"This agreement builds on the rich Littmann brand legacy of advancing the art of auscultation," said Chuck Kummeth, Vice President and General Manager, 3M Medical Division. "We are committed to bringing innovative solutions to our customers, and this agreement with Zargis will help us do this well into the future."
"We have been working closely with 3M for nearly two years to further evaluate this market and refine our product strategy," stated Zargis CEO John Kallassy. "We believe that the use of our software could enhance the physician experience during every patient exam where a stethoscope is currently used. This alliance with 3M will allow us to seamlessly integrate our advanced sound analysis technology with 3M's next-generation electronic stethoscopes and turn this vision into a reality on a global level."
In addition, the alliance provides Zargis with a wide-range of marketing and promotional opportunities along with exclusive rights to sell its ground- breaking heart sound analysis software through the global distribution network of the Littmann brand. The agreement grants 3M a minority equity position in Zargis, following the first sale of Zargis' software through the 3M distribution channel, and a seat on Zargis' board of directors.
Tom Miller, member of Siemens Medical's Executive Management Board, stated, "We are very encouraged by this agreement and the progress Zargis has made since it spun off from Siemens Corporate Research and we look forward to continuing our support and seeing their business mature."

Pizza is on you and Lizzy!
CYTR (4.13) Analysts want $8.00, but I think it's a ways off yet.
Down a tad after hours, she's losing steam fast. Today being Friday I would be very surprised if she continues to climb.
ASIA - you did really good Jim!
AKNS (8.34) looking good so far...today she broke free of the high traffic zone. Now we need some volume.
Watching SORC for a bounce here....
DPDW now 301.7% from our pick price of .585 on June 15 2007.

Hi JMR, taking it easy lately....how have you been? I was thinking of you last night (all good stuff).
:) I thought she might break $2.00 again today....glad she did!
Perhaps.
This board is a very nice place now. I'm very happy we were all able to put aside our differences and hang out together. I hope each of you find what it is you're looking for in PAVC, and in your lives.
:)
Andy

I'm choppin' Tik!
What's poppin'?
Google can suck a wallet out a pants pocket at 200 yards. Trust me, I know this intimately. Tonight I had to fend off 13 suggestions to increase spending on my clients' google ad campaigns from the Google automated fleecing system.
And still NO other search engine seems to get it - not Yahoo, not Answers, they seem oblivious to the fact that $1.00 per day from each customer is the way to go.
Yahoo! won't even return my phone calls because I plan to spend less than $3K month.
Shame on them.
Greenshift?
PFWD - I'm extremely pleased with my earnings call on this one today. +20.5% intraday gainer from the open - $4.20 per share.
One of the best I've had, she goes into the trophy case :)
DPDW mirrors it's bigger cousin, RIG. Notice RIG is thinking about turning up too.
As I recall, she had to pay for it, no?
RMDX full chart - I don't see any weakness just yet. But I wouldn't hold for earnings. Notice volume has been dropping steadily since September 12.
Yikes - RMDX has a $429 million market cap - yet they've gone from $237,496 in revs for 3Q 06 to $3,118,947 for 3Q 2007.
Even if I annualize that with an eye toward extreme growth - say $20 million this year - they're trading at 21 times revenues.
Hmmm, caution advised. When this party ends there's gonna be fistfights and police.
"RemoteMDx's product and service continue to grow and become established in the criminal justice system. It has a broad base of agencies that utilize the Company's service and products. There are in excess of 8,000 units that have either been sold or leased pursuant to the Company's monitoring service. During the past quarter the Company has commenced marketing its product and service to the pre-trial and bail bond market through one of its distributors. "This opportunity has blossomed as some of the largest bail bond companies in the United States have embraced the TrackerPAL service," stated James Dalton, President of RemoteMDx. "Our sales force and distribution network that has been built over the past 12 months has given the Company the base from which it can continue to grow and progress in meeting the needs of the criminal justice market."

LOL, that's an incredible chart Smoke!
Interesting - I saw the BSQR PR last night and passed on it.
I couldn't figure out what the application was for the new digital pen. Do you know more about this?
AKNS (7.90) watching here....seems to be a key support and resistance level in this range. If it can break free it may set a new high.
HMIN (45.74) also approach its all-time high of 49.50 set on Feb 9 2007
IBKR (30.11) has been doing great since the market funked up back in July. It seems oblivious to all the turmoil.
It's approaching its all-time high of $34.35
LOL, a perfect Rawnoc pick - death and destruction = profits!
You actually hold a stock? Wow!
Hi Domer! Howz life?
If the hard turns on the williams and MACD hold, She'll crack $2 again and continue trending up. Trouble is the market is in the sewer. Will be curious to see what happens.
Well, good luck to you and everyone, maria.
LOL, shareholders can't dilute! Unless it's the financing company - then it would be dilution.
I'm planning to turn $5,000 into $50,000.
LMAO! Who in their right mind sinks $5K into a penny stock in an extended downtrend - and holds?
Back in July 06 I put $45 on PAVC and made $500. That is all it was worth to me, and it paid off handsomely.
I've been watching DPDW today, hesitant to call a reversal. I think we can now, though.
Awesome Ken - TVIN had news yesterday that seems to have caused this uptrend. Fins are coming next month, peeps must think they'll be good?
