Anyone have issue with this? Who the heck has 6K car allowance on top of 125k a year if I'm understanding correctly. The info is from a legal doc in Edgar On line:

Did I just read correctly? Is mjmj really based on 16th street downtown? That is easily some of Denvers most expensive real estate in the city. No seasonal weed - they harvest every single day. Mostly a monitored, light manipulation, year round process and it still runs out. What would this even have to do with mjmj? You bring your smoke in, he does not have it out in Denver location. The Indian reservations WILL sell at resort and let you smoke anywhere in the resort just not outside the resort boundary. Already breaking ground and almost filled up for the New Years grand opening! Major mj deal and a good one. I understand it will be upwards of 30 strains available and they are working with the best teams around. Should also be very helpful to these suffering tribes. Win win.
The SD Indian resort is a huge deal! SD is not legal for med or rec but now they can place it in the state under this umbrella. MJ group got a national mention in a fox article about his inability to get there first. Colorado is growing the weed from what I understand. Looking at bars, bowling alleys casinos, hotel, etc with weed access and major players involved at the location.
Huge win for legalization too!

I'm honestly not close enough to the situation to fully understand but you can mention his name to most in the business here and the response is not positive. I'm sure it's a combination of truth and fiction but it sure is common!
He most likely can't - the dispensary laws are strick and, in addition to other rules, you must grow 80% of your product. He would have to buy a grow warehouse, which is currently impossible to find. We also have dispensaries on about every legal block and more coming monthly. The rules are much more relaxed for companies that do not touch the weed but provide outside related services such as vapes or carrying devices. He can't seem to get to canna camp closing let alone run such a rule driven industry. This is the reason he cannot even serve weed at no cost because he's giving weed out an an unapproved distribution facility while accepting money for related services. He also would not get much business, the area is not a fan or this owner.
Could someone please explain the unique cannibas hotel qualities? "One of a kind"? Go to cannibas pot guide, or any pot guide/site) and look at lodging. You will find 50+ cannibas friendly lodging options including private, public, ski area, camp areas and penthouses in the city. You can spend time alone or with a group. Breakfast? Yes, it's available. Some of these places have closed but the majority are open and new ones open everyday ( some even shuttle to dispensaries. I honestly don't know the answer and would love the feedback. Would there be liability with a camp? Are you really encouraged to get wasted and ride a horse along with the other activities? Again, I would appreciate the information.
Good thing the new place will book since you have zero reservation in your other 2 places for all of August.

You have got to be kidding. I think we need a special dictionary to understand this "owner". Your example is dead on. The person leasing the mall space would never say they owned the mall. The company leasing the bb's should NOT say they own the property. What about just leaving the word off so you stop the stories.

Well he did book a ton on non existent rooms for canna camp! He will probably send out a PR about his error on occupancy like the filing "typo". I almost forgot about that round.
Booked? Anyone look at the bookings for the existing 2 properties? Easy to see on their web site. Pretty empty...hopefully they have filled the new place. The current bookings may be the angry group kicked out of the canna camp and "given" rooms as payback at the bb's.

The amount of times "Joel" has posted on this page under other names is ridiculous. I'm born and raised here and I'm not a smoker but this guy really isn't doing anything special. The King of MJ, is a self given title. People give more, care more and are doing something special. NOthing is unique about his concept or property. Most hotels have now opened up smoking areas, give you complementary vapes to smoke in the room and keep you much more comfortable, you cannot smoke in the bb rooms. You can also easily rent 420 friendly rentals all over the city...just do a search. There is another smoke friendly bb about a street away. And the stories...every incident has been blamed on someone else. Check on the companies under his "umbrella", almost all of them are available on their own or no longer operate. The purchase of the adagio on May 15th, don't think that happened! Announcing canna camp, and selling rooms that do not exist. So...what's the big attraction? You can still take risk with the cannibas companies that are making more positive opportunities available.
