kinda looked the doll over and it does look very high quality. Guess I'm going to have to buy the rest of them now lol. The WalMart I went to had about 6 dolls left but I don't know how many they originally started with.
Another positive to add: My wife substitutes at our local elementary school and yesterday kids were writing out their xmas wish lists and my wife said one little girl had put a tween scene doll on her list. So maybe children are taking notice of the dolls.
I should have also mentioned that they were in a more favorable area than the other 3 Walmarts I visited. Hopefully these things will sell but I'm a little less than optimistic because there are literally 2 aisles of dolls.
Central Arkansas. Look I was as pumped up about this stock as anyone but I just don't see these being big sellers. They don't have a desirable area on the shelves and quite frankly they're weird looking dolls.
I went to 3 different walmarts yesterday and only saw the black doll which wasn't even in the same area as all the other dolls
A company ran by all black people put only the black dolls in Walmart and nobody can figure out where the other dolls are. Pretty comical.
How many times are people going to link the Walmart site selling those original dolls. These are completely different than what everyone is excited about seeing on store shelves.
Chocolate AL posts info from the past. Yeah they had a shaky start but if people aren't smart enough to see what's going on now (Walmart, Tonner, Hallmark, etc.) then I don't know what to tell them.
Guess all this good news and upward trend scared off Chocolate Al and his alter IPO$ lol.
Hey Trent since you frequent these boards could you let us know what type of marketing campaign you guys have, if any, this holiday season.
I read a post where someone was saying that you'll never see the dolls at your local walmart since they're only doing 2900 stores. We'll I looked up the store numbers and there are 3431 super centers. So that only leaves 500 stores across the US that won't have them. And I'm sure they have studied the demographics of all the stores and are putting the dolls where they will sell the best.
Lmao. Who needs to get a life? The people who invested in a stock and come to share their thoughts and news about it or someone who lurks this board looking for an opportunity to talk @$!# any chance they get.

Did anyone notice they are limiting the dolls to 3 per customer on Toys R Us. Wonder if that means they have a limited stock or are people buying the heck out of them?
Does Bruce Jenner write for Marvel now? LOL
I still think it's a target/toys r us deal.
Do you sell at .10 or let it ride?
How much would the stock go up if they signed a deal with Cartoon Network lol. Watching those youtube vids had me thinking they could easily make their own show.
How awesome would it be if they struck a deal with target or toys r us and come this Xmas the dolls were the must have item. Like the N64 or tickle me elmo.
Why did the stock fall off so rapidly after they announced the Walmart deal. Common sense would say they will get a substantial increase in revenue and thus increase the stock price.
Also same goes for the Tonner deal. Something weird going on here.
I'm new to the stock market so don't make yo much fun but what happens if owoo gets bought out?
If it ever hits $1+ I'm retiring
